Abstract

PURPOSE:To make an accurate and easy connection to a corresponding position of a wiring board by a method wherein, before removing an electrode supporting block and the wire materials for recording electrode from a wire winding jig, the bundled parts of the wire materials are fixed to a wire material fixing part. CONSTITUTION:Wire materials 10 are selectively wound around the pins 6L, 7L, 8L, 6R, 7R and 8R of a winding jig 1, arranged at a pretermined pitch using a wire material retaining groove and mounted extending over a cavity groove 2. At this time, the wire materials 10 are bundled by bundling, pins 7L and 7R into groups in number N and thereafter are laid between the guide pins 8L and 8R. The bundles of the wire materials 10 laid between the pins 7L and 8L are attached and fixed by adhesive agent 18 or solder on a sheet of wire material fixing member 3 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the winding jig 1, thereby holding the bundles of the wire materials 10 in fixed positional relationship. A bundling part 17 for each bundle of the wire materials 10 is cut along a cutting portion 12 between the pins 8L and 8R to take out the wire materials 10 from the winding jig 1.

2. Description of the Related Art In a multi-needle recording head, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, recording electrodes 101, 101 are arranged in high density at two rows at a constant pitch, and two rows of electrodes are arranged outside this row. The electrodes 102, 102 and the recording electrodes 101, 101
And an electrode support block 103 made of resin or the like for supporting the control electrodes 102 and 102 and the electrode support block 1
The wiring board 105 connects the recording electrode wire rods 104 drawn out from the group 03 for each group. Here, the respective recording electrodes 101, 101 are provided so as to be collectively connected to the driving circuit for each recording electrode which can be grouped in order to simplify the driving circuit (not shown). Therefore, the recording electrodes 101, the wire rods 104 forming the 101 are bundled for each group, and the binding portion 117 is once connected to the wiring substrate 105, and then connected to the drive circuit for each group.

Such a multi-needle recording head is shown in FIG.
It can be efficiently manufactured by using a winding machine as shown in FIG. 5 and a winding jig as shown in FIG. First, the block of the control electrode 102 is arranged in the cavity groove 107 of the winding jig 106, and then the wire material 104 is wound around the cavity groove 107 at a constant pitch so as to cross the cavity groove 107. At this time, the wire rod 104 has pins 108, 118, 11 protruding around the winding jig 106.
Pins 108 are assigned to each group using 9
It is bundled between 108. Next, two winding jigs 106 wound with the wire rod 104 are butted against each other to form the cavity groove 1
The electrode support block 10 is prepared by injecting an electrically insulating resin into 07.
3 is formed and the wire 104 is hardened. Further, a portion (a binding portion) 117 bundled for each group of the wire rods 104 is soldered (not shown) and then cut at a cutting portion indicated by reference numeral 109. Then, the electrode support block 103 and the wire rod 10
4 is removed from the winding jig 106 and the binding portion 117 is soldered to the contact terminal 110 of the printed circuit board 105.

In order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides a winding jig provided with a cavity groove for injecting an electrically insulating resin into each recording electrode capable of grouping a recording electrode wire rod. The wire rods for the first and second recording electrodes, which are wound around the cavity groove while being bundled and are wound at a constant pitch, are hardened by an electrode supporting block of an electrically insulating resin which is injected into the cavity groove in a staggered arrangement. In the method of manufacturing a multi-needle recording head, the bundled portion of the recording electrode wire is fixed to the wire fixing member before the electrode support block and the recording electrode wire are removed from the winding jig.

The above-described embodiment is an example of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the wire rod fixing member 3 is the wire rod 1.
Although it remains fixed to 0, the wire rod fixing member 3 may be separated from the wire rod bundle 10 after the wire rod bundle is connected to the wiring board 13 in some cases. Further, in this embodiment, all the binding portions 17 are fixed to the single wire rod fixing member 3, but the wire rods 10 belonging to the group connectable to the same control circuit are divided into a plurality of bundles, for example, the right half of the head. When the left half is divided into two parts and bundled, a plurality of members, for example, a member for fixing the binding part 17 of the wire member 10 in the right half and a member for fixing the binding part 17 of the wire member 10 in the left half are used as two members. Is also good.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, a bundle of wire rods is fixed to a wire rod fixing member and pulled out from the electrode support block before removing the electrode support block and the wire rod from the winding jig. Since the positional relationship between the bundles of wire rods is prevented from becoming disjointed, the binding portions of the wire rods can be accurately and easily connected to the corresponding positions on the wiring board.

1. A winding jig having a cavity groove for injecting an electrically insulating resin is wound at a constant pitch so as to cross the cavity groove while bundling the recording electrode wire rods into recording electrodes capable of being grouped. In the method of manufacturing a multi-needle recording head, the first and second recording electrode wire rods are hardened by an electrode supporting block of an electrically insulating resin injected into the cavity groove in a state of being arranged in a zigzag manner. And a method for manufacturing a multi-needle recording head, characterized in that the bundled portion of the recording electrode wire material is fixed to a wire material fixing member before the recording electrode wire material is removed from the winding jig.
