の内面には、縦方向中央域Ｓ1において剛性を高くする
一方、同方向両側域Ｓ2において剛性を低く（タッピ基
準で７ｇ／ｃｍ以下に）した吸収パッド１０を接合した
使い捨てアンダーガーメント。

Description

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】
この考案は、失禁用おむつ、幼児用おむつ、幼児用トレニングパンツ、生理用 パンツなどの、前後身頃の胴囲りの両側縁部を連結したパンツタイプの使い捨て アンダーガーメントに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術、考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来、一般に、この種のアンダーガーメントにおいては、非伸縮弾性不織布を その構成生地としているものが多く、脚開口部を着用者の脚囲りに密着させてそ こからの排泄物の漏れを防止するための手段として、一般に、任意本数の糸状又 はテープ状の弾性部材を所定倍率で伸長し、ホットメルトタイプの接着剤を介し て、脚囲り開口部の周縁部に沿って取り付けてある。
【０００３】 しかしながら、前記弾性部材を使用すると、着用者の脚囲りに圧迫マークが生 じたり、痛みさえ与えることが少なくない。
【０００４】 一方、アンダーガーメントを従来よりも更に廉価量産するための一つの策とし て、前記弾性部材を使用しないで着用者の脚囲りから排泄物の漏れを防ぐことが 可能なようにアンダーガーメントを構成することが挙げられるが、それを如何に 構成するかが頗る困難な課題となる。
【０００５】 この考案は、以下に既述する生地及び吸収体の特定構成によって前記課題を解 決することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この考案は、少なくとも縦横方向への伸縮弾性を有する繊維不織布の生地から 構成するとともに、胴開口部及び一対の脚開口部を形成した使い捨てアンダーガ ーメントを前提とする。
【０００７】 この考案は、前記前提において、前記生地として３０ｇ以上の少なくとも横方 向における伸長応力を有する繊維不織布を使用し、前記生地の内面に吸収パッド を間欠的に接合し、前記吸収パッドは、縦方向中央域において剛性を高くする一 方、同方向両側域において剛性を低くし、かつ、該剛性を７ｇ／ｃｍ以下にして あることを特徴とする。

【作用】
脚開口部に弾性部材を取り付けてないにもかかわらず、脚開口部の周縁部が着 用者の脚囲りに沿って十分に密着する。
【０００９】
【実施例】
図１〜図４において、この考案に係る実施例を示してある。アンダーガーメン トは、その生地１としての縦横方向への弾性伸縮性（好ましくは、縦方向よりも 横方向へ強い弾性伸縮性）を有する繊維不織布から裁断し、前後身頃２，３の各 側縁４，５をそれぞれドット状に接合することで、胴開口部６と、一対の脚開口 部７とを形成してある。
【００１０】 生地１としては、例えば、熱捲縮性合成繊維のウエブの繊維を高速流体で交絡 処理し、又は該ウエブの繊維をドット状に加圧加熱してボンディングしたものを 好適に使用することができる。また、生地１としては、縦横方向の伸長応力が３ ０ｇ以上、好ましくは、５０〜１３０ｇのものを使用する。
【００１１】 胴開口部６の内周面には、その周り方向へ伸縮するテープ状の弾性部材８を取 り付けてあるが、脚開口部７には、従来のような弾性部材を取り付けてない。し かし、場合によっては、脚開口部７の内周面又は外周面９に、硬化状態でゴム弾 性を有するホットメルトタイプの合成樹脂を帯状に塗布することで、脚開口部７ の部分が他の生地の部分よりも伸長応力を高くしてもよい。また、前記樹脂にか えて、硬化状態でそのまま又は加熱処理でゴム弾性を示す液状又はゲル状の弾性 材であるゴム・エラストマーも使用することができる。
【００１２】 生地１の内面には、吸収パッド１０を重ね合わせてある。吸収パッド１０は、 その形状が生地１の輪郭形状とほぼ同じで、かつ、その大きさが生地１よりも小 さく形成してある。吸収パッド１０は、繊維不織布からなる透液性表裏面シート １１，１２の間にこれらよりも輪郭形状が小さい吸液性コア１３を介在させると ともに、コア１３の外周縁から外側へ延出するＷ1の幅を有する部分１４を接着 剤又は溶着手段で互いに接合してある。裏面シート１２は、必要に応じて、防水 処理した繊維不織布やプラスチックフィルムなどの不透液性シートを使用しても よい。
【００１３】 コア１３は、表裏面シート１１，１２で被覆した状態下に、縦方向中央域Ｓ1 と同方向両側域Ｓ2とに区分し、中央域Ｓ1の剛性を高くする一方、両側域Ｓ2の 剛性を低くしてある。両側域Ｓ2の剛性（テーバーこわさ）は、タッピ（ＴＡＰ ＩＩ）基準で７ｇ／ｃｍ以下、好ましくは、５ｇ〜２ｇ／ｃｍである。図示例で は、そうした剛性を付与するのに、２枚の吸液性層１３ａの間にこれらよりも薄 い吸液性層１３ｂを介在させてあるが、中央域Ｓ1において剛性が高くなるよう に材料密度を高くしたり、圧搾したりすることもできる。更に好ましくは、コア １３は、外周縁部の近傍からその外周縁へ次第に薄くなるように形成してあり、 このように形成することにより、生地１と吸収パッド１０の外側縁部との間に急 激な段差が生ぜず、脚開口部７の近傍領域が着用者の脚囲りにフィットするよう にしてある。このように形成するには、コア材料の配分などによりなすことがで きる。
【００１４】 吸収パッド１０は、生地１に接着剤又は溶着手段（図示せず）で間欠的（好ま しくはドット状）に接合し、これにより、生地１の伸縮性をあまり阻害しないよ うにしてある。延出部分１４の内側縁から生地１の外側縁までの距離（幅）Ｗ2 は、吸収パッド１０の両側域Ｓ2の幅及び剛性にもよるが、１０ｍｍ以上である ことが、脚開口部７の収縮力を十分に発揮させ着用者の脚囲りに密着させるよう にするうえで好ましい。ちなみに、延出部分１４の剛性は、前記タッピ基準で２ ｇ／ｃｍ以下であることが好ましい。

【考案の効果】
この考案に係るアンダーガーメントは、以上の構成であるから、脚開口部の外 周縁部が吸収パッドの剛性で拘束されることが少ない。従って、脚開口部の外周 縁が、弾性部材を有しないにもかかわらず、生地自体の伸長応力で着用者の脚囲 りに沿い十分に密着するとともに、着用中に、その外側縁部が外側へ反り返った り肌から離反したりすることがない。このため、脚開口部からの排泄物の漏れ防 止において、弾性部材を取り付けたものに比較して、遜色がないうえ、廉価量産 性に優れる。

  1. 【請求項１】少なくとも縦横方向への伸縮弾性を有する
    繊維不織布の生地から構成するとともに、胴開口部及び
    一対の脚開口部を形成した使い捨てアンダーガーメント
    において、前記生地として３０ｇ以上の横方向における
    伸長応力を有する繊維不織布を使用し、前記生地の内面
    に吸収パッドを間欠的に接合し、前記吸収パッドは、縦
    方向中央域において剛性を高くする一方、同方向両側域
    において剛性を低くし、かつ、該剛性を７ｇ／ｃｍ以下
    にしてあることを特徴とする前記アンダーガーメント。
