Description

【0001】
【0021】
また,上記課題を解決するため,本発明の別の観点によれば,一側面に延長形成された凸側嵌合部と,他側面に凸側嵌合部と嵌合するよう延長形成された凹側嵌合部と,を有し,その表面に1または2以上の化粧板が貼り付けられた略方形のサイディングボードと;サイディングボードの側面に沿って延長形成され,相隣接する凸側嵌合部および凹側嵌合部によって挟持される被挟持部と,サイディングボード表面との間に化粧板を挟み込んで固定する懸止部と,を有する懸止部材と;を用いて壁面を覆うサイディング施工方法であって:(1)1のサイディングボードを壁面に取り付ける工程と;(2)懸止部材を壁面に取り付けられたサイディングボードの側面に取り付けて,被挟持部を壁面に取り付けられたサイディングボードの凸側嵌合部または凹側嵌合部に嵌合させるとともに,壁面に取り付けられたサイディングボード表面と懸止部の一側との間に化粧板を挟み込んで固定する工程と;(3)他のサイディングボードを取り付けられた懸止部材に沿って壁面に取り付けて,被挟持部が嵌合された凸側嵌合部または凹側嵌合部に他のサイディングボードの凹側嵌合部または凸側嵌合部を嵌合させるとともに,他のサイディングボード表面と懸止部の他側との間に化粧板を挟み込んで固定する工程と;(4)(2)および(3)の工程を必要に応じて繰り返す工程と;

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to siding, and more particularly, to a siding having a decorative plate affixed to the surface thereof, a method for its construction, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, metal siding construction in which a metal siding board is bonded to form an exterior or interior of a building has become widespread. Furthermore, in recent years, siding with improved design (hereinafter referred to as decorative metal siding with a decorative plate) by attaching a plurality of decorative plates (stone plates) made of natural stone, for example, to the surface of a siding board with an adhesive or the like. Proposed.
[0003]
In such a metal siding with a decorative plate, if nothing is filled in the joints between the adjacent decorative plates, the adhesive is visible and the finish is not clean. Therefore, a contractor, etc., of a metal siding with a decorative plate has been sealed by filling the joint with a sealant. In addition, instead of such a sealing process, a soft resin molded product was pushed into the joint and fixed with an adhesive or the like to simplify the construction of the joint.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional metal siding with decorative plate, the heavy decorative plate is only attached to the siding board with an adhesive. Therefore, if the adhesive deteriorates with long-term use, the ability to fix the decorative plate However, there was a problem that the veneer peeled off and dropped in severe cases.
[0005]
In addition, when filling the joints of the above-mentioned decorative metal affixed to the decorative board, a special anti-adhesive taping must be performed to prevent the adhesive from adhering to the decorative board surface. There was a problem that it took time and labor for construction. There is also a problem that a large amount of sealant is required.
[0006]
Furthermore, when using a sealant or a soft resin molded product at the joint, such a member is likely to deteriorate due to expansion / contraction due to temperature difference or ultraviolet rays, so that there is a problem that repair is required at a relatively fast cycle. there were.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of conventional siding, and an object of the present invention is to stably fix a decorative board, to easily and quickly construct a joint, It is to provide a new and improved siding capable of suppressing the deterioration of the steel and its construction method.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a siding assembly for connecting a plurality of siding boards to cover a wall surface: a convex fitting portion extending on one side surface, and the like A substantially rectangular siding board having a concave fitting part extended to be fitted to the convex fitting part on a side surface; one or more decorative boards attached to the surface of the siding board; and siding A suspension part that extends along the side surface of the board and holds the decorative board between the siding board surface and the sandwiched part that is sandwiched between the adjacent convex-side fitting part and concave-side fitting part. A siding assembly comprising: a suspension member;
[0009]
With this configuration, the suspension member is fixed between the adjacent siding boards by holding the sandwiched portion between the adjacent convex-side fitting portion and the concave-side fitting portion. Further, the suspension member can stably fix the decorative plate by hooking the suspension portion to the side end portion of the decorative plate and pressing the decorative plate to the surface side of the siding board. Further, the suspension member constitutes a joint portion of the gap between the decorative plates adjacent to each other of the connected siding boards.
[0010]
In addition, the surface of the decorative plate may be formed with an extension of a notch for a suspension part on which the suspension part is hooked at least at one end, so that the suspension part is used for the suspension part. The decorative board can be more suitably fixed by hooking it into the notch. Further, when the suspension member is attached, the suspension portion can be prevented from popping outside from the decorative plate surface.
[0011]
Furthermore, if the space surrounded by the suspension part and the notch for the suspension part can be filled with a sealing agent, the space is sealed to provide a space between the suspension member and the decorative plate. The gap can be filled.
[0012]
In addition, the suspension member has a base portion formed on the other side of the suspension portion and connected to the sandwiched portion, and the base portion is fixed to the wall surface by the fixing member. The member is not only fixed by the sandwiched portion being clamped, but also fixed to the wall surface by a fixing member such as a screw or a nail, so that the member is not more stably displaced.
[0013]
In addition, at least two decorative panels are attached to the surface of the siding board with a gap, and the siding assembly further includes one or more joint members that are extended to fit into the gap. If configured as described above, a siding having a substantially lattice joint can be formed. That is, in the gap between the decorative plates on the siding surface, the suspension portion of the suspension member forms a joint in one direction (for example, a horizontal joint), and the upper surface of the joint member is, for example, a joint that is substantially vertical (for example, a vertical joint). (Joint). Furthermore, if a metal suspension member and joint member are used, the joint part of the siding can be used as a metal joint.
[0014]
Furthermore, if the joint member is configured to have protrusions that are hooked to the suspension part of the suspension member at both ends in the longitudinal direction, the joint member is below the suspension part of the suspension member disposed on both sides of the joint member. The projections of the joint members are respectively inserted and hooked on the side. As a result, the protrusions at both ends are pressed toward the surface of the siding board by the suspension portions, so that the joint member fitted in the gap of the decorative board is difficult to come off.
[0015]
Furthermore, the joint member has an overhang formed by projecting from at least a part of at least one side surface in the short direction, and the back surface of the decorative plate is fitted with at least one side on which the joint member is fitted. If the back surface notch for the overhanging portion on which the overhanging portion is hooked is formed in at least a part of the end portion, the overhanging portion is not formed when the joint member is fitted into the gap of the decorative plate. Since it fits and is fixed to the back notch for the overhang, it is difficult for the joint member to come off or slip out of the gap.
[0016]
In addition, at least two decorative boards are attached to the surface of the siding board with a minute gap, and the width of the minute gap is adjusted according to the expansion / contraction rate of the decorative board. In this way, a stone board can be stuck on the surface of the siding board without using the joint member as described above. However, in order to prevent the adjacent decorative boards on the installed siding board from expanding and contracting due to changes in the external temperature, etc., and interfering with each other, a small gap is made according to the material and size of the decorative board. A decorative board is attached.
[0017]
In order to solve the above problems, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a siding board characterized by being used in the above siding assembly.
[0018]
Moreover, in order to solve the said subject, according to another viewpoint of this invention, the decorative board characterized by being used for said siding assembly is provided.

[0020]
Moreover, in order to solve the said subject, according to another viewpoint of this invention, the joint member characterized by being used for said siding assembly is provided.
[0021]
Further, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, according to another aspect of the present invention, a convex fitting part extended on one side and an extended fitting to the convex fitting part on the other side are formed. A substantially rectangular siding board having a concave-side fitting portion and having one or more decorative plates attached to the surface thereof; extending along the side surface of the siding board and adjacent convex-side fittings A siding that covers a wall surface using a suspension member that includes: a sandwiched portion that is sandwiched between the mating portion and the concave fitting portion; and a suspension portion that sandwiches and fixes the decorative plate between the siding board surface. [0025]
The surface of the siding board is pasted with at least two decorative boards with a gap; the siding construction method further includes one or two or more extensions formed to fit into the gap. The joint member may be configured to include a step of fitting the joint member into the gap.
[0026]
Furthermore, the joint member may be configured such that protrusions formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction are hooked on the suspension portion.
[0027]
Further, the joint member has an overhang formed by projecting from at least a part of at least one side surface in the short side direction, and at least one end of at least one side to which the joint member on the back surface of the decorative plate is fitted. You may make it hook on the back surface notch for the overhang | projection part formed in the part.
[0028]
In addition, at least two or more decorative boards are attached to the surface of the siding board with a minute gap, and the width of the minute gap is adjusted according to the expansion / contraction rate of the decorative board. You may do it.
[0029]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the present specification and drawings, components having substantially the same functional configuration are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
[0030]
(First embodiment)
The siding and its construction method according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described below. In the following, an example of metal siding will be described as siding, but the present invention is not limited to such an example.
[0031]
First, a siding assembly according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described. The siding assembly according to this embodiment is an assembly member used when, for example, metal siding is applied to a wall surface of a building, and includes, for example, a siding board, a decorative board, a suspension member, and a joint member.
[0032]
First, a siding board and a decorative board according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the siding board 10 and the decorative board 20 according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the siding board 10 and the decorative board 20 shown in FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the siding board 10 and the decorative board 20 shown in FIG.
[0033]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the siding board 10 is a plate-like member having, for example, a substantially rectangular shape as a whole, and has a length of about 1800 mm and a width of about 500 mm, for example. The siding board 10 is mainly formed of a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate, a surface-treated coated steel plate, a copper plate, a brass plate, an aluminum plate, or a titanium plate, and has a relatively strong strength and durability. The siding board 10 includes, for example, a flat portion 11 made of a metal plate, a convex side fitting portion 12, a concave side fitting portion 13, a board base portion 14, a heat insulating material 15 provided on the back surface of the flat portion 11, and heat insulation. And a back paper 16 provided so as to cover the material 12.
[0034]
The flat portion 11 is a portion that is formed of, for example, a substantially flat metal plate and occupies a relatively large area on the surface side of the siding board 10. Note that the surface side of the siding board 10 refers to the side that can be seen from the outside when the siding board 10 is attached to the wall surface. The width of the flat portion 11 is, for example, the working width of the siding board 10 (for example, about 385 mm).
[0035]
The convex-side fitting portion 12 is a portion formed by curving a metal plate on one side of the siding board 10 and is formed to extend in the vertical direction (Y direction) of the siding board 10 with substantially the same cross-sectional shape. ing. As shown in FIG. 2, the cross-sectional shape of the convex-side fitting portion 12 is a shape that protrudes, for example, in a substantially U shape from, for example, the central portion of the side surface of the siding board 10.
[0036]
The concave fitting portion 13 is a portion formed by extending a metal plate on the other side surface of the siding board 10 (the side opposite to the convex fitting portion 12). As shown in FIG. 2, the cross-sectional shape of the concave fitting portion 13 is a shape that is recessed, for example, in a substantially U shape from, for example, the central portion of the side surface of the siding board 10. The concave side fitting portion 13 is formed so as to be able to be fitted to the convex side fitting portion 12.
[0037]
The convex side fitting part 12 and the concave side fitting part 13 have a function of preventing the two siding boards 10 from being displaced from each other when the adjacent siding boards 10 are connected. In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the convex side fitting part 12 and the concave side fitting part 13 is not limited to the above substantially U shape, and may be, for example, a substantially U shape, a substantially V shape, or the like.
[0038]
The board base portion 14 forms a part of the back surface of the siding board 10 and extends substantially parallel to the flat portion 11 from the lower side surface of the siding board 10 on the convex fitting portion 12 side, for example. It is the part formed. By fixing the board base 14 to the wall surface with a fixing member such as a screw or a nail, the entire siding board 10 can be fixed to the wall surface. In the present embodiment, the board base portion 14 is provided on the convex fitting portion 12 side, but may be provided on the concave fitting portion 13 side.
[0039]
The heat insulating material 15 is made of, for example, foamed urethane and has a function of insulating between the front surface side and the back surface side of the siding board 10. The back paper 16 is, for example, kraft paper provided so as to wrap the heat insulating material on the back side of the siding board 10, and has a function of protecting the surface of the heat insulating material 15. Instead of the back paper 16, an aluminum foil or a thin iron plate may be provided.
[0040]
Further, for example, a plurality of decorative boards 20 are attached to the surface of the siding board 10 as described above, for example, with an adhesive 3 in order to improve the design of the inner wall or the outer wall of the building. The decorative board 20 is, for example, a stone board having a substantially rectangular shape, for example, a natural stone such as marble or granite, for example, a cut stone, an artificial stone such as artificial marble, or a ceramic product such as ceramic, tile or brick, It is formed into a thin plate shape. In general, the four side surfaces of the decorative board 20 are shaped so as to be substantially perpendicular to the surface, for example. Various types of patterns such as a geometric pattern and a natural tone may be applied to the surface of the decorative board 20. In addition, this decorative board 20 is not limited to the example of the above stone board, For example, you may form using various synthetic resins, such as a plastics, glass, a ceramic, cement, or various metals.
[0041]
The size of the decorative board 20 varies depending on the size of the siding board 10, the design applied to the siding, and the like, for example, a length of 600 mm, a width of 385 mm, and a thickness of about 5.5 mm. Thus, the width of the decorative board 20 is preferably substantially the same as or slightly smaller than the working width of the siding board 10. Further, the weight of the decorative board 20 varies depending on the material. For example, in the case of a natural stone material, one piece is about 3.5 kg.
[0042]
Such a decorative board 20 is affixed to the flat part 11 of the siding board 10 by an adhesive 3 such as elastic, urethane or rubber applied on the back surface. At this time, the decorative board 20 is attached so that both side edges (hereinafter referred to as right and left side edges) of the decorative board 20 in the horizontal direction (X direction) are substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the siding board 10, for example. It is done. Thereby, the suspension member (not shown) mentioned later becomes easy to fix the decorative board 20.
[0043]
When a plurality of decorative plates 20 are attached, for example, a gap 22 having substantially the same width is provided between adjacent decorative plates 20, and the decorative plates 20 are attached at substantially equal intervals in the vertical direction (Y direction). It is preferable. With such a configuration, the decorative board 20 is arranged in an orderly manner and the design of the siding is improved, and attachment of a joint member (not shown) described later is facilitated.
[0044]
In addition, a notch 24 for a suspension portion, which is one of the features of the decorative board 20 according to the present embodiment, is formed to extend in the vertical direction (Y direction) on both the left and right ends of the surface side of the decorative board 20. Yes. The cross-sectional shape of the notch 24 for the suspension portion is, for example, stepped as shown in FIG. The notch 24 for the suspension part has a function of suitably fixing the decorative board 20 by being hooked by a suspension part (not shown) of the suspension member, details of which will be described later.
[0045]
Furthermore, the protruding portion which is one of the features of the decorative board 20 according to the present embodiment is provided on both side edges in the vertical direction (Y direction) on the back surface side of the decorative board 20 (hereinafter referred to as both vertical side edges). The back notch 26 for use is extended and formed in the left-right direction (X direction). As shown in FIG. 3, the cross-sectional shape of the protruding portion back surface cutout 26 is, for example, an inclined surface. The overhang portion rear surface notch 26 has a function of suitably fixing the joint member by hooking a projection portion (not shown) of the joint member, which will be described in detail later.
[0046]
Next, a suspension member, which is a major feature of the present embodiment, will be described with reference to FIG. 4A is a cross-sectional view illustrating the suspension member 30 according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 4B is a right side view illustrating the suspension member 30 according to the present embodiment.
[0047]
As shown in FIG. 4, the suspension member 30 is a long length for fixing the metal joint and decorative plate 20 that is extended along the side surface of the siding board 10, for example, by bending or bending the metal plate. It is a metal fitting. The material of the suspension member 30 is, for example, a stainless steel plate, a surface-treated coated steel plate, a copper plate, a brass plate, an aluminum plate, a titanium plate, etc., like the siding board 10. The length of the suspension member 30 in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) is, for example, substantially the same as the length of the siding board 10 or at least the length of one side of the left and right sides of the decorative board 20. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and may be longer than the siding board 10, for example.
[0048]
The suspension member 30 will be described in more detail. The suspension member 30 includes a suspension portion 32 disposed at the upper end, a sandwiched portion 34 disposed at the center, and a base portion 36 disposed at the lower end on the other side of the suspension portion 32.
[0049]
As shown in FIG. 4A, the suspension portion 32 is a portion formed by, for example, bending a metal plate and projecting it substantially horizontally, for example, on both sides in the left-right direction (X direction). The lower surface side of the suspension portion 32 has a shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the suspension portion notch 24, and the upper surface thereof is, for example, substantially flat. The suspension portion 32 has a function of being caught in the notch 24 for the suspension portion and sandwiching the decorative board 20 with the surface of the siding board 10. Further, the upper surface of the suspension portion 32 is a portion that appears on the siding surface after construction, and constitutes, for example, a metal joint along, for example, a horizontal seam of the siding boards 10 adjacent to each other vertically.
[0050]
The sandwiched portion 34 is a portion formed by curving a metal plate so that the cross section has a substantially U shape, for example. The substantially U-shape of the sandwiched portion 34 is adjusted to, for example, a shape substantially similar to the convex-side fitting portion 12 and the concave-side fitting portion 13 of the siding board 10. Therefore, the sandwiched portion 34 can be fitted to the outside of the convex fitting portion 12 and the inside of the concave fitting portion 13. Such a sandwiched portion 34 is sandwiched between the convex fitting portion 12 and the concave fitting portion 13 of the siding board 10 adjacent to each other at the time of siding construction, and the entire suspension member 30 is attached to the siding board 10. Has the function of fixing.
[0051]
The base portion 36 is a portion that is extended, for example, on the lower side of the sandwiched portion 34 so as to extend, for example, in a substantially horizontal direction (Y direction), and has a shape along the board base portion 14 of the siding board 10. . By fixing the base portion 36 to the wall surface with a fixing member such as a nail or a screw, for example, the entire suspension member 30 can be fixed to the wall surface. Further, the curved portion in the vicinity of the center of the base portion 36 overlaps with the curved portion of the board base portion 14 to prevent, for example, the suspension member 30 disposed between the siding boards 10 from shifting in a substantially horizontal direction. it can. In addition, although the base part 36 is continuously extended and formed on the bottom face of the suspension member 30, for example, it may be formed by partially protruding only around the position where a fixing member such as a nail is attached.
[0052]
Here, based on FIG. 5, the aspect which the suspension member concerning this embodiment fixes a decorative board is demonstrated. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the suspension member 30 installed between the adjacent siding boards 10 according to the present embodiment.
[0053]
As shown in FIG. 5, for example, two siding boards 10 are attached to the wall surface 4 of the structure in a state where the convex side fitting portion 12 or the concave side fitting portion 13 is connected. Thus, the suspension member 30 is sandwiched between the side surfaces of the adjacent siding boards 10, and the decorative board 20 attached to both siding boards 10 is fixed.
[0054]
More specifically, the base portion 36 of the suspension member 30 is fixed to the wall surface 4 together with, for example, the board base portion 14 by screws 5 that are fixing members. Further, the sandwiched portion 34 is sandwiched and fixed by the convex fitting portion 12 of the right siding board 10 and the concave fitting portion 13 of the left siding board 10. In this way, the suspension member 30 is stably fixed to the wall surface 4 and both siding boards 10, so that the suspension member 30 is not displaced or deformed between the siding boards 10.
[0055]
In this state, the suspension portion 32 is hooked on the suspension portion notch 24 of the decorative plate 20 on both sides, and the decorative plate is between the lower surface of the suspension portion 32 and the surface of the flat portion 11 of the siding board 10. 20 is sandwiched. Therefore, the decorative plate 20 is fixed in the vertical direction (Z direction) with respect to the flat portion 11 not only by the adhesive force of the adhesive 3 but also by the pressing force of the suspension portion 32. Furthermore, since the suspension part 32 and the suspension part notch 24 are suitably fitted, the decorative board 20 is also fixed to the flat part 11 in a substantially horizontal direction (X direction). That is, even if a force that shifts the decorative plate 20 in the horizontal direction, for example, the vertical surface of the notch 24 for the suspension portion interferes with the side end portion of the suspension portion 32 so that the decorative plate 20 is substantially horizontal. There is no deviation in the direction.
[0056]
As described above, the suspension member 30 according to the present embodiment can stably fix the decorative plate 20. Further, since the suspension member 30 is made of metal, it is not easily deteriorated even after long-term use, and the possibility of breakage is low. Therefore, for example, even when the adhesive 3 is deteriorated and the adhesive force is reduced, the decorative plate 20 can be prevented from being displaced or dropped.
[0057]
Further, when such a suspension member 30 is sandwiched between the siding boards 10, the upper surface of the suspension portion 32 appears on the surface of the siding after construction. For example, a horizontal joint between the decorative plates 20 adjacent to each other vertically, for example, The part (hereinafter referred to as a horizontal joint) can be metal jointed.
[0058]
Next, the joint member according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 6 (a) and 6 (b) are a front view and a left side view showing the joint member 40 according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 6 (c) is an adjacent makeup according to the present embodiment. FIG. 6 is a front view showing a joint member 40 fitted in a gap 22 of a plate 20.
[0059]
As shown in FIG. 6, the joint member 40 is, for example, a substantially rod-shaped member that is extended to fit into the gap 22 between the adjacent decorative plates 20. The joint member 40 has both side surfaces 40b that fall substantially vertically from the upper surface 40a, for example, and has a substantially U-shaped cross section as a whole. The joint member 40 is formed, for example, by bending a metal plate, and functions as, for example, a metal joint fitting. The metal plate is, for example, a stainless steel plate, a surface-treated coated steel plate, a copper plate, a brass plate, an aluminum plate, a titanium plate, etc., as in the case of the siding board 10 and the suspension member 30. In addition, regarding the siding board 10, the suspension member 30, and the joint member 40, for example, by using substantially the same metal plate as a material, aesthetic harmony of the entire siding can be achieved. Further, if at least the suspension member 30 and the joint member 40 are made of substantially the same material, the joint portion appearing on the siding surface after the construction can be constituted by a unified metal joint.
[0060]
The joint member 40 has a length in the longitudinal direction (X direction) that is substantially the same as or slightly shorter than the length of the gap 22 (that is, the width of the decorative board 20), and the width (Y direction). Is configured to be substantially the same as or slightly narrower than the width of the gap 22 (that is, the distance between adjacent decorative plates 20). Moreover, the thickness (Z direction) of the joint member 40 is formed to be substantially the same as or slightly thinner than the thickness of the decorative board 20, for example.
[0061]
The joint member 40 has a protruding portion 42 and an overhanging portion 44 so as to be suitably fitted and fixed in the gap 22 between the adjacent decorative plates 20.
[0062]
The projecting portion 42 is formed to project from, for example, the upper ends of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the joint member 40, and is a substantially projecting portion having a slight step with respect to the upper surface 40a, and can be inserted below the suspension portion 32. Have a different shape. The protrusion 42 is hooked on the lower side of the suspension portion 32, thereby fixing the joint member 40 fitted in the gap 22 of the adjacent decorative plate 20 so as not to come off from the gap 22. It has a function.
[0063]
In addition, the overhanging portion 44 is a portion that is formed to extend outward from, for example, the lower portion of the both side surfaces 40b in the short direction. As shown in FIG. 6C, the overhanging portion 44 has a shape that can be fitted into the overhanging rear surface notch 26 disposed on both sides of the lower portion of the gap 22 between the adjacent decorative plates 20. Yes. By fitting the overhanging portion 44 into the overhanging portion rear surface notch 26, the joint member 40 fitted in the gap 22 is suitably fixed and can be prevented from coming off from the gap 22. Note that when the joint member 40 is inserted into the gap 22, both side surfaces 40 b of the joint member 40 can be elastically opened and closed with a connecting portion between the joint member 40 and the upper surface 40 a as a fulcrum, so that the overhanging portion 44 becomes an obstacle. There is no.
[0064]
By fitting the joint members 40 as described above into the respective gaps 22, the upper surface 40 a of the joint member 40 appears on the siding surface after construction. For example, in the vertical direction between the decorative plates 20 adjacent to each other on the left and right The joint portion (hereinafter referred to as a vertical joint) can be processed with a metal joint.
[0065]
As described above, for example, four members constituting the siding assembly according to the present embodiment have been described. Metal siding can be applied to the wall surface of a building by assembling using a plurality of such siding assemblies.
[0066]
Next, a siding construction method using the siding assembly according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, FIG. 7 is a flowchart which shows the operation | movement flow of the siding construction method concerning this embodiment. 8 and 9 are cross-sectional views showing siding and the like in each step of the siding construction method according to the present embodiment.
[0067]
In the following, an example of a substantially vertical wall surface of a building will be described as an example of a wall surface to be siding. However, the wall surface is not limited to this example, and the construction wall surface may be an inclined wall surface, a ceiling surface, a floor surface, or the like. . Further, as a siding construction method, an example of a horizontal pasting method in which the siding board 10 is pasted in, for example, a substantially vertical direction (up and down direction of the wall surface) will be described. However, the present invention is not limited to this example. It may be a vertical pasting method in which the layers are stuck together (in the left-right direction of the wall surface).
[0068]
As shown in FIG. 7, first, in step S10, a decorative board 20 is attached to the surface of the siding board 10 (step S10). As shown in FIG. 8A, for example, a plurality of decorative plates 20 are attached to the flat portion 11 of the siding board 10 using the adhesive 3. At this time, for example, a gap 22 (not shown) serving as a vertical joint is opened between the decorative plates 20 adjacent to each other with substantially the same width. Such a pasting process of the decorative board 20 may be performed, for example, at either a siding board manufacturing factory or a construction site.
[0069]
Next, in step S12, a starter is attached to the wall surface 4 of the building (step S12). For example, as shown in FIG. 8B, for example, a suspension member 30 is attached as a starter of the metal siding 2 to the lowest part of the substantially vertical wall surface 4, for example. The suspension member 30 is attached in such a direction that its longitudinal direction is substantially horizontal (the left-right direction of the wall surface 4), and the base portion 36 is fixed to the wall surface 4 by screws 5, for example, which are fixing members. The starter is not limited to the suspension member 30, and may be various members that can fix the siding board 10 such as a substantially L-shaped stopper.
[0070]
Further, in step S14, the siding board 10 is attached to the wall surface 4 (step S14). As shown in FIG. 8C, one of the siding boards 10 (hereinafter referred to as the first siding board 10-1) having the decorative plate 20 attached to the surface in step S10 is, for example, a starter. It attaches to the wall surface 4 according to the suspension member 30 which is.
[0071]
At this time, the concave side fitting portion 13 of the first siding board 10-1 and the clamped portion 34 of the suspension member 30 are fitted. Further, the left side of the suspension portion 32 is hooked on the suspension portion notch 24 formed at the right end of the decorative plate 20. Thereby, the right ends of the plurality of decorative plates 20 are sandwiched and fixed between the left lower surface of the suspension portion 32 and the surface of the first siding board 10-1.
[0072]
Further, the board base portion 14 of the first siding board 10-1 is fixed to the wall surface 4 with a nail 6 as a fixing member. Thereby, the 1st siding board 10-1 will be fixed so that it may not remove | deviate from the wall surface 4 with the nail | claw 6 of one side, and the said suspension member 30 of the other side.
[0073]
Thereafter, in step S16, the joint member 40 is attached (step S16). The joint members 40 are fitted into, for example, the plurality of gaps 22 of the adjacent decorative plates 20 provided in step S10. At this time, the protrusion 42 at one end of the joint member 40 is hooked on the lower left surface of the suspension portion 32 of the suspension member 30. Further, for example, the overhanging portions 44 of the both side surfaces 40 b of the joint member 40 are fitted into the back surface notch 26 for the overhanging portion of the decorative plate 20, and the joint member 40 is fixed in the gap 22.
[0074]
Next, in step S18, the suspension member 30 is attached (step S18). As shown in FIG. 9A, a new suspension member 30 is attached to the side surface of the first siding board 10-1.
[0075]
At this time, the convex fitting part 12 of the first siding board 10-1 and the clamped part 34 of the suspension member 30 are fitted. Further, the right side of the suspension portion 32 is hooked on the suspension portion cutout 24 formed at the left end of the decorative board 20. Thereby, for example, the left ends of the plurality of decorative plates 20 are sandwiched and fixed between the right lower surface of the suspension portion 32 and the surface of the first siding board 10-1. As a result, the decorative plate 20 is fixed more stably by the suspension portions 32 being respectively hooked on the suspension portion cutouts 24 on the left and right ends.
[0076]
Further, the left protrusion 42 of the joint member 40 is hooked on the lower right side of the suspension portion 32 of the newly installed suspension member 30. As a result, the joint member 40 is stably fixed in the gap 22 because the projecting portions 42 at both ends are hooked on the suspension portion 32.
[0077]
Further, in step S20, the suspension member 30 is fixed (step S20). As shown in FIG. 9B, the base portion 36 of the suspension member 30 is fixed to the wall surface 4 together with the board base portion 14 of the first siding board 10-1 by, for example, screws 5 that are fixing members. . Thereby, it can prevent that the to-be-clamped part 34 fitted to the convex side fitting part 12 of the 1st siding board 10-1 does not remove | deviate. In this step, the board base portion 14 is also fixed to the wall surface 4 by the screw 6. Therefore, in step S14, the board base portion 14 is not necessarily fixed to the wall surface 4 with the nail 5 or the like.
[0078]
Thereafter, in step S22, it is determined whether or not all the wall surfaces 4 in the row being constructed have been siding-constructed (step S22). When the siding boards 10 are pasted together by the horizontal bonding method, for example, the construction gradually progresses above the wall surface 4 and the siding board 10 reaches the target position, the siding construction of the row is completed. To do. On the other hand, if the target position has not yet been reached, the process proceeds to step S24.
[0079]
Next, in step S24, a new siding board 10 is attached (step S24). As shown in FIG. 9C, a siding board 10 (hereinafter referred to as a second siding board 10-2) to which a decorative board 20 is attached, which is different from the first siding board 10, is used. The siding board 10-1 is connected to the wall surface 4.
[0080]
At this time, the concave side fitting portion 13 of the second siding board 10-2 is fitted into the convex side fitting portion 12 of the first siding board 10-1 via the sandwiched portion 34 of the suspension member 30. Combined. Thereby, the clamping part 34 is clamped by the concave side fitting part 13 of the 2nd siding board 10-2, and the convex side fitting part 12 of the 1st siding board 10-1. For this reason, the suspension member 30 is fixed between the siding boards 10 without being displaced even if the base portion 36 is not fixed with the screw 6.
[0081]
In the same manner as described above, the left side of the suspension portion 32 is hooked on the suspension portion cutout 24 of the decorative board 20 attached to the second siding board 10-2. Thereby, the right end of the decorative board 20 is sandwiched and fixed between the left lower surface of the suspension portion 32 and the surface of the second siding board 10-2.
[0082]
After the end of this step, the process returns to step S16. Thereafter, in the same manner as described above, the joint member 40 is attached to the second siding board 10-2, and the suspension member 30 is attached to the upper side thereof (step S18) and fixed (step S20). ). By repeating these steps, the siding boards 10 are bonded one by one toward the upper side of the wall surface 4 as in the third, fourth,... Siding boards. Note that such bonding is performed in the row until it is determined in step S22 that the construction is completed. Further, when the construction of the row is completed, the operation moves to the construction of the adjacent row, and the siding board 10 is pasted again from the lower part to the upper part, for example.
[0083]
Here, based on FIG. 10, the surface aspect of the siding constructed by the above-described lateral pasting siding construction method will be described. FIG. 10 is a plan view showing a surface aspect of the siding constructed by the siding construction method according to the present embodiment.
[0084]
As shown in FIG. 10, the plurality of decorative boards 20 occupy most of the siding surface constructed by connecting a plurality of siding boards 10 in the vertical direction of the wall surface 4. In the joint between the plurality of decorative plates 20, the horizontal joint is constituted by one suspension member 30, and the vertical joint is constituted by a plurality of joint members 40. Since the material of the suspension member 30 and the joint member 40 is, for example, a metal plate, the joint part of the siding is a metal joint.
[0085]
Thus, the above siding is excellent in aesthetics because the adhesive 3 is not seen from the gap 22 of the decorative board 20. In addition, because it is metal jointed, it has excellent weather resistance and durability. Furthermore, since the suspension member 30 or the joint member 40 can be easily attached, joint processing can be simplified, construction efficiency can be improved, and construction cost can be reduced.
[0086]
As mentioned above, although preferred embodiment of this invention was described referring an accompanying drawing, this invention is not limited to this example. It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that various changes or modifications can be conceived within the scope of the technical idea described in the claims, and these are naturally within the technical scope of the present invention. It is understood that it belongs.
[0087]
For example, in the above embodiment, the suspension portion 32 of the suspension member 30 has a substantially flat plate shape, and the suspension portion notch 24 has a substantially stepped cross section, but the present invention is not limited to this example. Therefore, a modified example of the suspension part and the notch for the suspension part will be described based on FIG. FIGS. 11A to 11D are cross-sectional views showing modified examples of the suspension portion 32 and the suspension portion notch 24 of the suspension member 30.
[0088]
As shown in FIG. 11 (a), the notch 24 for the suspension part is formed so that the cross section has a substantially inclined surface, and the suspension part 32 corresponds to the notch 24 for the suspension part with the lower surface thereof. You may form so that it may become a shape. Further, as shown in FIGS. 11 (b) and 11 (c), the cross-sectional shape of the suspension portion notch 24 is formed so as to be substantially inclined on one side and substantially stepped on the other side. Accordingly, the shape of the suspension portion 32 may be asymmetrical in accordance with this. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 11 (c), if the upper surface of the suspension portion 32 is not substantially flat, for example, a substantially curved surface, the lateral joint is raised from the decorative board 20, for example, a substantially frame-like shape. Metal joints can be formed.
[0089]
Moreover, the notch 24 for a suspension part does not need to be formed, and as shown in FIG.11 (d), the suspension part 32 may be directly hooked on the edge part of the decorative board 20. FIG. Thereby, the time and cost required for forming the notch 24 for the suspension portion can be reduced, and the decorative board 20 can be made thinner and lighter.
[0090]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the suspension member 30 was substantially U-shaped in the cross section of the to-be-clamped part 34, and was provided with the base part 36, this invention is not limited to this example. Then, based on FIG. 12, the example of a change of the clamping part and base part of a suspension member is demonstrated. 12A to 12D are cross-sectional views showing modified examples of the sandwiched portion 34 and the base portion 36 of the suspension member 30. FIG.
[0091]
As shown in FIG. 12A, the sandwiched portion 34 may be formed so that the cross section has a substantially U shape that is longer than that of the above embodiment. Moreover, as shown in FIG.12 (c) or FIG.12 (d), you may form so that the cross section of the to-be-clamped part 34 may become a substantially U shape or a substantially V shape, for example.
[0092]
Further, as shown in FIG. 12A, the base portion 36 does not have the curved portion as in the above embodiment at the center portion, and may have a substantially flat shape. Further, as shown in FIGS. 12B to 12D, the suspension member 30 does not necessarily include the base portion 36. Thus, even if there is no base part 36, the holding member 36 is clamped and fixed to the convex side and concave side fitting parts 12 and 13 as described above, so that the entire suspension member 30 is fixed sufficiently stably. Is done.
[0093]
In the above-described embodiment, the joint member 40 has a substantially U-shaped cross section and includes the overhang portions 44 on both sides, but the present invention is not limited to such an example. Therefore, a modification example of the joint member will be described based on FIG. FIGS. 13A to 13H are cross-sectional views showing a modification example of the joint member 40. FIG.
[0094]
If the joint member 40 can be fitted into the gap 22, it can have various cross-sectional shapes as shown in FIGS. Further, as shown in FIG. 13B or FIG. 13D, for example, a tape 45 or a film 46 may be attached to the upper surface 40a of the joint member 40 in advance or after construction. Furthermore, a design or color may be applied to the tape 45 or the film 46 to enhance the design of the joint. Further, the metal plate itself constituting the joint member 40 can be embossed or coated to improve the design. The tape 45 or the film 46 may be provided on the upper surface of the suspension portion 32 of the suspension member 30.
[0095]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 13B to 13E, the overhanging portion 44 may be formed to have various cross-sectional shapes such as a substantially L shape, a protrusion shape, and a curved shape. Moreover, the joint member 40 does not necessarily need to be provided with the overhang | projection part 44, as shown to Fig.13 (a) and FIG.13 (g). Further, the joint member 40 does not necessarily have the protrusion 42 as described above, and may have a simple shape including only the upper surface 40a and both side surfaces 40b, for example.
[0096]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the overhang | projection part back surface notch 26 was formed in the whole up-and-down both ends of the back surface of the decorative board 20, this invention is not limited to this example. Therefore, a modified example of the back surface notch for the overhang portion will be described based on FIGS. 14 and 15. FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a modified example of the gap 22 in which the joint member 40 is installed. FIG. 15 is a plan view showing the back surface of the decorative board 20 in which the back surface cutout 26 for the overhang portion according to another aspect is formed.
[0097]
For example, when the joint member 40 does not include the overhang portion 44 as shown in FIG. 13A, the overhang portion rear surface notch 26 may not be formed on the back surface of the decorative plate 20. Further, instead of forming the back-surface notch 26 for the overhanging portion, as shown in FIG. 14, the joint member 40 having the overhanging portion 44 with the entire side surfaces of the decorative board 20 being substantially inclined, for example, A joint member 40 as shown in FIG. 13 (g) may be suitably fitted in the gap 22.
[0098]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 15, the overhang portion rear surface notch 26 may be partially formed on, for example, both side ends of the rear surface of the decorative plate 20. In this case, it is preferable that the overhanging portion 44 of the joint member 44 is also partially formed in accordance with the position of the overhanging portion rear surface notch 26.
[0099]
In the above embodiment, the siding board 10 has a substantially rectangular (rectangular) shape, but is not limited to this example. The siding board 10 may be substantially rectangular, and may be, for example, a parallelogram, a rhombus, or a trapezoid.
[0100]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the decorative board 20 had substantially rectangular shape (rectangular shape), it is not limited to this example. The decorative board 20 may have any shape such as a parallelogram, a rhombus, a trapezoid, a circle, and an ellipse, as long as at least one side end is hooked by the suspension member 30. However, it is preferable that the left and right side ends fixed by the suspension member 30 have a substantially parallel shape. For example, when the decorative plate 20 has a substantially trapezoidal shape, it is preferable that the opposite sides of the trapezoid are parallel to, for example, the left and right sides. In this case, the vertical joint becomes an inclined joint instead of a substantially horizontal direction, for example.
[0101]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the decorative board 20 was affixed on the siding board 10 surface using the adhesive agent 3, it is not limited to such an example, For example, a double-sided tape, a urethane foam foam, a screw, a nail , Screws, bolts, nuts, etc., may be attached to the surface of the siding board 10. Further, the decorative plate 20 may be fixed only by the suspension member 30 without being attached with the adhesive 3 or the like.
[0102]
In the above embodiment, a plurality of decorative plates 20 are attached to one siding board 10, but the present invention is not limited to this example. For example, the decorative plate 20 having substantially the same size as the siding board 10 is used. Only one may be pasted. In this case, it is not necessary to use the joint member 40 because there is no vertical joint.
[0103]
Further, the siding board 10, the suspension member 30, and the joint member 40 are formed by processing a metal plate, for example. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and a deformed extruded metal material is formed by extruding a material such as a metal material. You may create it. The surface material of the siding board 10 is preferably a metal plate, but a resin plate or a wooden plate may be used, for example. The metal siding board 10 may be backed with urethane, phenol, nurate foam, or the like.
[0104]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the siding board 10, the suspension member 30, and the joint member 40 were made into metal, and the metal siding which carried out metal joint processing was constructed, this invention is not limited to this example. For example, the siding board 10, the suspension member 30, and the joint member 40 may be formed of various materials such as various synthetic resins such as plastic, wood, stone, glass, asbestos cement, ceramic, gypsum board, or ceramic materials. Good. The wood is, for example, a firewood cedar board or a board coated with armor. The ceramic materials are, for example, wood chips, chemical fibers, carbon fibers and the like mixed with cement and hardened. The plastic material is, for example, PVC or PP material.
[0105]
For example, when the ceramic siding in which the siding board 10 is formed of ceramic materials is used, the strength is inferior to that of the metal siding, so that, for example, the convex side and concave side fitting portions 12 and 13 are easily damaged. For this reason, the convex and concave fitting portions 12 and 13 are not formed or formed small, and the suspension member 30 includes the suspension portion 32 and the base portion 36 and does not include the sandwiched portion 34. It is good also as a simple structure. In this case, by fixing the base portion 36 to the wall surface 4 with a fixing member, the suspension member 30 can sandwich the decorative plate 20 between the siding board surface and fix it.
[0106]
In the case of ceramic siding, a mounting bracket for fixing the suspension member 30 to the wall surface may be further provided. In this case, it is preferable that one end of the mounting bracket is fitted to the clamped portion 34 of the suspension member and the other end is fixed to the wall surface 4 with a fixing member such as a screw or a nail.
[0107]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the base part 14 of the siding board 10 and the base part 36 of the suspension member 30 were fixed with respect to the wall surface 4 with the nail 5, the screw 6, etc., this invention is limited to this example. Not. For example, you may fix using various fixing members, such as an adhesive agent, a double-sided tape, a screw, a volt | bolt and a nut, a hook, and a clasp.
[0108]
Further, the suspension member 30 does not need to be directly fixed to the wall surface 4 as a configuration not including the base portion 36. Further, in this case, it is necessary to fix the suspension member 30 arranged along the siding board 10 located at the end among the plurality of siding boards 10 bonded together by the siding work. You may fix only the suspension member 30 to the wall surface 4 using fixing members, such as a hook and a clasp.
[0109]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the joint part of the siding after construction was made into the metal joint which exposed the upper surface of the suspension member 30 and the joint member 40, this invention is not limited to this example. For example, by adjusting the thickness of the suspension member 30 and the joint member 40, a space surrounded by the suspension portion notch 24 and the upper surface of the suspension portion 32 or a space surrounded by the side surface of the decorative plate 20 and the upper surface of the joint member 40. By securing the above, a sealant or the like may be filled in such a space. Thereby, the clearance gap between the suspension member 30 and the joint member 40, and the decorative board 20 can be filled with a sealing agent. In other words, since the metal joint can be further sealed, rainwater and the like can be prevented from entering from the joint, and the durability of the siding is further enhanced. Further, the consumption of the sealing agent in this case can be greatly reduced as compared with the consumption required for the sealing processing of the conventional joint.
[0110]
Further, for example, by attaching a soft resin tape or the like to the side surface of the decorative board 20 and inserting it, the gap between the suspension member 30 or joint member 40 and the side of the decorative board 20 can be closed, and the water tightness can be improved. .
[0111]
In addition, the dimensions of the suspension member 30 and the joint member 40 are adjusted to ensure a suitable gap between the suspension member 30 and the joint member 40 and the decorative plate 20, and the elastic characteristics of the metal material are improved. By using it, the amount of expansion / contraction of the decorative board 20 and the siding board 10 due to temperature difference or the like can be absorbed. Further, even when an external force is applied to the decorative board 20 during an earthquake or the like, the deformation of the decorative board 20 can be absorbed to some extent, so that the decorative board 20 can be prevented from being damaged. Moreover, if the metal siding board 10 is used, the difference in thermal expansion between the decorative board 20 and the siding board 10 can be absorbed within the range of elastic deformation of the metal.
[0112]
Moreover, the joint member 40 does not necessarily need to be provided, for example, a vertical joint may be eliminated. In this case, for example, only one decorative board 20 may be attached to one siding board 10 as described above. Further, for example, a plurality of decorative plates 20 may be stuck on one siding board 10. In this case, it is preferable to provide, for example, a minute gap (for example, a width of about 1 mm) between the adjacent decorative plates 20. With such a configuration, when the decorative board 20 is thermally expanded, the expansion amount can be absorbed by the minute gaps, so that the decorative boards 20 do not interfere with each other and are not damaged or dropped off. The width of the minute gap is preferably adjusted according to the expansion / contraction rate of the decorative board 20 depending on the material and size of the decorative board 20. Further, the minute gap may be filled with a sealing agent or a soft resin molded product may be inserted.
[0113]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the joint member 40 had both the projection part 42 and the overhang | projection part 44 so that it might be suitably fixed in the clearance gap 22, this invention is not limited to this example. . That is, a configuration including only the protruding portion 42, only the overhang portion 44, or neither may be employed.
[0114]
When only the projection 42 is provided, the joint member 40 is hooked at both ends by the suspension portion 32 of the suspension member 30 and is sufficiently stably fixed in the gap 22.
[0115]
When only the overhanging portion 44 is provided, the joint member 40 is fixed sufficiently stably in the gap 22 by fitting the overhanging portions 44 on both sides to the overhanging portion rear surface notch 26, for example. . In this case, the joint member 40 may be retrofitted at the time of siding construction. That is, for example, a plurality of siding boards 10 and suspension members 30 may be combined, and the joint members 40 may be fitted into the gaps 22 after the siding boards 10 are bonded together. Thereby, the effort and time which installation of the joint member 40 requires can be reduced.
[0116]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, since it was siding construction of a horizontal sticking system, the suspension member 30 comprised the horizontal joint and the joint member 40 comprised the vertical joint, However, It is not limited to this example. For example, the suspension member 30 may constitute a vertical joint and the joint member 40 may constitute a horizontal joint by performing vertical siding. Moreover, when the decorative board 40 is not substantially rectangular but is, for example, a trapezoid, the joint member 40 can also form a joint in an oblique direction.
[0117]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the decorative plate can be fixed more stably because the end portion of the decorative plate attached to the surface of the siding board is hooked and fixed by the suspension member. For this reason, even if the adhesive deteriorates due to long-term use, the decorative board can be prevented from peeling off or falling.
[0118]
In addition, the joint portion can be easily formed by simply inserting a suspension member between the siding boards during siding construction and fitting the joint member into the gap of the decorative board, so that the construction time can be shortened and the labor can be saved.
[0119]
If the suspension member and the joint member are made of a metal material, the joint part of the siding can be used as a metal joint, and the durability of the joint part can be improved.
