【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 (a)2組の取付け部材であって、各組
の取付け部材は、半割状に形成されて対を成し、管の外
周面に取付けられる取付け部材と、 (b)半割状に形成されて対を成すカバー部材であっ
て、 取付け部材とカバー部材とが組立てられた状態では、取
付け部材の外周面に気密に摺接して軸線まわりに取付け
部材と相互に角変位可能であり、 一方のカバー部材は、外側方に延びる筒部を有し、この
筒部の遊端部には、工具用挿通孔が形成され、 この一方のカバー部材ともう1つの他方のカバー部材と
は気密に連結可能であるカバー部材と、 (c)対を成す前記カバー部材を開閉可能に連結する連
結手段とを含むことを特徴とするノーブロー工具。

は気密に連結可能であるカバー部材と、 (b3)対を成す前記カバー部材を開閉可能に連結する
連結手段とを含み、 (c)第2管が露出するように縦孔を掘削し、その第2
管の途中にノーブロー工具を装着し、この第2管のノー
ブロー工具によって囲まれた部分を、工具挿通孔に挿通
されたパイプカッタで切断して、その第2管の切断位置
よりも上流側に袋体を除去可能に挿入して流体を遮断し
た状態で、第2管の切断位置よりも下流側の部分を除去
し、 しかもこの遮断した状態で、第2管の切断位置よりも上
流側の部分の端部にチーを介して新たな第3管を接続
