Further, when it is desired to enjoy both the bath effects of the water-soluble and water-insoluble bath agents, the water-soluble and water-insoluble bath agents are separately stored, so that they can be taken out and placed in a bathtub. There was a problem that it took a lot of work because it had to be inserted. For this reason, even if you try to store both in a non-woven bag, there is no problem with non-water-soluble ones with coarse particles, but water-soluble ones with fine particles may leak from the non-woven bag and cause a problem. there were.

The film is preferably a polyvinyl alcohol polymer. In particular, the average molecular weight is 1600 to 20
A polyvinyl alcohol polymer of 00 is preferred. If the average molecular weight of the polyvinyl alcohol polymer is more than 2000, the solubility in hot water is lowered, and it becomes difficult to elute the water-soluble bath agent at the time of use, and the bath effect cannot be obtained, which is not preferable. If it is less than 1600, the film strength tends to decrease, which is not preferable.

The single yarn fineness of the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric used in the present invention is preferably 1 to 7 denier, more preferably 3 to 5 denier, depending on the intended use of the present invention. Moreover, the bulk density of the nonwoven fabric used in the present invention is preferably 0.05 to 0.3 g / cc, and more preferably 0.1 to 0.2 g / cc. Non-woven bulk density is 0.05g
/ Cc and the single yarn fineness of the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric exceeds 7 denier, the gap between the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric becomes large, and the water-insoluble bath agent having coarse particles contained therein The bulk density of the non-woven fabric is 0.05g.
If it is less than / cc and the single yarn fineness of the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric is less than 1 denier, the strength of the non-woven fabric is reduced, which is not preferable. The bulk density of the non-woven fabric is 0.3 g / c
If it exceeds c and the single yarn fineness of the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric is less than 1 denier, the gap between the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric becomes small and the non-woven fabric becomes a dense non-woven fabric, which makes it difficult for water to flow in the bag and is water-soluble. The elution time of the bath agent is longer, the water-insoluble bath agent is less likely to be extracted, and the bath effect is reduced.
Moreover, the cost increases, which is not preferable.

As the constituent fibers of the non-woven fabric used in the present invention, it is preferable to mainly use those composed of a fiber-forming thermoplastic polymer such as a polyolefin-based polymer, a polyester-based polymer, or a polyamide-based polymer. More preferably, a core-sheath type in which a fiber-forming thermoplastic polymer is used as a core component as a part of the constituent fibers, and a fiber-forming thermoplastic polymer having a melting point lower than the melting point of the polymer by at least 20 ° C. is used as a sheath component. Use composite fibers.

In this core-sheath type composite fiber, when the difference in melting point between the polymers of the core component and the sheath component is less than 20 ° C., the fibers are made into a web, and the fibers are heat-bonded by a heat-bonding treatment to form a nonwoven fabric. When treated at high temperature, the polymer of the sheath component on the fiber surface melts at least at the fiber crossing points and the fibers adhere to each other, but the polymer of the core component deteriorates due to heat and the tensile strength and tear strength of the fiber itself. And bending strength is reduced.
On the other hand, when treated at a low temperature, the polymer of the core component does not deteriorate by heat, but the polymer of the sheath component does not melt sufficiently at the fiber intersections, so that the fibers do not adhere to each other and the strength of the nonwoven fabric decreases, and in extreme cases , Even non-woven fabric form is not retained.
Therefore, the melting point difference between the core component and the sheath component should be at least 20.
When the temperature is set to ℃, the polymer of the sheath component is partially melted at least at the fiber intersections by the heat-bonding treatment, and each network-like fusion bond is formed, so that the strength of the nonwoven fabric is improved, and the polymer of the core component is Since the fiber structure is maintained without heat deterioration, the strength of the nonwoven fabric can be maintained. When heat-sealing during bag making, the strength of the heat-sealed portion can be maintained and the ears do not peel off.

The combination of the core component polymer and the sheath component polymer is preferably compatible with each other. As a specific combination, a polyethylene terephthalate polymer as the polymer of the core component, a polyester-series polymer / polyolefin polymer core-sheath structure using a polyethylene polymer as the polymer of the sheath component, or the core component A polypropylene-based polymer as a polymer and a core-sheath structure of a polyolefin-based polymer / polyolefin-based polymer using a polyethylene-based polymer as a polymer of a sheath component are available.

The basis weight of the nonwoven fabric used in the present invention is preferably 10 to 50 g / m 2 and more preferably 15 to 30 g / m 2 depending on the intended use of the present invention. When the basis weight of the non-woven fabric is less than 10 g / m 2 , the amount of the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric tends to be small and the strength of the non-woven fabric tends to decrease, and the uniformity of the non-woven fabric tends to decrease. This is not preferable because the agent may leak out and the original function of the package may be impaired. When the basis weight of the non-woven fabric exceeds 50 g / m 2 , it becomes difficult for water to flow, the inner water-soluble film becomes difficult to dissolve, the elution time of the water-soluble bath agent becomes long, the bath effect is reduced, and the cost is also low. It is not good to go up.

The bath product of the present invention is obtained by packaging a bath agent with a non-woven fabric and a water-soluble film, so that the water-soluble and water-insoluble bath agents are contained together. Therefore, before use, the inner water-soluble film acts as a barrier layer to prevent the water-soluble bath agent with fine particles from falling off, and the various components in the bath agent are volatilized to the outside through the bag. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of moisture absorption and moisture absorption from the outside. The outer non-woven fabric prevents damage due to external forces. Next, at the time of use, the bath agent product of the present invention can be put into the bath as it is, and it takes time and effort to take out the bath agent by breaking the packaging material such as aluminum as in the conventional case. The bath agent product of the present invention placed in the bathtub has a water permeability of the non-woven fabric, whereby the water-soluble film on the inside is dissolved and the water-soluble bath agent contained therein is rapidly eluted, and the water-soluble bath agent is not water-soluble in the non-woven bag. It is in a state where the sexual bath agent is contained. Next, water circulates in the bag due to the original filter characteristics of the non-woven fabric, the water-insoluble bath agent is extracted, and the bath effect can be easily achieved by using both the water-soluble substance and the water-insoluble substance together. Further, since the non-woven fabric is excellent in strength, the non-water-soluble bath agent inside does not leak due to the non-woven fabric bag being ruptured by the impact of a jet of water when taking a bath.

After making 10 sample pieces in total of 10 cm x 10 cm and reaching the equilibrium moisture content, the weight (g) of each sample piece was weighed, and the average value of the obtained values was taken as the unit area (m 2 ). It was converted into a hit and used as the basis weight of the nonwoven fabric. Bulk density (g / cc): sample width 10 cm, sample length 10 cm
5 samples were prepared and the thickness of each non-woven fabric was measured by applying a load of 4.5 g weight / cm 2 with a thickness measuring instrument manufactured by Daiei Kagaku Seiki Seisakusho. The bulk density of the nonwoven fabric was determined by the method. Bulk density (g / cc) = (Basis weight) / (Thickness) / 1000

In the bath products of Examples 1 to 3, when placed in a bath at the time of bathing, the polyvinyl alcohol film on the inside is dissolved, the water-soluble bath agent is quickly dissolved, and the non-water-soluble bath agent is extracted. I enjoyed the bathing effect of using both water-soluble and water-insoluble bathing agents. When the bath agent product of Example 4 was put in a bathtub during bathing, when the polyvinyl alcohol film on the inside was dissolved, the bulk density of the non-woven fabric was low, and the interfiber voids constituting the non-woven fabric were large, so the water-insoluble bath agent leaked slightly. I put it out. When the bath agent product of Example 5 was placed in the bathtub during bathing, the constituent fibers of the non-woven fabric were small in the single yarn fineness and the gaps between the fibers were small and dense. The polyvinyl alcohol film became difficult to dissolve, and it took time to elute the water-soluble bath agent and extract the water-insoluble bath agent. On the other hand, when the bath agent product of Comparative Example 1 is put in the bathtub when taking a bath, the texture is hard because the bulk density of the nonwoven fabric is high, and the gaps between the fibers are small and dense, so it is difficult for water to flow in the bag of the nonwoven fabric. However, the inner polyvinyl alcohol film became difficult to dissolve and the water-soluble bath agent was difficult to elute, and the water-insoluble bath agent was difficult to be extracted. On the other hand, since the non-woven fabric has poor tear strength, the non-woven fabric was torn by the impact of water flow after a while, and the water-insoluble bath agent leaked out and spread into the bath, which was not practical. When the bath agent product of Comparative Example 2 was put in a bathtub during bathing, when the polyvinyl alcohol film on the inside was dissolved, the non-aqueous bath agent in the bag of the non-woven fabric leaked out because the non-woven fabric had large gaps between the fibers. On the other hand, since the non-woven fabric was inferior in tear strength, the non-woven fabric was torn by the impact of water flow, and the water-insoluble bath agent was further leaked and spread into the bath, which was not practical.
