よる揚重、取付けによるしかなかった。

発明施工法の概略は図1に示される如く、耐力壁3,3

たもので、吊り込み揚重台を要することなくスライドガ
イドのみにて組み付けし得るようにしたものである。以
下、これを詳細に図2〜図11にて説明する。図2〜図
8は天井パネル4の製作例を示し、組立架台6,…上に
パネル下端コンパネ7を載せ(図2)、軽量鉄骨(C型
鋼)フレーム8をコンパネ7に取り付け、仕上げ天井吊
りボルト用木下地9,…及び内蔵ブレース10をセット
する(図3(a))。該フレーム8については図3
(b)に示される如く、小口補強鉄骨取付用ボルト1
1,11が先付けにて取り付けされると共にブレース取
付用金物10aが予じめ一体設される。フレーム8内に
グラスウール(断熱材)12を充填する(図4)。パネ
ル上端コンパネ13を貼り付けする(図5)。下面にシ
ューとしての高密度ポリエチレンテープ14を貼り付け
た小口補強鉄骨15を取り付ける(図6)。その手順は
図7、図8に示す如く該ボルト11,11に対して小口
補強鉄骨15を嵌着させ(図7)、ナット締めにて締結
させるものである(図8)。天井パネル4のガイドレー
ル5への納まりは図9に詳示される。すなわち、耐力壁
3,3の上に架設の基枠16,16上に天井パネル4の
端部を受け入れる軽量鉄骨よりなる天井パネル収納用ガ
イドレール5,5を敷設する。しかして、天井パネル4
は両端部をガイドレール5,5に受け入れられた態様で
もって組み込まれる。所定の位置にて固定ボルト17で
位置決めする。該木下地9を利用して吊りボルト18を
金具19を介して吊下したうえ、吊りボルト18下端に
金具20を介して仕上げ天井21を取り付ける。一方、
天井パネル4の外周については、目隠しパネル22が止
着されて化粧される。図10(a)〜(c)は水平押し
出し装置を備えた走行式揚重機の例を示す。すなわち、
走行式揚重機23の起伏可能なマストガイド23aに嵌
挿の昇降自在なマスト23bの上端部には水平押し出し
ジャッキ23cが備えられ、フォーク状の荷架台23d
は昇降自在、パネル4,…の積層搭載が可能である。叙
