However, in the former cosmetic material, the embossing on the surface is a reproduction of the conduit by partially forming fine line-shaped grooves corresponding to the conduit, and a fiber bundle structure on the surface of the wood. It is not a reproduction of the corresponding fine irregularities. In addition, the latter cosmetic material also reproduces the appearance and gloss based on the fiber bundle structure of conifers by forming regular hairline-like or linear embossing. Because of its nature, an artificial image is unavoidable, and it is difficult to express the natural shape of the fibrous structure of wood made of pore materials.

The ink used for forming the grain pattern printing layer 2 may be a commonly used ink made of a resin having good adhesiveness to the surface to be printed. The resin forming the colored resin layer 4 to be filled in the embossed recesses is a resin made of an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, a vinyl chloride resin, a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin or the like, or an isocyanate as a curing agent for the resin. It is made of a resin to which is added, and a transparent or opaque pigment is added to the above resin for coloring. Here, by coloring the colored resin layer 4 with a transparent pigment having a color similar to the color tone of the grain pattern printing layer 2, the design effect of the grain of the porous material can be further enhanced. The colored resin layer 4 is applied to the entire surface of the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 1 on which the embossment 6 is formed. However, since the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 1 is generally a transparent vinyl chloride resin. In order to prevent the vinyl chloride resin from being dissolved or swollen by the solvent contained in the colored resin layer 4, a glycol ether-based resin such as propylene glycol monomethyl ether or propylene glycol monoethyl ether, which has a small dissolving power for the vinyl chloride resin, is used. It is preferable to add 55 to 85 parts of the solvent before use.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION On the surface of a transparent thermoplastic resin layer, a cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the running direction of wood grain is composed of continuous fine irregularities having a depth of 5 to 60 microns and a spatial frequency of 500 to.
More preferably from 10000 [1 / m] to 1250 to 500
An embossing shape having a peak of the spatial frequency power spectrum in the range of 0 [1 / m] is formed, and a transparent colored resin layer is formed in a state of filling the concave portion of the embossing, and the other surface of the transparent thermoplastic resin layer is formed. The wood grain pattern printing layer was used to faithfully reproduce the wood texture and surface luster of the pore materials such as maple, moth, wig, beech, phoenix and boxwood without giving an artificial image. It is possible to obtain a decorative material having an excellent design property, and further, a decorative material having an image of being dyed with real wood.
