Description

【0001】

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a drainage structure for a bathroom unit that drains water from a bathtub and a tab waterproof pan installed below the bathtub, and a tab that drains from the bathtub and drains from the tab waterproof pan. The backflow prevention main body formed with a drainage hole for bread and a drainage hole for bread, and attached to the lower surface of this backflow prevention main body part, the drainage hole for tabs and the drainage hole for breads can be closed alternately. A closing plate for closing the drainage hole, and the closing plate is bent at an intermediate portion, and the bent portion is swingably supported on the lower surface of the main body portion .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0007]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, drainage from the bathtub 1 (see FIG. 7) and the tab waterproof pan 2 installed below the bathtub 1 (see FIG. 7) is performed as in the prior art. A short cylindrical backflow prevention main body 20 formed with a tab drain hole 21 and a pan drain hole 22 is provided at the drain opening 3 of the tab waterproof pan 2. A closing plate 30 is attached to the lower surface of the backflow prevention main body 20. A bent portion 31 at an intermediate portion of the closing plate 30 is swingably supported between the tab drain hole 21 and the bread drain hole 22 on the lower surface of the main body 20. One part of the closing plate 30 is formed to be heavier than the other part from the bent part 31, and this heavy part becomes the closing part 30 </ b> A of the drainage hole 22 for bread and is a light part in a state where the drainage pressure from the bathtub 1 is not applied. The closing portion 30B of the tab drain hole 21 is configured to keep the tab drain hole 21 closed. An elbow 4 is connected to the lower side of the drainage opening 3, an internal thread 100 is formed on the upper inner peripheral surface of the elbow 4, and the external thread 102 of the flange 101 is screwed into the internal thread 100. By screwing the flange 101 into the elbow 4, the peripheral portion 3 </ b> A of the drain opening 3 of the tab waterproof pan 2 is sandwiched between the elbow 4 and the outer edges 4 </ b> A and 101 </ b> B of the flange 101. A packing 3B is provided at a location where the peripheral portion 3A is sandwiched to prevent water leakage from this location. And the backflow prevention main-body part 20 is engage | inserted by this cylindrical flange 101. FIG. A seal packing 23 is provided on the outer periphery of the main body 20 and presses against the inner peripheral surface of the flange 101. The hole 101A is formed in the bottom of the flange 101 as in the conventional case. The outer periphery of the hole 101A forms an inner edge 101C and receives the fitted main body 20. In the tab drain hole 21, drainage from the bathtub 1 is guided to the drain opening of the bathtub 1 through the tab elbow 10 and the hose 11 (see FIG. 7).
[0008]
The elbow 4 is integrally formed up to the portion where the trap 6 is formed, and a sealing cylinder 40 is provided at the trap 6 portion. This sealed water cylinder 40 is provided at the drainage section 8 of the washing place 7. The portion of the drainage portion 8 is also screwed with the flange 201 into the inner peripheral surface of the upper opening of the trap 6 and sandwiches the outer peripheral edge of the drainage portion 8 of the washing place 7 (the configuration is the same as the flange 101). In FIG. 1, the code | symbol M shows a sealing surface. In addition, the elbow 4 and the trap 6 may not be molded integrally but may be molded separately and connected by a pipe or the like.
[0009]
FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the backflow prevention main body 20 and shows a state in which the positions of the tab drain holes 21 and the bread drain holes 22 are reversed from those shown in FIG. The tab drain hole 21 is composed of one circular hole, and the bread drain hole 22 is composed of a plurality of openings. In the illustrated example, a rectangular opening is formed in the center, and a semicircular shape is formed above and below it. An opening is provided, and there is a partition between each opening. Because of this partition, it is possible to prevent large garbage from being discharged. The closing plate 30 is supported by a hinge 32 so that the bent portion 31 can swing. In a state in which no water pressure is applied to any of the closing portions 30A and 30B of the closing plate 30, the closing portion 30A is formed to be heavier than the closing portion 30B as shown in FIG. The heavier one like a seesaw is lowered with 31 as a fulcrum, and the closing portion 30B is raised to close the tab drain hole 21.
[0010]
4 and 5 are simplified cross-sections showing the operation of the closing plate 30. In FIG. 4, the drainage of the tab waterproof pan 2 flows from the pan drain hole 22 into the trap 6 side, and in FIG. The state which drains from bathtub 1 is shown. In FIG. 5, the closed portion 30 </ b> B is pushed down by the water pressure from the bathtub and the closed portion 30 </ b> A closes the bread drain hole 22. When the water in the bathtub 1 is discharged, the water pressure applied to the tab drain hole 21 is higher than the water pressure applied to the bread drain hole 22, so that the tab drain hole 21 opens and the water discharge from the bathtub 1 ends. Since the closing portion 30A is heavier than the closing portion 30B, the closing portion 30B rises, closes the tab drain hole 21 and opens the bread drain hole 22.
[0011]
FIG. 6 is a plan view showing another example of the backflow prevention main body 20, in which the shape of the opening of the bread drain hole 22 is changed as compared with that shown in FIG. 2. The opening is narrower than that of FIG. 2 and is formed in a slit shape, and the direction of the slit-shaped opening in the longitudinal direction is different from that of the opening of FIG. The slit-shaped opening that forms the bread drain hole 22 can prevent finer discharge of dust than the opening of FIG.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, in the drainage structure of a bathroom unit that drains water from the bathtub and the tab waterproof pan installed below the bathtub, drainage for the tab that drains from the bathtub and drains from the tab waterproof pan. The backflow prevention main body portion in which the hole and the pan drainage hole are formed, and the tab drainage hole and the bread drainage hole attached to the lower surface of the backflow prevention main body portion can be closed alternately. The closing plate is bent at an intermediate portion, and the bent portion is swingably supported on the lower surface of the main body portion . Therefore, in the situation where water is accumulated in the bathtub, drainage from the waterproof tab is performed, and when cleaning the bathtub and washing area, after draining the bathtub water, a large amount of water was poured into the washing area. If this happens, there is no risk of this water flowing back into the bathtub. In addition, the backflow prevention main body part has a bent part of the closing plate with its middle part bent so that it can swing, and it is only necessary to attach it to the tab waterproof pan drainage opening. Can be assembled. Further, since one part of the closing plate is heavier than the other part from the bent part, it is possible to realize the tab drain hole always closed with a very simple structure. Furthermore, by forming the drainage hole for bread not by a single relatively large hole but by a plurality of openings, it is possible to prevent discharge of dust larger than each opening.
[0013]
Furthermore, a trap is provided in the drainage section of the washing place, drainage from an elbow provided in the drain opening of the tab waterproof pan is introduced into the trap, and the closure according to any one of claims 1 to 4 is provided at the elbow receiving port. In the case of attaching the backflow prevention main body provided with a plate, in addition to the above-described effects, the height from the floor surface to the tab waterproof pan can be lowered, and the bathroom space can be enlarged and barrier free.
