付は、固定側に設置となるので、フレーム7等より確実
に位置決め固定する様にする。洗浄ノズル3はノズルヘ
ッダ2に取替可能な如く取付け、この取付はコンベア1
に約直角になる様にする。コンベア1との相対寸法及び
個数については、コンベア1移動スピード、ノズルヘッ
ダ2の往復スピード及びストローク量、コンベア1の巾
寸法、洗浄ノズル3のパターン寸法、水圧力、流量によ
って決定する。また洗浄時の洗浄水が飛散し、製品への
悪影響を防止する為、また洗浄水及び殺菌、異物の飛散
により、装置周辺の汚染や殺菌繁殖、悪臭、腐敗等を防
止する為に、洗浄水や異物が他に飛散しない様に、洗浄
水受5を設ける。洗浄水受5は、周囲を被い、又下部は
傾斜を設けることにより、洗浄水異物の滞留がない様に
考慮し、下部に排水口を設け、外部処理装置へ接続して
いる排水溝等へ導くものとする。また洗浄水受5の周囲
には、シール板8、サイドシール板9を取付け、コンベ
ア1を完全にシールする。

ベア1が傾斜した状態での洗浄であるので、洗浄時の洗
浄水の流れがコンベア1の面をスムーズに流れ落ちる事
になり、せっかく排除又は洗浄した異物が再びコンベア
1の面に付着することを防止できる。ノズルヘッダ2の
洗浄ノズル3を装備し、往復運動させることにより、少
ない洗浄ノズルの数でも全巾の洗浄が可能となり、省水
(省エネ)及び安価な装置の提供にも寄与できる。また
洗浄ノズル3が往復動する事により、洗浄水が当たって
いる時と当たっていない時のタイミングにより洗浄水圧
力も変化するので、一定圧力で洗浄する時よりも洗浄効
果がよい。
