Therefore, in the case of separating and collecting oil mist such as water-soluble cutting oil, the oil mist collectors shown in the above-mentioned publications are used. An eliminator (collision collection filter), a demister, and a filter are provided side by side on the passage of the sucked airflow. By passing these airflows in the order of the eliminator, demister, and filter, the oil mist is removed from the airflow. To separate and collect
The collected oil mist adheres to the surface of each collision plate of the eliminator and hardens, or adheres to the inside of the metal mesh of the demister and hardens, which deteriorates air permeability. It is necessary to remove the eliminator and the demister from the inside of the machine body and clean them with an ultrasonic cleaning machine using a solvent, which is very troublesome for maintenance.

According to the means described in the above (1), when the airflow sucked in accordance with the rotation of the suction fan collides with the collision plates constituting the collision collection filter, both the front and back surfaces of these collision plates are attached. Oil mist is adsorbed on the high-performance oil adsorbent in contact, separated and collected, and only clean air from which oil mist has been removed can be passed between the collision plates.
Also, the oil mist adsorbed on the high-performance oil adsorbent of each collision plate gradually grows and enlarges as it flows down to the bottom due to the weight and becomes an oil droplet, which naturally accumulates inside the bucket etc. through the drain pipe etc. Because you can
This makes maintenance such as filter cleaning unnecessary.

According to the means described in (2) above, due to the combination of a large number of collision plates formed in a substantially channel-shaped cross section, the respective passages are discontinuous on the passage of the suction airflow, and even if each passage is Since it is possible to provide a collision collection filter that is configured to bend intricately and suddenly change the passage speed of the airflow to generate turbulence, the oil mist contained in the airflow can be collided with each other. The high-performance oil adsorbent adhering to the front and back of the plate can be surely adsorbed, and an excellent collection effect can be exhibited.

According to the means described in (3) above, the combination of a large number of collision plates having a channel structure with a substantially U-shaped cross section makes the shape of the suction passage more complicated and changes the passing velocity and turbulence. Since the rate of occurrence can be further increased, it is possible to further enhance the effect of adsorbing oil mist by the high-performance oil adsorbent, and by combining the collision plates formed in the same shape, the manufacturing cost of the collision collection filter. Makes it possible to cheapen.

The high-performance oil adsorbent CH that has been adsorbed on is sequentially adsorbed the oil mist contained in the air flow due to its lipophilicity and capillary action, and is caused to flow down by its own weight to gradually grow and enlarge, forming oil droplets. Since it has a self-processing function of naturally discharging these oil droplets to a bucket or the like, it can wash the collision collection filter 10 at the time of use, or can collide with the collision plates 11, 15, 16 and 1.
There is no need to clean 7, and maintenance of the oil mist can be continued with almost no maintenance.

The collision collection filter for an oil mist collector according to the present invention is as described above, and the oil mist is separated into the high-performance oil adsorbents attached to the respective collision plates constituting the collision collection filter. Since it is collected, it is possible to reliably reduce the scattering of oil mist in the atmosphere and prevent air pollution, and most of the oil mist can be adsorbed by the collision collection filter equivalent to the conventional eliminator. Since the equivalent of the conventional demister is not required, the structure can be simplified and the cost can be reduced accordingly, and the operation of collecting the oil mist can be performed almost without maintenance. Combined with the points, the function of the oil mist collector can be significantly improved.
