以上のように本考案の不緩袋ナットによると、外装体と内筒ねじ体とを溶着部 により結合一体化した構成としたので、製造に際して、外装体と内筒ねじ体とを 別体として予め製作した後に、これらを溶接により結合して一体化する極めて簡 易な工程を経て製作できるので、製造コストを大幅に低減することができるとと もに、外装体に袋状部を容易に形成できるので、一般的な袋ナットと同様の風雨 に対する耐久性を得られる。しかも、内筒部に真円に対し径内方向に変形した緩 み止め部を設け、ねじ棒の螺合により内筒部が真円になるよう緩み止め部を径外 方向に変形させてその復元力でねじ棒に対し圧接力を発生させる構成とたので、 内筒部のねじ孔の軸長全域によって荷重を均等に分担し応力集中を回避して荷重 の制限を緩和できる強力な不緩機能を得られる効果を保持できる。 As described above, according to the loose-fitting cap nut of the present invention, the outer body and the inner cylindrical screw body are combined and integrated by the welded portion.
