化するとともに、繊維としての機械的強度、成形性等が
損なわれるためである。また、樹脂繊維中への溶解性ガ
ラスの混入量は0.1〜15重量%の範囲が好ましく、これ
は0.1%未満では抗菌作用が不足し、逆に15%を越える
と上記したような繊維本来の特性が失われるためであ
る。なお、樹脂製敷物が2層以上の樹脂繊維を加工成形
するものである場合には、前記B2O3系の溶解性ガラスの
粉末は最外表層を形成する樹脂繊維にのみ含有させた構
造とすることができる。

の大きいものである。
