Description

The present invention relates to a packaging material.

In a packing material for packing a long package, an end surface packaging unit which is attached to both ends of a long-sized lighting device (packaged material) in the longitudinal direction and covers an end surface of the lighting device; And a pair of end wrappings having a surrounding wrapping portion that wraps around and covers the circumference crossing the longitudinal direction of the ends of the lighting fixtures, and a piece of individual sheathing wrapping the lighting fixtures to which the end wrappings are attached And are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, in the packing material as shown in Patent Document 1, only the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the long packaged object are packed by the end packing material. For this reason, if it falls accidentally during transport in the packaged state, there is a concern that the central portion of the packaged material is easily deformed by an impact and deformed and damaged because it supports only both ends of the packaged material. Moreover, it is easy to be crushed when a compressive load is applied to the center part of the exterior material from the upper part at the time of stacking storage in a warehouse or the like. In particular, when boxes of packaging materials are shifted and stacked, there is a concern that a load is applied to the central portion of the packaging material of the lower stage and the box is crushed when boxes of different dimensions are stacked on the upper stage.

The present invention has been made to solve such problems. The purpose thereof is a packing material for packing long articles to be packed, which can suppress one or both of deformation due to deflection of the articles to be packed at the time of falling etc. and crushing of the central part of the exterior material at the stacking stage etc. It is about obtaining packing materials.

The packing material according to the present invention includes an outer packaging box for accommodating a long package to be packed therein, and a pair of end parts disposed on the inner side of the packaging package and supporting both longitudinal ends of the package. A support member, and an intermediate reinforcing member disposed between the pair of end support members on the inner side of the outer packaging box, wherein the intermediate reinforcing member has an upper end portion abutting on the upper surface of the outer packaging box And the lower end portion is in contact with the inside of the lower surface of the exterior box, and is disposed between one or both of the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of the packaged object and the inner surface of the exterior box facing the portion And a cushion portion.

According to the packing material of the present invention, it is possible to suppress one or both of deformation due to the deflection of the object to be packed at the time of falling and the like and crushing of the central portion of the exterior material at the stacking stage and the like.

Embodiment 1
1 to 6 relate to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a packaging material, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an intermediate reinforcing material provided in the packaging material, and FIG. Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in the middle of the packaging material, Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing a packing material in a packaging box, Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing an example of packing materials stacked, Fig. 6 These are perspective views which show an example of the state which stacked up the packing material.

The packing material 100 which concerns on Embodiment 1 of this invention packs long goods 1 to be packed. Specifically, the long package 1 is an electrical device product such as a lighting fixture. As shown in FIG. 1, the packaging material 100 includes an exterior box 110, an end support 120, and an intermediate reinforcement 130.

The exterior box 110 is a member that constitutes the outer shell of the packaging material 100. That is, the to-be-packaged item 1 is accommodated in the inside of the exterior box 110. The exterior box 110 has a hollow elongated rectangular shape. For example, the upper surface of the exterior box 110 can be opened and closed by a lid 111. The exterior box 110 is made of, for example, a cardboard. A pair of end support members 120 is provided. The end support member 120 is formed with a recess at its central portion. The recess is shaped to match the outer shape of the longitudinal end of the object to be packaged 1.

As shown in FIG. 2, the intermediate reinforcing member 130 has a back plate portion 131 and a pair of side plate portions 132. The back plate portion 131 has a rectangular plate shape. Side plate portions 132 are provided at both ends of the back plate portion 131, respectively. The pair of side plate portions 132 has the same rectangular plate shape. The dimension in the height direction of the back plate portion 131 and the dimension in the height direction of the pair of side plate portions 132 are the same. The dimension in the height direction of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 is the same as the inner dimension height of the exterior box 110.

Each side plate portion 132 extends from the back plate portion 131 in the same vertical direction. A notch 133 is formed from the end opposite to the back plate portion 131 of each side plate portion 132 to the central portion of the side plate portion 132. An upper cushion portion 134 is a portion of the side plate portion 132 located above the cutout portion 133. Further, a portion of the side plate portion 132 below the cutout portion 133 is a lower cushion portion 135. The shape of the notch portion 133, that is, the inner edge shape of the upper cushion portion 134 and the lower cushion portion 135 is adapted to the cross-sectional shape in the cutting plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the object 1 to be packed.

The intermediate reinforcing material 130 can be produced, for example, by bending the both ends of one corrugated sheet to raise the side plate portion 132 perpendicularly to the back plate portion 131. However, the material of the intermediate reinforcing material 130 is not limited to cardboard. Alternatively, for example, expanded polystyrene, plastic resin, etc. may be molded to make the intermediate reinforcing material 130.

When packing the to-be-packaged goods 1 by the packing material 100, first, as shown in FIG. 3, one end of a pair of edge part support material 120 is covered on the one end part of the longitudinal direction of the to-be-packaged goods 1. Further, the other end of the pair of end support members 120 is covered with the other end of the article 1 in the longitudinal direction. The intermediate reinforcement 130 is then disposed between the pair of end supports 120. Under the present circumstances, the to-be-packaged goods 1 are let through the inside of the notch part 133 formed in the intermediate | middle reinforcement 130. As shown in FIG.

In the configuration example of the first embodiment, in a state in which the object to be packaged 1 is passed through the inside of the cutout portion 133 of the intermediate reinforcing member 130, the upper surface portion of the object to be packaged 1 I am in contact with Further, the lower surface portion of the item to be packaged 1 is in contact with the lower cushion portion 135 from the inside of the cutout portion 133.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the to-be-packaged item 1, the end support member 120 and the intermediate reinforcing member 130 are accommodated inside the exterior box 110. Then, the lid 111 is closed to complete the packing of the object 1 by the packing material 100. In this state, the pair of end support members 120 respectively support both ends in the longitudinal direction of the object 1 inside the exterior box 110.

Further, as described above, the dimension in the height direction of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 is the same as the inner dimension height of the exterior box 110. Therefore, the upper end portion of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 abuts the inside of the upper surface of the exterior box 110. The lower end portion of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 abuts the inside of the lower surface of the exterior box 110.

Here, the upper end portion of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 is the upper end portion of the upper cushion portion 134. Further, the lower end portion of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 is the lower end portion of the lower cushion portion 135. Therefore, the upper cushion portion 134 is disposed between the upper surface portion of the object to be packaged 1 and the inner surface of the exterior box 110 facing the upper surface portion. And the lower cushion part 135 is arrange | positioned between the lower surface part of the to-be-packaged goods 1, and the inner surface of the exterior box 110 which opposes the said lower surface part. Thus, in the first embodiment, the upper cushion portion 134 and the lower cushion portion 135 are both the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of the object to be packaged 1 and the inner surface of the exterior box 110 facing the portion. And a cushion portion disposed between the two.

In the packing material 100 configured as described above, the cushion portion of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 is between the upper surface portion of the object to be packed 1 and the inside of the upper surface of the exterior box 110, and the lower surface portion of the object to be packaged 1 and the exterior It is disposed between the inside of the lower surface of the box 110 and the inside. For this reason, even if the object to be packed 1 is bent by the impact when the packaging material 100 falls with the upper surface or the lower surface of the exterior box 110 facing downward, the central portion of the object to be packaged 1 has a cushion portion of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 The degree of deflection can be reduced by

Further, in the first embodiment, the upper surface portion of the item to be packaged 1 is in contact with the upper cushion portion 134 from the inside of the cutout portion 133 in a state where the packaging of the item to be packaged 1 by the packaging material 100 is completed. The lower surface portion of the item to be packaged 1 is in contact with the lower cushion portion 135 from the inside of the cutout portion 133. That is, the above-mentioned cushion part is in contact with both the upper surface part and the lower surface part of the item to be packaged 1. Therefore, it is possible to further reduce or suppress bending and deformation of the to-be-packaged product 1 due to an impact when the packaging material 100 falls with the upper surface or the lower surface of the exterior box 110 facing downward.

Next, consider the case where the packaging materials 100 configured as described above are stacked, that is, stacked in multiple stages. Under the present circumstances, even if it stacks the packaging material 100 of the same shape and magnitude | size, as shown in FIG. 5, an upper stage may shift with the lower stage below it as it is shown in FIG. In such a case, the end of the packaging material 100 of the upper row is placed on the central part of the packaging material 100 of the lower row immediately after the occurrence of the "displacement" and a load is applied. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, even when another package 200 having a size and shape different from those of the packaging material 100 is placed on the packaging material 100, the central portion of the packaging material 100 under the other luggage 200 is Load.

In the packaging material 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, both the upper and lower end portions of the intermediate reinforcing material 130 are in contact with the inside of the upper and lower surfaces of the exterior box 110, respectively. Therefore, according to the packaging material 100 in the first embodiment of the present invention, the load applied to the central portion of the packaging material 100 in such a case is supported by the intermediate reinforcing material 130 from the inside of the exterior box 110, Collapse of the central portion of the exterior box 110 can be suppressed.

The upper cushion portion 134 and the lower cushion portion 135 may be either one or the other. That is, the intermediate reinforcing material 130 may have a cushion portion disposed between one or both of the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of the object to be packaged 1 and the inner surface of the exterior box 110 facing the portion. However, even when only one of the upper cushion portion 134 and the lower cushion portion 135 is provided, the upper end portion of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 abuts the inside of the upper surface of the exterior box 110 and the lower end of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 The part is in contact with the inside of the lower surface of the exterior box 110. Further, the cushion portion may not be in contact with the item to be packaged 1 or may be in contact with one or both of the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of the item to be packaged 1. By doing this, it is possible to suppress one or both of deformation due to the deflection of the object to be packed 1 at the time of dropping etc. and crushing of the central portion of the exterior box 110 at the time of stacking etc.

In the first embodiment, the to-be-packaged item 1 is passed through the inside of the cutout portion 133 of the intermediate reinforcing member 130. Therefore, a part of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 is disposed between one side surface portion of the object to be packaged 1 and the inner surface of the exterior box 110 facing the side surface portion. For this reason, it is possible to suppress the deformation due to the deflection of the object to be packed 1 when the packing material 100 falls with the side surface side down.

Further, in the first embodiment, the one side surface portion of the item to be packaged 1 is in contact with the intermediate reinforcing member 130. Therefore, it is possible to further reduce or suppress bending and deformation of the to-be-packaged product 1 due to an impact when the packaging material 100 falls with the side surface side facing downward.

However, in the first embodiment, the side of the other side of the package 1 of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 is cut away, and the other side and the inner surface of the exterior box 110 facing the side. There is no intermediate reinforcement 130 between them. Therefore, the risk of breakage of the packaged product 1 as a whole of the packaging material 100 can be minimized by arranging the side with the strongest strength of the packaged product 1 on the notched side of the intermediate reinforcing member 130. .

The cushion portion of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 may be disposed at the longitudinal center of the item to be packaged 1. In particular, when there is a bias in the weight distribution in the longitudinal direction of the object 1 to be packaged, the cushion portion of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 may be arranged in alignment with the center of gravity of the object 1 to be packaged. Further, a plurality of intermediate reinforcing members 130 may be provided depending on the length, mass, shape, etc. of the item to be packaged 1.

Second Embodiment
7 to 10 relate to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the packaging material, FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an intermediate reinforcing material provided in the packaging material, and FIG. FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a state in which the material to be packed is stored in an outer packaging box of the packing material. Hereinafter, the packaging material according to the second embodiment will be described by way of an example based on the configuration of the first embodiment, focusing on the differences from the first embodiment.

The packaging material 100 which concerns on Embodiment 2 of this invention is also equipped with the exterior box 110, the edge part supporting material 120, and the intermediate | middle reinforcement 130 similarly to Embodiment 1 as shown in FIG. However, in the second embodiment, the configuration of the intermediate reinforcing member 130 is different from that of the first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 8, in the intermediate reinforcing member 130 in the second embodiment, a hole 136 is formed at the center of the side plate portion 132.

The portion of the side plate portion 132 located above the hole 136 is the upper cushion portion 134. Further, a portion of the side plate portion 132 below the hole portion 136 is a lower cushion portion 135. The shape of the hole 136, that is, the inner edge shape of the upper cushion portion 134 and the lower cushion portion 135 is adapted to the cross-sectional shape in the cutting plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the object 1 to be packaged.

When packing the to-be-packaged goods 1 by the packing material 100, as shown in FIG. 9, the intermediate | middle reinforcement 130 is arrange | positioned between a pair of edge part support material 120. As shown in FIG. At this time, the package 1 is passed through the inside of the hole 136 formed in the intermediate reinforcing member 130. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the to-be-packaged item 1, the end support member 120, and the intermediate reinforcing material 130 are accommodated inside the exterior box 110, and the lid 111 is closed. Packing is completed.
The other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted here.

Also in the packaging material configured as described above, the same effects as in Embodiment 1 can be obtained. Furthermore, in the second embodiment, the intermediate reinforcing members 130 are disposed not only in the upper and lower sides of the package 1 but also in the four directions in which both side surfaces are combined. For this reason, even if the packing material 100 falls with any of the upper and lower surfaces and both side surfaces of the exterior box 110 facing downward, the object 1 is bent and deformed due to the impact at that time. It can be suppressed.

Further, in the second embodiment, not only the upper and lower surface portions of the item to be packaged 1 but also both side surface portions are in contact with the intermediate reinforcing member 130. Therefore, even if the packaging material 100 falls with any of the upper and lower surfaces and both side surfaces of the exterior box 110 facing downward, the object 1 is further bent and deformed due to the impact at that time. It can be reduced or suppressed.
