[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] To connect a bathtub to a bathtub, an additional heating device, etc., an opening is provided in the side wall of the bathtub, and a pipe connecting the two is connected to the opening. Doing is a common method. In this case, a packing is, of course, attached to the connection between the opening and the pipe, but in preparation for water leakage due to deterioration of the packing, etc., a water leakage receiver is provided below the opening on the outer surface of the side wall of the bathtub. That is usually done.

FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (c) show the drainage structure of the conventional water leak receiver 34 described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-178074. As can be seen from the drawings, the side wall 32 of the bathtub 30 is provided with an opening 33 for connecting a pipe for communication with a bathtub or an additional heating device, and is provided below the opening 33 on the outer surface of the side wall 32. A water leak receiver 34 is provided. And the leak receiver
A drain hole 36 is formed in the bottom portion 35 of the 34, and the drain hole 36 and the trap portion 41 of the washing place discharge portion 40 are connected by a drain pipe 38.

In the above-mentioned conventional example, the drainage part 39 of the bathtub 30 is also connected to the trap part 41 of the washing place discharge part 40. If it is left as it is, when the hot water in the bathtub 30 is drained or a large amount of water is used in the washing place 31, the waste water may flow back from the trap portion 41 to the leak receiver 34 through the drain pipe 38. Therefore, the check valve 37 is provided in the middle of the drain pipe 38 to prevent the above-described backflow.

A circulation pipe 55 is connected to the reheating device (not shown), and the opening 53 is covered with a water leakage receiving box 52 that is in close contact with the bathtub side wall 51. A drainage pipe 56 is connected to the bottom portion 54 of the water leakage receiving box 52, and an outflow end 57 of the drainage pipe 56 is opened to a washroom standing wall 59 above the discharge portion 58 of the washroom 60.

Among the above-mentioned conventional examples, the one described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-178074 (FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b)) is the waste water to the drain pipe 38 connected to the leak receiver 34. In order to prevent backflow, it is necessary to provide a check valve 37 on the way. Therefore, there is a drawback that the structure of the drain pipe 38 becomes complicated and the cost increases.

On the other hand, the latter one described in JP-A-64-75853 (4th
In FIGS. (A) and (b)), the check valve is unnecessary. However, since it is necessary to provide a drainage gradient to the drainage pipe 56, a slight difference in height must be provided between the bottom portion 54 of the water leakage receiving box 52 and the outflow end 57 that opens to the washroom standing wall 59. Therefore, the attachment position of the water leakage receiving box 52 cannot be lowered so much that the side wall of the bathtub
There is also a problem that the opening 53 provided in the 51 cannot be located too much downward. When circulating hot water between the reheating device and heating, the heating efficiency is better when the opening 53 of the bathtub side wall 51 is located as low as possible. Therefore, in this conventional example, it was difficult to increase the heating efficiency. Further, the conventional example adopts a structure in which the outflow end 57 of the drain pipe 56 is opened to the washing area 60. Therefore, not only does it look bad, but there is also a defect that the dirty water in the washing place 60 easily gets into the drain pipe 56 to cause a pipe clogging.

The present invention is a novel drainage structure of a water leak receiver devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, which is characterized in that a side wall of a bathtub is provided with an opening for connecting a pipe and is located on the outer surface of the side wall of the bathtub. A water leak receiver is provided below the opening, a drain pipe is connected near the bottom of the side wall of the water leak receiver, and a standing wall reaching the washing place is connected to the lower part of the counter provided at the washing place. Having a surface facing each other and a surface not facing the washing space, the drain pipe is disposed below the counter, and the discharge end of the drain pipe faces the washing space in a standing wall continuous to the lower portion of the counter. That is to say, it has an opening on the side that does not.

Since the drain pipe is connected near the bottom of the side wall of the water leak receiver with the above configuration, the water leak receiver can be attached to a lower position than before and a necessary drainage gradient can be imparted to the drain pipe. The aperture can also be located downwards. Therefore, in the case where a pipe for communicating with a bath kettle or an additional heating device is connected to the above-mentioned opening and hot water in the bath is circulated,
Excellent heating efficiency is obtained.

In addition, by disposing the drainage pipe below the counter provided in the washroom, and by opening the discharge end of the drainage pipe on the surface of the standing wall connected to the lower part of the counter that does not face the washroom, Not only does it look good because the discharge end of the pipe is hard to see, but it also reduces the amount of filthy water in the washroom entering the drain pipe. Moreover, since the discharge end is not at a completely invisible position, it is possible to easily confirm the presence or absence of water leakage in the opening of the bath by observing the presence or absence of drainage from here.

In this embodiment, a counter 8 is provided in the washing area 2,
Below the counter 8, standing walls 9 and 12 reaching the washing area 2 are connected. The standing wall has a surface 12 facing the washing area 2 and a surface 9 not facing the washing area 2. The counter 8 and the standing walls 9 and 12 may be integrally molded, or the counter 8 may be mounted on the standing walls 9 and 12 standing upright in the washing room 2.

The washing room discharge part 20 is a standing wall 9 connected to the counter 8 above.
It is also surrounded by other standing walls 10 and 11. The drainage pipe 7 is arranged so as to pass under the counter 8, and its discharge end 7a is configured to open on a surface 9 of the standing wall which does not face the washing space 2. Since the surface 9 of the standing wall does not face the washing space 2, the opening of the discharge end 7a does not impair the appearance of the washing space 2. Moreover, since the dirty water in the washing place 2 does not easily enter the drainage pipe 7, pipe clogging is prevented. Furthermore, if necessary, the discharge end 7a
Can be easily seen, so that it is easy to confirm the presence or absence of water leakage in the opening 3 of the bathtub side wall 1a. Note that in the drawing, reference numeral 30 indicated by a chain double-dashed line is a top plate for forming a counter portion immediately above the washing place discharge portion 20.

By the way, in the above embodiment, the discharge end 7a of the drain pipe 7 is opened immediately above the washing place discharge part 20,

Further, the present invention can be applied not only to the case where the bathtub is connected to the bathtub or the reheating device, but also to the case where the bathtub is connected to the pump in the bubble bath, for example.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, since the drain pipe is connected to the side wall of the water leak receiver, the water leak receiver can be mounted at a lower position than the conventional one. Therefore, since the positions of the openings provided in the bathtub can be lowered, a good heating efficiency can be obtained when connecting the connecting pipe to the bathtub or the reheating device.

In addition, since the discharge end of the drainage pipe is opened to the standing wall connected to the lower side of the counter, the edge of the drainage pipe and the washing place discharge part is cut off. Therefore, even if a reverse flow of sewage occurs in the discharge part of the washing place, it is unlikely that this will enter the drain pipe.
