Abstract

【課題を解決するための手段】そこで本発明は、無振
動、無騒音で作業時間も短くて済む既存杭の引抜工法及
び装置を提供するもので、その構成は、先ず引抜工法と
して、地盤を掘削して空掘部に既存杭の頭部を露出さ
せ、前記空掘部上方の地盤に、既存杭の頭部を緊締又は
緊締解除する緊締機構を、地盤に立設した本体から昇降
機構によって上下移動可能に懸吊してなる引抜装置を設
置し、前記緊締機構を昇降機構により下方へ移動させて
既存杭を緊締しそのまま昇降機構により上昇させ、上方
で緊締を解除するという手順を繰り返すことにより、既
存杭を徐々に地盤から引抜いて土圧を解消した後、揚重
装置により地盤から引き抜くことを特徴とするものであ
り、更に当該工法を実施する最適な装置として、既存杭
の頭部を露出させた空掘部上方の地盤に複数の支柱を立
設して該支柱上方に天板を備え、前記天板中央には透孔
を設けると共に該透孔の下方に、既存杭の頭部が貫入し
締付用油圧シリンダによって前記頭部を緊締又は緊締解
除可能な締枠を、透孔の周囲から懸吊した複数の昇降用
油圧シリンダによって上下移動可能に支持し、更に前記
締枠の最下位置を前記地盤より下方に設定した引抜装置
を提供するものである。

から4本の油圧シリンダ8、8・・を垂直に懸吊させ、
各油圧シリンダ8のピストンロッド9先端は一対の半割
り部材10、11からなる締枠12の外周にピン結合さ
れている。各半割り部材10、11は図3に示す如く、
夫々両端にフランジ部10a、10b及び11a、11
bを有し、互いのフランジ部10a、11b及び10
b、11aが当接状態で締枠12が作る内径は既存杭1
の外径より小さくなっている。又各フランジ部におい
て、半割り部材10のフランジ部10aと半割り部材1
1のフランジ部11aには締付シリンダ13、13のピ
ストンロッド14、14が、他方のフランジ部10b、
11bにはシリンダ部15、15が夫々固着され、締付
シリンダ13、13の作動によって締枠12の内径を拡
大或は縮小できるようになっている。更に本体5には前
記油圧シリンダ8、締付シリンダ13を夫々作動させる
油圧ユニット、発電機(図示せず)が接続されている。
上記引抜ジャッキ4の最大引抜能力は320t、締枠の
最大内径はφ2000mmである。次に図2の状態から
油圧シリンダ8を作動させて締枠12を地盤より下方に
降下させ、空掘部2に突出した既存杭1の頭部1aを締
枠12に貫入する。そして締付シリンダ13、13を作
動させて両半割り部材10、11を互いに近接させ、既
存杭1の頭部1aを緊締する。(図4)その後油圧シリ
ンダ8を再び作動させてピストンロッド9を縮める方
向、即ち既存杭の引抜方向へ作動させる。ある程度既存
杭1が引き抜かれると今度は締付シリンダ13を作動さ
せて締枠12を緩め、油圧シリンダ8により締枠12の
み下降させる。そして再び下降位置で締枠12を締付
け、油圧シリンダ8で引き抜きを行う。この繰り返しで
図5の如く数回引抜作業を行う。尚本実施例においては
油圧シリンダ8のストロークは700mmである。上記
の作業で既存杭1は徐々に引き抜かれ、頭部1aは天板
7の透孔7aを貫通して同図の二点鎖線に示す如く上部
へ突出するようになる。そして土圧が無くなったのを確
認したのち、クレーンによって既存杭1を完全に引き上
げ、引抜作業は完了する。これらの一連の作業において
は振動や騒音は殆ど生じず、短時間で作業を終了させる
ことができる。
