CONSTITUTION:An exhaust part 8, which is formed by raising a cooking stove top plate 2 in near inverted V shape in side face so as to protrude upwards higher than a stock receiving surface 5, is arranged at the rear portion of the stock receiving surface 5 of the cooking stove top plate 2. In addition, a plurality of exhaust ports 9, 10 and 11 (sections of 10, 11 are same as 9) are open on the rear slope part of the inverted V shaped by louvering.
