Conventional technology Conventionally, to renovate thatched-roof thatched roofs, a new roof plate made of the same material as the old roof plate is used to cover the roof from above, or a tarpaulin is attached from the top according to the shape of the old roof plate. Method was implemented. However, according to the former method, there is a problem that the meshing portion of the new roof plate, that is, the seam, tends to come off. Further, according to the latter method, it takes a lot of time and effort to attach the waterproof sheet, and if the base roof plate is corroded, a joint failure occurs, resulting in poor durability of the modified roof.

Therefore, as a method of remodeling the above-mentioned straw rod roof, the present applicant first spreads a heat insulating material on the whole roof so that the heat insulating material is spread over the straw rod, and at a required portion of the heat insulating material, a large number of joining pieces having a sheet joining surface are provided. After fixing these joint pieces to the straw bars on the roof from above the heat insulating material and holding down the heat insulating material, cover the surface of the heat insulating material with a waterproof sheet, and then join the required parts of the waterproof sheet. We proposed a method of joining to

However, in the previously proposed method, since the heat insulating material is arranged over the straw rods, the heat insulating material floats above the roof plate between adjacent straw rods. In this state, a hollow part is formed. Therefore, when the waterproof sheet is covered on the surface of the heat insulating material and the waterproof sheet is stretched, the heat insulating material is damaged by the weight of the worker. There was a problem.

Further, conventionally, the adjacent metal plates are connected to each other by the rising connection part, and the existing metal plate thatched roof formed on the rising connection part having the reinforcing rib structure consisting of the double and triple heavy-duty structure is directly used as the base structure part for the new roof formation. None, after laying a heat insulating material also serving as a rust transfer prevention member from the same roof on the existing metal sheet roof surface, directly or indirectly attaching a roof surface member for forming a new roof to the roof, In addition to forming the main part of the surface member into a laminated integrated structure that is separated from the existing metal sheet roof by a predetermined distance, the roof surface member is fixed to the existing metal sheet roof rising connection part of the reinforcing rib structure. The repairing method is already known (for example, see Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-50066).

However, according to this conventional method, on the existing metal plate thatched roof, a base plate made of a base plate, plywood, etc. is bridged,
After forming a new roof forming base structure part and laying a heat insulating material, just roofing the new roof forming roof surface member,
In other words, the roof structure has a double metal plate roof, which is not only very expensive, but also the weight of the roof itself is heavy, which causes a large load on the structural materials such as columns.

As such a base sheet (8), polyethylene,
A foam sheet having a thickness of 1 to 4 mm, which is made of an independent foam of a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene, polyurethane and polyvinyl chloride, or made of these foam sheets and, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene and polyester films or these resins. A composite sheet in which a reinforcing layer made of a woven or non-woven fabric is attached to the entire surface by an adhesive or heating is used. When the waterproof sheet (7) is made of, for example, a soft vinyl chloride sheet and the heat insulating material (4) is made of polystyrene or a foamed material of polyvinyl chloride, the plasticizer is more effective than the waterproof sheet (7). In order to prevent migration, especially a polyethylene or polypropylene film, or a foamed sheet, and further a foamed sheet of these resins,
It is desirable to use a resin film, a composite sheet with a woven or non-woven fabric.

Effect of the Invention As described above, the heat insulating and waterproofing device for a thatched roof according to the present invention is such that, in the first invention, a required number of metal roof plates are interposed between adjacent roof plates. In a straw-roofed roof consisting of a straw rod portion, a heat insulating material having a height substantially the same as the height of the straw rod portion is fitted into a recessed portion between the straw rod portions adjacent to each other. The upper surface of the rod portion is covered with a thermoplastic synthetic resin film, or a foamed sheet of the resin, or a base sheet made of a composite sheet of the foamed sheet of these resins and a resin film, woven cloth or non-woven cloth. A joining piece having a width larger than that of the straw rod portion and having a sheet joining surface on the upper surface is fixed to a required portion of the rod portion, and these joining pieces together bring the heat insulating material and the base sheet together. The waterproof sheet is covered on the surface of the bonding sheet and the base sheet that is held down and covers all straw bars and the heat insulating material, and the required parts of the waterproof sheet are bonded to the sheet bonding surface of the bonding piece. Therefore, when performing the work of stretching the waterproof sheet, without damaging the heat insulating material at all,
It has excellent workability, and can easily and surely carry out heat insulation and waterproofing repair work for thatched roofs. Moreover, the roof does not have a double structure with a metal sheet roof, and the cost is low and the roof It has the effect that the weight of the structure itself does not increase, and that a large load is not applied to structural materials such as columns.

A second invention of this invention is, as described above, a straw-roofed roof having a required number of metal roof boards and straw bar portions interposed between adjacent roof boards.
A thick heat insulating material having a height exceeding the height of the straw rod portions is fitted into the recessed portion between the straw rod portions adjacent to each other. Is covered with a thin heat insulating material having a height substantially the same as the upper surface, and the thermoplastic synthetic resin film, or a foamed sheet of the resin, on the upper surfaces of all the thick and thin heat insulating materials and straw bars, Further, a foamed sheet of these resins, a resin film, a base sheet made of a composite sheet of woven cloth or non-woven cloth is covered, and a width larger than the width of the straw stick portion is provided at a required position of each straw stick portion. The joining piece having the sheet joining surface on the upper surface is fixed from above the thin-walled heat insulating material, and these joining pieces hold down all the thick-walled and thin-walled heat-insulating material and the base sheet together, and the thick-walled and thin-walled In the same manner, the waterproof sheet is covered on the surface of the base sheet and the joining piece that covers all the heat insulating materials of the above, and the required portions of the waterproof sheet are joined to the sheet joining surface of the joining piece. The workability is very good, and the insulation work for the roof of thatched roof is done easily and surely without damaging all the thick and thin insulation materials. Not only is it possible to protect the waterproof sheet portion corresponding to the straw rod portion with a thin heat insulating material, but also to block the heat conduction between the straw rod portion and the waterproof sheet portion. The sheet part is not particularly heated by the radiant heat from the straw rod part that is heated by the solar heat, and the durability of the waterproof sheet, and by extension, the modified roof The it is capable allowed greatly increased. In addition, the roof with a metal plate does not have a double structure as in the past, the cost is low, the weight of the roof itself hardly increases, and a large load is not applied to structural materials such as columns. Has the effect.
