るため、アンカーボルトを簡単な作業でガタつくことな
くかつ強固に螺合でき、該アンカーボルトの垂直度を高
めつつ高精度で位置出ししうるとともに、基筒上端に設
けた頭片により基筒の回転を手指で容易に行うことがで
き、その使い勝手を高めうる。
