(Problems to be solved by the device) However, the fact that the central flame mouth faces upward is disclosed.
When a temperature sensor is incorporated in the No. 63-167027, the flame from the central flame port a is directly connected to the temperature sensor b as shown in FIG.
The temperature sensor b, which should originally detect the temperature of the bottom of the cooker, malfunctions by sensing the heat of the flame from the central flame mouth a. More specifically, in order to prevent the temperature sensor b from being heated by the flame as much as possible, the temperature sensor b is provided with a heat shield tube c, and cooling air is flown into the heat shield tube c to allow the temperature sensor b to be cooled. There is also known one which is not affected by the flame of the central flame mouth a as much as possible, but the inside of the heat shield cylinder c is provided between the upper end of the heat shield cylinder c and the bottom surface A of the cooker. A gap d for letting out the flowing cooling air must be provided, and the temperature sensor b is exposed from the heat shield cylinder c at this portion, and the temperature sensor b is affected by the flame at the central flame mouth a.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides a central flame port on the upper surface of an annular gas burner having a vertical space in the center and a main flame hole on the outer periphery. Also, a temperature sensor is provided above the void to contact the bottom surface of the cooking device to detect the temperature of the container, and secondary air is supplied to the central flame outlet through the void. In this case, a convex portion is provided on the upper surface of the gas burner, and a central flame opening is provided at a side surface position of the convex portion lower than the temperature sensor so that the direction of the flame opening is substantially horizontal.

In the drawing, 1 is an annular gas burner having a vertical void 2 in the center and a main flame hole 3 in the outer periphery, 4 is a central flame port provided on the upper surface of the annular gas burner 1, and 5 is a void in the void 2. Upwards,
A temperature sensor for contacting the bottom surface A of the cooking device to detect the temperature of the container is shown, and the bottom surface A of the cooking device is indicated by the temperature sensor 5.
When a temperature above a certain temperature is detected, the opening degree of a solenoid valve (not shown) interposed in the gas passage for supplying gas to the gas burner 1 is controlled.

尚前記該空所2は二次空気通路として機能する。The void 2 functions as a secondary air passage.

In the present invention, the convex portion 8 is provided on the upper surface of the gas burner 1, and the central flame opening 4 is provided at a side surface position of the convex portion 8 lower than the position of the temperature sensor 5 so that the direction of the flame opening is substantially horizontal.
1 to 4, the gas burner 1 is provided with an annular gas distribution chamber 6 inside the main flame hole 3, and the annular gas burner is provided. On the upper surface of 1, three cylindrical convex portions 8 having a gas chamber 7 communicating with the gas distribution chamber 6 are projected at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and the projections 8 face the circumferential direction of the annular gas burner 1. A horizontal through hole was provided on both side surfaces, and the through hole was used as the central flame port 4.

When the adjacent central flame ports 4 are relatively close to each other, the flames of the adjacent central flame ports 4 may interfere with each other to generate a yellow chip. To prevent this, as shown in FIG. 5, the horizontal through hole is provided only on one side surface of the annular gas burner 1 facing the circumferential direction, or, as shown in FIG. 6, the annular gas burner of the projection 8 is provided. The height positions of the through holes on both side faces facing the circumferential direction of 1, that is, the height position of the central flame port 4 may be shifted vertically.

As shown in FIG. 1, the temperature sensor 5 is attached to the tip of the sensor rod 5a so as to face the bottom surface A of the cooking device.
The lower part of the gas burner 1 is extended to below the gas burner 1 and a spring 9 for bringing the temperature sensor 5 into close contact with the bottom surface A of the cooker is provided below the gas burner 1 and an additional member is provided near the temperature sensor 5. The temperature of the temperature sensor 5 is affected by the heat generated by the associated member receiving the combustion heat, and the heat affects the temperature sensor 5. I tried not to malfunction.

At this time, the flame from the central flame port 4 is oriented horizontally at a position lower than the temperature sensor, and the flame causes the temperature sensor 5 to move.
Since the temperature sensor is not directly heated, the malfunction due to the temperature sensor being heated by the flame from the central flame mouth is eliminated.
Moreover, as a result of providing the central flame opening so as to be substantially horizontal, it is possible to prevent the spilled juice from entering the central flame opening. It goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to a model without the heat shield tube 10.
