(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 工具が嵌合される外筒部とこの外筒部の
基端側で径外方向に張り出した座部と上記外筒部の先端
側でその外筒部の開口を塞ぐ盲部とを備える外装体と、 筒状部の内周面に雌ねじ部を有し筒状部の先端側に上記
外装体の外筒部に回転不能に嵌合された鍔部を有するナ
ット体と、 外装体と上記ナット体の筒状部との間に形成された空間
に挿入された筒部とこの筒部の基端側で径外方向に張り
出した座部とを一体に備えると共にその座部が上記外装
体の座部に重ね合わされて一体に固着された中間部材
と、からなり、 中間部材における筒部の先端部が径外方向に膨出された
筒状の拡がり部に成形されており、この拡がり部が上記
ナット体の鍔部に軸方向で重なり合っていると共に、上
記外装体とナット体と中間部材とが高弾性の金属材料で
形成されていることを特徴とする不緩袋ナット。

A cylindrical portion inserted into a space formed between the exterior body and the cylindrical portion of the nut body, and a seat portion projecting radially outward at a base end side of the cylindrical portion, and the seat portion is integrally provided. An intermediate member that is overlapped and integrally fixed on the seat portion of the exterior body, and a tip end portion of the cylindrical portion of the intermediate member is formed into a cylindrical expanded portion that is bulged radially outward. The extended portion overlaps the flange portion of the nut body in the axial direction, and the exterior body, the nut body, and the intermediate member are made of a highly elastic metal.
