前面が開口したキャビネット本体3により主体を構成し

された天板1を設けてあり、下部には台輪9を設けてあ
る。キャビネット本体3は第4図に示されるように両側
板13、背板5、天板1によって形成してあり、前面及び
上面は開口させてある。底板11の背部側には細長に形成
された流通口12を設けてあり、前面開口の上部には排気
ルーバ8aを設けて排気口8を形成してある。キャビネッ
ト本体3の下部に設置される台輪9は第5図に示される
ように上面が開口する受箱状に形成してあり、前面板9a
と背面板9bには凹状に切り欠いた吸気口10を設けてあ
る。この吸気口10には必要に応じてカバー14を取付けて
ある。そして台輪9上にキャビネット本体3を載置した
状態で吸気口10と底板11に設けた流通口12とが連結する
ようにしてある。キャビネット本体3内に配置されるオ
ーブンのような加熱調理機器4は第1図に示されるよう
にキャビネット本体3の背板5及び天板1との間に間隙
6を設けるようにして設置してあり、この間隙6にて加
熱調理機器4の背部側から前部側に連通する流通路7を
形成してある。そして、吸気口10、流通口12、流通路
7、排気口8とによって循環流路Aを形成してあり、第
1図中矢印にて示されるように吸気口10より流れ込んだ
キャビネット本体3外の空気が流通口12、流通路7を介
してキャビネット本体3内の上部に流れ、排気口8から
キャビネット本体3外に排気されるようにしてある。こ
のように循環流路Aを介して空気が循環することによっ
て加熱調理機器4及び加熱調理器具2より発生する熱気
は循環する空気と共にキャビネット本体3外に排気され
ることとなり、キャビネット本体3内に溜まることがな
いようにしてある。排気口8は第2図に示されるように
断面略Z字状に形成された複数枚の排気ルーバ8aによっ
て形成してあり、このように形成してあることによって
排気が行なわれる場合には天板1側への熱気の伝達を極
力抑えることができると共に天板1前端より落ちてくる
水等が内部に浸入しにくいようにしてある。また、前方
より内部が見えにくいようにすることができるものであ
る。

てキャビネット本体外に排気されるものであり、この熱
気の排気により吸気口、流通口を介して流通路にキャビ
ネット本体外の空気が流れ込み、空気が循環して熱気を
キャビネット本体内に溜めることなく排気することがで
きるものである。
