In the figure, (6) is a current transformer that picks up the current of each phase of the three-phase power supply (RST), and (7) is a power supply device that receives the output of the current transformer (6) as a constant voltage output. (701) and a detection output (702) for generating a voltage having a magnitude corresponding to the output of the current transformer (6). (8) is a signal processing device which operates by receiving the constant voltage output (701), (9) is a switching terminal device according to the present invention, (10) is a constant voltage output (701) of the power supply device (7) and is switched. A trip reference signal generator provided between the terminal device (9) and generating different voltages (three different voltages in the figure) corresponding to different trip currents according to the ratings of various loads. Then, this is given to each fixed terminal (2A), (2B), (2C) of the switching terminal device (9). Then, the voltage of the fixed terminal ((2B) in the figure) to which the movable terminal (4) is connected is sent to the signal processing device (8) as the trip reference signal through the connection lead (5). The signal processing device (8) receives the trip reference signal and the detection output (702) from the power supply device (7) and compares them, and depending on the magnitude of the detection output voltage exceeding the trip reference voltage. Generate a trip signal in trip time. Reference numeral (11) is a trip unit for opening a switching contact (12) of a circuit breaker or a circuit breaker, which operates when receiving the trip signal to open the switching contact (12).

If you make this as a standard product, select the appropriate fixed terminals (2A), (2B), (2C) according to the rating of the load to be connected, and move the movable terminal (4) along the rod-shaped guide (3). The fixed terminal you have selected ((2B) in the case shown).
It is possible to cope with various loads with different ratings simply by connecting them to appropriate means such as screws.

It is designed to connect to the selected one of (2B) and (2C), but both ends (501), (5) of the connection lead (5).
02) is fixed, while the intermediate part (503) is free, so when the movable terminal (4) is repeatedly moved, it is repeatedly bent at both ends (501) and (502) of the connecting lead (5). There are problems that stress is applied to break the wire at the ends (501) or (502) and the movable terminal (4) cannot be moved smoothly because the connecting lead (5) is hard.

The middle part of the is also free to move away from the bar guide.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a switching terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The same parts as in the prior art of FIG. In the figure, (5A) is a connection lead corresponding to (5) of the conventional one, and is composed of a coil spring wound around the rod-shaped guide (3),
One end (501) is fixed to the substrate (1) which is a fixed portion as in the conventional case, and the other end (502) is fixed to the movable terminal (4).

Bending stress applied to 2) is greatly suppressed, and there is no disconnection at the end (501) or (502). Further, as shown in the drawing, connect the connecting lead (5A) to the end (301) of the rod-shaped guide (3).
If it is locked to, the bending stress applied to the fixed end (501) becomes substantially zero. Further, since the intermediate portion (503) only expands and contracts on the rod-shaped guide (3), the movable terminal (4) can be moved smoothly.

A) is adopted, and such a coil spring (5A) is preferable in that it can be easily locked to the end (301) of the rod-shaped guide (3) because of its rigidity, but it is usually A flexible lead wire may be wound around the rod-shaped guide (3). In that case, if the lead wire is not locked to the rod-shaped guide (3), a slight bending stress may be applied to the fixed end (501), but it is clear that the size is significantly smaller than the conventional one. . Further, if the lead wire is wound around the end portion (301) of the rod-shaped guide (3) several times or locked by being tied with a thread, the fixed end (501) is not subjected to bending stress. Needless to say, the use of the switching terminal device of the present invention is not limited to the semiconductor type overcurrent trip device.
