The invention discloses a construction tool and a construction method for sealing joints of an assembled building conversion layer, wherein the whole tool is a steel template gasket, the tool comprises a fixing part with a fixing hole and a deformation part which is positioned at one side of the fixing part and is bent upwards, the fixing part is horizontally fixed on a cast-in-situ structure bearing wall body, and the deformation part is bent upwards by 45 degrees, 135 degrees and finally bent 180 degrees in sequence to be parallel to the fixing part along the horizontal direction.

Technical Field

Background
The fabricated building (also called as fabricated concrete building) is a concrete structure house building which is mainly based on reinforced concrete prefabricated parts produced in a factory and is designed and built in a field assembly mode. The main components of the assembled building are generally prefabricated components, and are connected on site through cast-in-place concrete to form the building with the assembled integral structure. The building has the characteristics of high construction speed, contribution to winter construction, high production efficiency, good product quality and material loss reduction.
In the field assembly construction of the assembled building, the prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall at the conversion layer and the cast-in-situ structure bearing wall are generally connected by adopting reinforced sleeve grouting. After the prefabricated wall is hoisted in place, a seam sealing material is needed to seal the seam between the prefabricated wall and the cast-in-situ structure bearing wall, wherein the seam width is about 20 mm. When the slurry is settled and blocked, the slurry is settled on the inner side and leaked on the outer side due to larger gaps and no blocking measure, so that the slurry on the outer side is wasted, the cost is increased, and the leaked slurry is difficult to clean; meanwhile, once the grouting material meets the position of the steel bar sleeve (namely, the grouting sleeve used for grouting connection of the steel bar sleeve), the lower part is easily blocked, grouting communication operation of the steel bar sleeve is affected, and grouting connection quality of the steel bar sleeve and use safety of an assembled building structure are endangered.

The invention aims at the defects of the prior art, provides a construction tool and a construction method for sealing joints of an assembled building conversion layer, solves the problem that slurry is leaked through a gap between a cast-in-place structure bearing wall body and a prefabricated external wall board at the conversion layer, and solves the problem that the lower part is blocked when slurry is met by a reinforcing steel bar sleeve and the defect that the slurry forming speed is low.

and S4, performing slurry setting on the inner side of the prefabricated external wall panel to finish final connection joint sealing operation.
