シュートと;該被粗破砕ダスト・シュートの下端と一体
のカップリング内に設けられたバッフル板と;該カップ
リングの下部に設けられ、且つ円筒形周囲壁に穿設され
た所要直径の複数個の水抜孔を有する円筒形微破砕室
と、複数個の所要直径の瀘孔を形成し、該円筒形微破砕
室内下部に設けられた円盤形スクリーンと、該微破砕室
内壁に所要間隔で部分的に突設した固定刃と、該円盤形
スクリーンの中心に形成した透孔に下部から貫通する回
転軸に一体に設けられ、且つ該円盤形スクリーン面上を
回転し、先端が該固定刃と部分的に噛合し、半径方向に
延長する複数の回転刃とを有する微粉砕部と;該微粉砕
部の下部の被微破砕ダスト・シュートに一端を接続さ
