ジ状連結部5を付設し、そのフランジ状連結部5付きの
二分割カバー1,2の縁部と前記導管Pとの間に介装さ
れて前記円筒状空間をシール自在な一対のシール部材
3,4を設け、前記二分割カバー1,2に、前記円筒状
空間へのシール剤の充填口を兼ねる前記円筒状空間内の
気体逃がし孔6を形成した装置(以下、比較装置とい
う)の実用化を検討した。尚、前記シール剤充填用の円
筒状空間には、前記シール剤の充填前に、前記漏洩部か
らの漏洩流体が一旦閉じ込められるようになるので、前
記流体の圧力を下げたり前記流体の通流を遮断したりし
ないままでも、前記修繕の工事が可能となる。しかしな
がら、上記比較装置においても、次に述べるような問題
があった。即ち、上記比較装置を使用する場合、前記流
