Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a simple process for the production of a nonwoven fabric having soft surface and holding figures and patterns having excellent designability and pale color. CONSTITUTION:This nonwoven fabric is produced by placing a dry nonwoven fabric 1 composed of polyester short fibers on a spun-bond nonwoven fabric 2 composed of continuous polypropylene filaments and having a pattern printed to the surface by flexographic printing, bonding both fabrics by needle-punching to pull-out a part of the fiber of the dry nonwoven fabric 1 through the spun- bond nonwoven fabric 2 to the reverse side and subjecting the product to shearing process.

2. Description of the Related Art Nonwoven fabrics with a soft surface are made by passing ultrafine fibers through a carding line, or by immersing the nonwoven fabric in a chemical solution for softening, raising, and loosening. However, there is no known non-woven fabric having a soft surface and a light design or pattern.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to obtain a non-woven fabric having a soft surface and a visually light design or pattern. Therefore, a soft carded surface is used. It is difficult to attach a design or a pattern to a non-woven fabric, and even if such a non-woven fabric is provided with a design or a pattern, it is not possible to form a design or a pattern having a beautiful design. In addition, when the above-described softening treatment is performed on a non-woven fabric having a design or a pattern attached in advance, the design or the pattern may be peeled or distorted.

Therefore, the nonwoven fabric of the present invention is characterized in that the surface of the nonwoven fabric having a design or pattern preliminarily printed thereon is raised, and needle-punched to raise the surface. Characterize. According to the present invention, the raised surface has flexibility, and the design or pattern is blurred to give a velour-like soft appearance. In addition, because it is raised, even if it is needle punched,
It is difficult for the design or pattern to be distorted or broken.

In addition to printing, the pattern or patterning according to the present invention may be provided with a pattern such as colored fibers. In order to reduce the collapse of the fiber and the collapse of the design and pattern when raising the hair by needle punching, combine two non-woven fabrics, and part of the fibers of one non-woven fabric layer penetrate the other non-woven fabric layer. It is desirable to pull it out. In this case, furthermore, it is desirable that the non-woven fabric layer to which the design or pattern is attached is a high-density one that allows the design or design to be attached in a delicate and delicate manner.
It is desirable that the bulk density is 0.05 to 0.4 g / cm 3 and the fibers are not easily loosened by needle punching, for example, spunbonded nonwoven fabric bonded by heat embossing. This high density nonwoven fabric has a basis weight of 10

On the other hand, the spunbonded nonwoven fabric 2 was made of polypropylene continuous long fibers, and had a fiber diameter of 3 denier, a basis weight of 50 g / m 2 , and a bulk density of about 0.13 g / cm 3 . The surface pattern was printed by flexographic printing.
The two-layer nonwoven fabric configured as described above was bonded by needle punching, and some of the fibers of the dry nonwoven fabric 1 passed through the spunbonded nonwoven fabric 2 and pulled out to the opposite side. In the figure, 3 indicates a raised portion.

According to the manufacturing method of the second aspect, the above-mentioned nonwoven fabric can be obtained easily and surely. According to the manufacturing method of claim 3, by combining two non-woven fabrics,
By partially pulling out the fibers of one non-woven fabric layer through the other non-woven fabric layer, the unraveling of the fibers of the non-woven fabric layer with the design or pattern is reduced, and the collapse of the design or design is reduced. In addition, the two nonwoven fabrics can be joined and raised at the same time by needle punching.

In the manufacturing method according to claim 4, the non-woven fabric having a pattern or pattern is a relatively high density non-woven fabric, for example, a bulk density of 0.05 to 0.4.
If a non-woven fabric of g / cm 3 is used, it is possible to attach patterns and patterns precisely and delicately. When the non-woven fabric as described in claim 6 is used, the fibers are not loosened by needle punching.

When a relatively low-density nonwoven fabric is used as another nonwoven fabric as in the manufacturing method according to claim 7, compound processing by needle punching can be easily performed. If the dry non-woven fabric is used, even a high-density non-woven fabric is likely to pass through the non-woven fabric and have fibers coming out on the opposite side. If shirring is performed as in the manufacturing method according to the ninth aspect, the length of the raised hair can be made uniform.
