Claims (9)
- 1.エンボスされた表面が、ポリマーマトリックス中にナノスケール粒子の形の 無機または有機変性無機成分の3次元骨格を示す透明複合材料からなることを特 徴とするエンボスされた表面構造を有する光学素子。
- 2.ポリマーマトリックスがポリ(メタ)アクリル酸、ポリ(メタ)アクリレー ト、ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリビニル化合 物、ポリエステル、ポリアクリレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテル、ポリ エーテルケトン、ポリスルホン、ポリエポキシド、フッ素ポリマーおよびオルガ ノポリシロキサンから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学素子。
- 3.ナノ寸法位子が酸化物、硫化物、セレン化物、テルル化物、ハロゲン化物、 炭化物、ヒ素化物、アンチモン化物、窒化物、リン化物、リン酸塩、ケイ酸塩、 チタン酸塩、ジルコン酸塩、スズ酸塩、アルミン酸塩および相当する混合酸化物 から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学要素。
- 4.ナノスケール粒子が、周期律表の主族III〜Vおよび副族III〜VIの 元素および/またはランタニド元素の加水分解および縮合化合物から生成される ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学素子。
- 5.a)熱的または光化学的に透明なポリマーに重合または硬化することのでき る化合物を、有機溶剤および重合開示剤の中のナノスケール粒子のゾルと混合し 、 b)この混合物を場合により適当な粘度に調節した後に基質に施こし、そして場 合により乾燥し、 c)こうして得た被覆材を同時に熱的または光化学的に硬化させながらエンボス 機によりエンボスし、そしてd)場合により硬化させること を特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学素子の製造方法。
- 6.工程a)で、熱的または光化学的に重合または硬化することのできる化合物 の有機溶剤中の溶液を使用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 7.工程a)の混合物に、更に、有機溶剤可溶性の透明ポリマーを添加すること を特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 8.混合物を施こす前に、基質にプライマーを下塗りすることを特徴とする請求 項5に記載の製造方法。
- 9.エンボスされた表面に金属層および/または保護層を付与することを特徴と する請求項5に記載の製造方法。
