本発明は、車輌用パネルタイプエアフィルタの改良に

保守周期を延長し得る車輌用パネルタイプエアフィルタ

フィルタ要素1を密にしなくともルーバ5によつて除塵
が行え、したがつてフィルタ要素1への塵埃の堆積は少
なく保守周期を延長することができる。また枠体1の大
きさも従来とほとんど変らず、わずかにダストポケット
6の分が下方向に突出するだけである。第6図ないし第
8図は本発明の第2実施例を示すものであり、第1実施
例における断面コ字状のルーバ5に代えて断面く字状の

ケットにダストバイブを接続したので、構造の大形化は
ほとんどなく、またフィルタを通過する空気中の塵埃の
多くはルーバ群に衝突してポケット内に溜まり除塵され

ルタ要素の扁平面から空気を貫流させてなる車輌用パネ
ルタイプエアフィルタにおいて、前記フィルタ要素を少
なくとも2枚設け、この2枚のフィルタ要素間に、貫流
する空気を衝突させて流通方向を90度以上変更させる
ルーバ群を上下方向に延在させて設けると共に、前記枠
体の底辺部全長に亘つて該枠体の厚さ以下の巾寸法及び
高さ寸法となるダストポケットを取付け、かつ、このダ
ストポケットと前記2枚のフィルタ要素の間とを連通せ
しめ、さらに前記ダストポケットにダスト排出用のダス
トパイプを接続したことを特徴とする車輌用パネルタイ
プエアフィルタ。1.
