Description of the Related Art It is well known that drug delivery systems (D.D.S.) have made rapid progress in the medical field in recent years, but some improvements have been seen in drug administration means therefor. Not in reality. Moreover, when the dermis layer is damaged due to severe burns or skin diseases, it is necessary to greatly cut out and transplant the skin of the other part of the patient for the regeneration. Moreover, since the dermis layer is below the dermis layer covering the human body, and blood vessels, nerves, lymph vessels, etc. are concentrated, transplantation itself is difficult in the case of whole body burns, and even when transplanted, the skin must be deeply cut off. It was a heavy burden for the patient, who had to be scarred.

However, it swells three times or more when it is sufficiently hydrated. Hydrated keratin contains about 75% water, 20% protein, 5% fat. Among these constituents, lipids are said to play a particularly important role in relation to the water content as a barrier against the invasion of foreign substances from the outside. It is considered that there is a change in the diffusion resistance due to the moisture content of the stratum corneum with respect to the transdermal absorption of substances, and the stratum corneum plays the main role of a barrier.

%, Keratin water content 60%, and drug layer water content 50%, a continuous gradient water content was used to study the method in which the active ingredient is absorbed into the skin by utilizing the osmotic effect. However, it was difficult to raise the water content of the active ingredient layer to this level when using mainly sodium acrylate.

In fungi and plants, it is widely distributed in the cell walls of fungi, yeasts, mushrooms, etc., and in animals, it is widely distributed from protozoa, especially It is famous as a cuticle of crab and shrimp. Chitosan is a natural polymer polysaccharide obtained by heating and deproteinizing this in a concentrated alkaline solution. It has two hydroxyl groups at the C 3 and C 6 positions and a highly reactive amino acid at the C 2 position. It is known that a variety of chitosan derivative compounds known as plant cell activating compounds, such as ethylene glycol chitin and glycol chitosan, can be obtained by chemically modifying these to have a group.

It occupies 3 and is indispensable for the human body. The present invention has found that by using chitosan together with collagen, excellent performance that cannot be obtained by chitosan alone for beauty, medicinal, and medical purposes can be obtained, but as a result of further research, the present invention It has been found that the composition of (1) can be applied not only directly to the human body but also to textile products to obtain an excellent product which has never been obtained. That is, as a result of continuing research on compatibility with various germicidal deodorants for textile products, based on chitosan and collagen (polypeptide), reactive silicone resin or ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA)
It was found that the addition of the above does not impair the texture to the textile product, but rather the dyeing and dyeing properties are significantly improved, and by combining it with various bactericides and deodorants, excellent texture, washing durability, Water absorption,
It has succeeded in obtaining a fiber material having bactericidal properties and dyeing properties. In the present invention, not only collagen but also various protein materials can be used instead.

Due to the osmotic force, various active ingredients contained are easily absorbed and penetrated into the skin to show a remarkable absorption effect, and also absorbed into the original living tissue to form an artificial living tissue integrated with it. It is regenerated and can also be used as an artificial biological tissue for regenerating a part of a biological tissue portion lost due to an accident such as a burn or a bedsore or an operation. In addition, the composition of the present invention can utilize a protein instead of a polypeptide, such as underwear, a diaper,
It can be used as a raw material for various kinds of clothing such as shirts and Y-shirts. Especially, by using silk protein instead of polypeptide, silk appearance, cotton hygroscopicity, polyester toughness It is possible to obtain a fiber material having excellent performance not found in the above.
