【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】面板裏面の幅方向複数箇所に長手方向に沿
って閉断面形状の補強部を形成した建築用下地材におい
て、前記補強部の両端に面板端部よりも内側に位置する
ように開放部を設けるとともに、この開放部を閉塞する
蓋部とこの蓋部の一縁部から面板端部方向に延びるフラ
ンジ部とを備えた蓋部材を設け、この蓋部材の蓋部を前
記開放部に被着した状態で前記フランジ部を面板端部裏
面に重合してなることを特徴とする建築用下地材。

に重合した状態で面板と蓋部材とを溶接することを特徴
とする建築用下地材の製造方法。
