Description

The present invention relates to a terminal block terminal fitting, and more particularly to a terminal block terminal fitting used by being attached to a general-purpose commercial terminal block.

Conventionally, a noise filter is configured by mounting various electronic components such as a coil and a capacitor on a circuit board. The noise filter prevents the electronic device from malfunctioning due to various noises that enter the electronic device via an external line such as a power supply line or a communication line, and also eliminates noise generated by the electronic device. It is used in order not to diverge outside.

The circuit board is provided with a conductor pattern for connecting electronic components to each other and energizing the electronic components. However, since the thickness of a commonly used conductor pattern is as thin as about 35 μm, the conductor pattern When a large current is passed through an electronic component such as a coil through the conductor, the conductor pattern generates heat and increases in temperature, so there is a limit to the current that can be passed, and the limit is about 30A.

For this reason, as illustrated in FIGS. 22 and 23, when a large current (for example, 50 A or more) is energized in the coil 72 mounted on the circuit board 70 in the past, the tip end portion of the conducting wire 74 of the coil 72 is connected to the crimp terminal. The ring portion 76b of the crimp terminal 76 is inserted into the fitting portion 76a of 76 and is crimped and connected between a pair of nuts 80 and 82 screwed into a bolt 78 penetrating the circuit board 70. Connected to bolt 78. Although illustration is omitted, after the tip end portion of the conducting wire 74 of the coil 72 and the fitting portion 76a of the crimp terminal 76 are crimped and connected, the connection portion is soldered to increase the connection strength. In FIG. 21, 84 and 86 are washers.
An external power line (not shown) is connected between the pair of nuts 80 and 82, and then a large current is supplied to the coil 72 via the external power line.

In the method shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, since a current is supplied to the coil 72 without interposing the conductor pattern of the circuit board 70, a large current can flow.

However, in the above conventional method,
(1) The crimp terminal 76 connected to the tip of the lead wire 74 of the coil 72 is necessary, and solder joining between the lead wire 74 and the crimp terminal 76 is necessary.
(2) The operator needs a tightening tool for the nuts 80 and 82 in addition to the screwdriver for fastening the bolt 78.
(3) Since there are two nuts 80 and 82, the number of tightening steps increases, resulting in an increase in the number of parts and a complicated work process.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an electronic component mounted on a circuit board with a simple configuration by being attached to a general-purpose commercial terminal block.
In order to achieve the above object, a terminal block terminal fitting according to the present invention comprises:

As shown in FIGS. 11 to 17, the terminal block terminal fitting 10 according to the present invention and the terminal block 12 are attached via standard commercial-purpose screws 26 conforming to the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS standard). It is done.
That is, the top plate 20 of the terminal block terminal fitting 10 according to the present invention is arranged on the top plate portion 14 of the terminal block 12, the screw holes 20 a of the top plate 20 of the terminal block terminal fitting 10, and the terminal block A standard screw 26 made of a cross-recessed screw is inserted into the screw hole 20a and screwed into the screw hole 14a in a state where the screw hole 14a of the twelve top plate portions 14 is in communication.

Of course, a screw with a minus hole may be used as the standard screw 26 in addition to a screw with a cross hole.

Next, a case where the terminal block 12 to which the terminal block terminal fitting 10 according to the present invention is attached is used by being attached to the circuit board 26 will be described with reference to FIGS.
18 is a plan view showing a state in which the terminal block 12 to which the terminal block terminal fitting 10 according to the present invention is mounted is mounted on the circuit board 32, FIG. 19 is a partially enlarged perspective view thereof, and FIG. 20 is a partially enlarged front view thereof. FIG. 21 is an enlarged left side view of the same part, illustrating the case where the terminal block terminal fitting 10 according to the present invention is connected to the conductive wire 36 of the coil 34 as an electronic component mounted on the circuit board 32. ing.

The coil 34 is widely used as a noise filter component for blocking / reducing noise through a power supply line, etc., and as shown in FIG. 18, a ring including a core made of a magnetic material. A pair of conducting wires 36 made of copper or the like having flexibility is wound around the outer peripheral surface of a case 38 with a built-in core by bifilar winding.

The terminal block 12 to which the terminal block terminal fitting 10 of the present invention is attached is attached to the circuit board 32 by inserting the four legs 18 into holes (not shown) formed in the circuit board 32.

Since the coil 34 is formed by bifilar winding a pair of conducting wires 36 around the outer peripheral surface of the core built-in case 38, each terminal block terminal fitting 10 attached to the terminal block 10 fixed to the circuit board 32 has Two conductors 36 are connected to each other. As shown in FIG. 19, the conductors 36 are inserted and connected to the two conductor insertion holes 24a formed in the conductor connection plate 24 of the terminal block terminal fitting 10. ing.

The conductive wire 36 inserted and connected to the conductive wire insertion hole 24a of the conductive wire connection plate 24 is drawn to the back side of the circuit board 32 through a hole (not shown) formed in the circuit board 32 (FIGS. 20 and 20). 21).
The legs 18 and the conductors 36 of the terminal block 12 drawn to the back surface side of the circuit board 32 are connected to the circuit board 32 via solder (not shown). Since the legs 18 and the conductors 36 to be connected to the solder are drawn to the back side of the circuit board 32, automatic solder dip (soldering the soldered surface of the circuit board 32 in the solder for storing the melted solder) Soldering method).

An external power line (not shown) is connected between the standard screw 26 inserted into the screw hole 20a of the top plate 20 of the terminal block 10 and the spring washer 28. As a result, the coil 34 is connected via the external power line. A large current of 50 A or more can be flowed through.

In the above, the case where the two conductor insertion holes 24a are formed in the conductor connection plate 24 of the terminal block terminal fitting 10 is illustrated, but this is the number of conductors of the coil 34 connected to the terminal block terminal fitting 10 (2 This is not limited to this.
For example, when the number of conducting wires of electronic components connected to the terminal block terminal fitting 10 is 3, at least three conducting wire insertion holes 24a may be formed in the conducting wire connecting plate 24. It should be noted that there is no particular problem as long as the number of the conductor insertion holes 24a is larger than the number of the conductors of the electronic component, only the unused conductor insertion holes 24a exist.
Accordingly, it is only necessary that the conductor connection plate 24 of the terminal block terminal fitting 10 has at least the same number of conductor insertion holes 24a as the number of conductors of the electronic component to be connected.

The terminal block metal fitting 10 according to the present invention includes a top plate 20 having a screw hole 20a communicating with a screw hole 14a of a terminal block 12 into which a standard screw 26 is inserted and screwed, and a coil 34 to be connected. Since the conductor connecting plate 24 having at least the same number of conductor insertion holes 24a as the number of the conductors 36 is provided, the terminal base terminal fitting is connected via the standard screw 26 inserted into the screw hole 20a and the screw hole 14a. 10 is attached to the terminal block 12, and the lead wire 36 of the coil 34 to be connected is directly connected to the lead wire insertion hole 24a of the lead wire connection plate 24, and the standard screw 26 inserted into the screw hole 20a of the top plate 20 is connected. With a simple configuration of connecting the external power supply line, a large current can be passed through the coil 34 without interposing the conductor pattern of the circuit board 32.
Further, since the standard screw 26 can be inserted and screwed into the screw hole 14a of the terminal block 12 to which the terminal block terminal fitting 10 of the present invention is attached, the connection work can be performed only with a screwdriver.
