Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily produce the shock-absorbing body at a low cost and securely protect a fluorescent lamp and a shade. CONSTITUTION:A lighting equipment body 10, a shade 13, and a fluorescent lamp 12 are contained in a packing case 1 and a shock absorbing material 5 is put between the equipment body and the shade to constitute the packing structure. The shock absorbing material 5 is composed of six continuous wall faces made of a sheet of folded cardboard. The first and the sixth wall faces at both ends contact, the side face of fluorescent lamp 12 and the first and the fifth folding parts (a), (e) are fixed in uneven parts 10a of the appliance body. And the second, third, and fourth folding parts (b), (c), (d) get in contact with the shade 13 and the cut end edges 57, 58 of the wall faces of both ends get in contact with the third and fourth wall faces 53, 54 respectively. In this way, even when the shock-absorbing material is pushed, the right and left respective three wall faces reinforce mutually one another.

However, in the conventional buffer body 2 described above, the receiving recess 2 is formed on the first surface 21 and the third surface 23.
5 and the contact edge 26 are formed, a special die is required to obtain this shape, and the equipment cost increases. In addition, a removal process is required, and an attachment process using the tape 28 is required, so that the number of processes is increased. In addition, the material is wasted, resulting in high cost.

Further, in the case of the above-mentioned cushioning body 2, the cushioning body 2 is already assembled and delivered in a box shape when delivered from a packaging box supplier. However, in order to eliminate the bulkiness, the cushioning body 2 is pushed into a diamond shape by the supplier. Transported in a crushed state. For this reason, when the cushioning body 2 is expanded in a box shape, a rhombus-like habit is formed. Therefore, even when the cushioning body 2 is accommodated in the packaging box 1, the habit in a drowsy state remains, and the cushioning body 2 is inclined due to the shape collapse, It may fall down, and the function of protecting the fluorescent lamp 12 and the shade 13 may deteriorate.

That is, even if a compressive load is applied in the vertical direction in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 3, the buffer 5 has left and right double walls, that is, the first wall surface 51, the second wall surface 52, and the sixth wall surface 56.
And the fifth wall surface 55 bear the load. At this time, the bending line c at the top is pushed by the shade 13, and the third wall surface 53 and the fourth wall surface 54, which are connected to the bending line c, cut the first wall surface 51 and the sixth wall surface 56. Since it is supported by the edges 57 and 58, the bending line c is prevented from being displaced, so that the shade 13 can be firmly supported. At the same time, the first wall surface 51 and the sixth wall surface 56 are prevented from falling inward by the fluorescent lamp 12, so that the bending line c can be firmly supported. Therefore, if the buffer body 5 is used, a large mechanical strength can be obtained and the reliability becomes high.

According to the buffer body 5 of the above embodiment,
Since this buffer body 5 can be manufactured from a single corrugated cardboard having a rectangular shape, the material can be easily taken and no special die is required. Moreover, since the shape is simple, there is no waste in the material removal of the corrugated board, and the material cost is low. And since it is simply bent, it does not take time to assemble.

Make sure to keep the buffer space between and well protect the fluorescent lamp and shade. Moreover, this cushioning body can be formed simply by bending a square corrugated board, and can be easily formed at low cost.
