2. Description of the Related Art Many proposals have already been made for seed seed tapes in which fertilizer and the like are wound together with seeds. Seed tape for seeding (Shokai 61-139112
The invention of No. 1) is a spiral wound by alternately wrapping or spotting fertilizers or pesticides on a tape that is weak against moisture and easily soluble in water. Anyone can easily sow by laying a tape on the sowing groove and covering it with soil. It is said that it is most suitable for small-scale or part-time farmers because it does not require thinning work after sowing. Further, some proposals have been made for using the seeding tape for full-scale direct seeding of paddy rice, etc., rather than the above-mentioned kind of vegetable garden. Rice transplanting tape (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-65604), hereinafter referred to as a second prior art example, proposes the following. (A) Glue the two tapes together, and install the seeds inside with a space. (B) Insert a metal fitting that rotates this tape wound into the ridge of the rice field, fix it, and pull out the tape for seeding.
This makes rice planting easy. A water-soluble tape is used, but even if the tape itself does not dissolve in water, the glue on which the tape is bonded is weak to water and seeds may come out by some method. The third of the second prior example
The figure shows a schematic view of the whole field with the tapes on it, showing the tapes arranged in a plane. The invention of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-83805 (paddy rice seeding method), hereinafter referred to as the third prior art example, refers to a plurality of paddy rice seeds that are decomposable in a paddy field and fixed on a long tape at equal intervals. Is an invention of a paddy rice tape seeding method, which comprises placing the above tapes in parallel on the surface of the paddy field before rice transplantation at equal intervals. The paddy rice seeds are coated with a drug that dissolves in water to generate oxygen, for example, a powder coat containing calcium peroxide (CaO 2 ) as a main component. The powdery ingredients include the calcium peroxide (CaO 2 ) 35
It is preferable to mix ˜50% with 65 to 50% of fine mineral particles such as gypsum and calcium carbonate. Further, as another embodiment, a seed string wound with a spiral tape is also proposed.

An experiment of direct seeding in submerged water was conducted on a tape using the tape used as described above, but the result was not always good. The ones corresponding to the second and third prior art examples and those which are not buried only by placing the tape on the surface of the margin have a high germination probability and almost certainly germinated. A fatal flaw was discovered in which the seedling lay down and floated. Further, according to an experiment by the present inventor, almost no germination was observed when the seed tape was 2 to 3 cm from the surface of the generation, and therefore the seed paddy was also at substantially the same depth. Similarly, when the chemical corresponding to the oxygen generating material shown in the third prior example was caught in the seed string, it hardly sprouted, and the expected effect of the oxygen generating material was not exhibited. An object of the present invention is to sow seedlings and a sowing method using a seed string capable of solving the problem when the air supply capacity of the soil has a problem, such as when directly sowing the rice seeds in the paddy field. It is to provide a seed string for use.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view for explaining a manufacturing process of an embodiment of a seed cord according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a front view and a sectional view showing an embodiment of the seed cord shown in FIG.
First, the tape is folded into a V shape, and seed paddy, germination promoter, growth promoter, pesticide and the like are dropped into the tape. A cotton non-woven fabric was used as the tape. As long as it is biochemically or physically degradable, it is not particularly water-soluble as shown in the preceding examples, and it is not necessary to actively use a water-soluble adhesive. Easily soluble in water poses a problem in construction. The applicant of the present application has made many proposals regarding a device and a method for manufacturing a sheet tape in which a tape is folded into a V shape and seeds and the like are wound and wound with a thread. For example, Japanese Utility Model No. Sho 63-49135 (Seed string manufacturing device), Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 63-49136 (Seed string manufacturing device), Japanese Utility Model 1-2.
No. 0801 (Seed string manufacturing apparatus) is related to the applicant's application. The main part of these devices can be used to enclose the fixed position of the seed shown in FIG. 1, a germination promoter, a growth promoter, and a pesticide. The germination promoter referred to in the present invention is not limited to those that promote germination biochemically, but also includes agents for adjusting the environment so that germination can be favorably carried out, and oxygen is supplied in this example. Calper (trade name of Sankyo Co., Ltd. and other companies) powder is several times as much as the weight of dry seed rice. This corresponds to the oxygen generating material containing calcium peroxide (CaO 2 ) shown in the prior example. Furthermore, refresh (trade name of Soft Silica Co., Ltd.) and Tachigare Ace powder (trade name of Sankyo Co., Ltd.) were added. After that, the portions 1a and 1b were bonded by thermocompression by heat sealing. The portion 1a is sealed by using a heating / pressurizing roller, and the folded tape 1 is pulled out and continuously joined. The portion 1b is heat stamped. In addition, the diazinon agent, ethyl thiomethone agent, etc. applied at the time of sowing can be enclosed in the seed tape at the same time as the seeds.

FIG. 3 shows a state of sowing using the seed cord. In a paddy field that has been plowed and scraped, the ridge is cut open with a knife-shaped plow, cut open and buried, and soil (mud) is drawn as necessary. It is embedded so that the V groove of the seed cord is aligned with the mating side upward and a part of the seed string is exposed from the representative surface. In this embodiment, the bent portion of the tape 1 is faced down so that the mating portion is exposed, but the reverse is also possible.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state of seeding using the seed cord of the second embodiment. This seed rope corresponds to what has already been implemented as a so-called seed rope. In this embodiment, a fibrous filler material 5 such as peat moss is wound in a rope shape in addition to seed pad 3 in one piece of nonwoven fabric tape. Fertilizers, chemicals, etc. can be mixed in this, but a fibrous filling material 5 such as peat moss is used to form a space in which air is positively filled and a room for air to enter from the outside. Especially. Also in this case, the seed rope 6 is embedded so that a part of the seed rope 6 is exposed from the surface of the margin 8. For this reason, the device of the applicant's earlier application, Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 3-48765 (Title of Invention:
Seeding tape burying wheel and seeding tape burying machine using the seeding tape burying wheel) and Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-67641 (invention name: direct flooding device), and part of seed rope 6 is the surface of generation 8 It is possible to use it by adding adjusting means to be embedded so as to be exposed from.
