Abstract

PURPOSE:To package lighting fixtures in the same packaging box using the same buffer body by a method wherein at the outer side lower edge parts which are folded from the end side parts at the leading edge of an upper surface plate to be in parallel with the front surface of an inner square cylinder part, notches are formed, and the leading edges of protruding pieces are brought into contact with the inner surface, and at the same time, front surface plates which are brought into contact with a lighting fixture to be packaged are provided, and between these both front surface plates, a space is formed, and an outer square cylinder part is equipped. CONSTITUTION:When front surface plates 19 side of buffer bodies 23 are placed on both end surfaces of a lighting fixture 24, in such a manner that the front surface plates 29 side face each other, both end surfaces of the lighting fixture 24 comes into contact with the front surface plates 19 of the buffer bodies 23, and the lower ends of the front surface plates 19 of the buffer bodies 23 come into contact with a lower surface edge 25 on the end surface side, which is formed on a frame 27 of the lighting fixture 24. In notches 22 on these front surface plates 19, a rising edge 26 in the longitudinal direction, which is formed on the frame 27 of the lighting fixture 24 is placed. Under this condition, when the lighting fixture 24 is placed in a packaging box 28 together with the buffer bodies 23, a back surface 10 of an inner square cylinder part 11 of the buffer body 23 and a back surface plate 15 of an outer square cylinder part 21 of the buffer body 23 are brought into contact with the inner side of end surfaces of the packaging box 28, and the lighting fixture 24 is placed in the packaging box 28 being pinched by the buffer bodies 23, and the lighting fixture 24 is buffer- held.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In a device 24 that is used alone as shown in FIG. 3, frame portions 27 are present at both ends and are connected in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. When the instruments are separated individually, a frame portion 27 is formed on the outer end side of the instruments 24a and 24c at both ends, and a protrusion such as a connecting fitting 31 is present at the connecting end of the instruments 24b and 24C, and the frame Since the part 27 is not formed, the same buffer cannot be used in the conventional buffer 41, and in order to use the same buffer, the dimensions of the packaging box must be changed, and the same series of devices cannot be used. However, there was a problem of lack of commonality.

(Function) The packaging cushion for lighting equipment of the present invention sandwiches the packaged appliance between the cushioning bodies so that the packaging box is stored with the back plate of the outer square tube part in contact with the inner surface of the end of the packaging box. Then, the end face of the packaged instrument is brought into contact with the front plate of the outer square tube part of the buffer body. At this time, even if a protruding part for connection is protruded from the end of the packaged device, this protruding part is arranged in the space formed between the front plate parts of the outer square tube part, and Even if the instrument has a protruding frame, the rising side of this frame is located in the notch of the outer corner tube, and it depends on whether there is a connecting protrusion protruding from the end of the instrument or whether there is a frame. Regardless, it can be packaged in the same packaging box using the same shock absorber, and the front plate of the outer corner tube is supported by a protrusion protruding from the inner corner tube, so that the front plate is protected by impact loads. It is securely buffered and held without being deformed to the inner square tube part.

According to the present invention, the end surface of the packaged device is sandwiched between the cushioning bodies so that the packaged device is stored with the back plate portion of the outer square tube portion in contact with the inner surface of the end portion of the packaging box. By abutting against the front plate of the outer square tube of the shock absorber, even if a connecting protrusion is protruded from the end of the packaged device, this protrusion can be brought into contact with the front plate of the outer square tube. Even if the frame is protruded from the packaged device, the rising side of the frame is located in the notch of the outer corner tube, and the edge of the device is placed in the space formed between the devices. Regardless of the presence or absence of a protruding connecting protrusion or the presence or absence of a frame, the same packaging box can be packaged using the same buffer, and the front plate of the outer corner tube can be designed to protrude from the inner corner tube. The projecting piece part is supported, and the front plate part is not deformed to the inner rectangular cylinder part by impact load, and is securely buffered and held. It can be packaged using a cushioning material.
