The stove burner 10 has a slit-shaped main flame port 160 formed between the outer periphery of the main body 110 and the outer periphery of the burner head 120, and has a considerable gap between the central hole 18 and the sensor cover 130. Temperature sensor 2
The temperature sensor 2 accommodating 1 is inserted through and is installed so as to project on the cylindrical sensor cover 130, and the temperature sensing element 21 has a great influence of the main flame a formed at the main flame port 160. However, the temperature sensor 2 is configured to accurately detect the bottom surface temperature of the pot, the pot 3, etc., that is, the cooking temperature. In the figure,
Reference numeral 150 is an air hole for the combustion air of the flame a.

Since the pot and the pot 3 are cooled by colliding with the pot 3, there is a drawback that the combustion air flowing through the air holes 150 formed in the lower portion of the sensor cover 130 and flowing into the main flame a is very small. .

An air hole 15 is provided so as to be almost the same as 6 or at a slightly upper position. The cylindrical sensor cover 1 is provided above the air hole 15.
3, a flange-shaped orifice 14 is formed and installed inside, and a temperature sensor 2 having a temperature sensitive element 21 embedded at its tip is inserted through a narrow through hole 141 of the orifice 14. Further, in FIGS. 3 and 4, a central flame opening 17 is formed in the upper part of the inner side of the stove burner 2. In this case, the air hole 15 is directly in front of the central flame opening 17 or slightly above it. It is what is formed.

Therefore, there will be no bad combustion. Alternatively, in the case where the central flame port 17 is additionally provided, the rising air is similarly guided to the flame b of the central flame port 17 and is sufficient for the flame b and the flame a of the main flame port 16. Combustion air is supplied.

Has been done. The sensor cover 1
The temperature sensor 2 is supported by a support rod 22 so as to be vertically slidable on the axis of the pan 3, and the temperature measuring element 21 is embedded in the tip part of the pan 3, and the pan 3 is mounted on the pan 3. It is installed so as to be in close contact with elasticity. Burner head 1
A main flame port 16 is formed in a slit shape and in a radial shape on the lower outer side of 2 so as to communicate with the gas chamber 19. On the peripheral wall of the cylindrical sensor cover 13, there are three air holes 15 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction at almost the same position as the main flame port 16 or at a slightly upper position. Dedicated to the pores. Further, a flange-shaped orifice 14 is formed in the upper part of the air hole 15, and the temperature sensor 2 penetratingly mounted in the center hole 18 of the orifice 14 is penetrated with a slight gap 141 to raise the air. The flow is suppressed by the orifice 14. In FIG. 3, a central flame port 17 is formed on the inner upper surface of the burner head 12 so as to communicate with the gas chamber 19, and three central flame ports 17 are formed inside and outside at three locations at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The cylindrical sensor cover 13 has a central flame outlet 17
The air holes 15 are formed at three positions at equal intervals in the circumferential direction at positions substantially opposite to the flame b formed at.

Or, most of the combustion air heated by the flame b formed in the central flame port 17 provided inside and rising by the draft force from the central hole 18 is trapped by the orifice 14 and bent to form an air hole. Since the flame a or the flame b is surely guided through the valve 15, sufficient combustion air is obtained and no combustion failure occurs. Further, unlike the conventional case, the inconvenience of lowering the temperature by cooling the central portion of the bottom surface of the pan 3 by the ascending air is not caused.

バーナを提供するものである。EFFECT OF THE INVENTION In the stove burner according to the present invention, since the main flame port formed on the outer peripheral portion of the burner head or the central flame port formed on the inner side, uniform heating is performed by the inner and outer flames. An air hole is provided at a position corresponding to the main flame port provided on the outer peripheral portion or the central flame port provided on the inner side of the peripheral wall of the cylindrical sensor cover extending above the center of the hob burner, and at the upper part thereof. Since the orifice is provided on the inner circumference of the cylindrical sensor cover, the air rising in the center hole is almost certainly guided to the air hole, and the shortage of combustion air does not occur. It is intended to provide an effective stove burner with a temperature sensor that does not have the risk of cooling or lowering the temperature.
