分を含まない水性基剤や低油分量の乳化基剤は、皮膚へ
のなじみが悪く、均一に塗布することが難しく、その結
果、皮膚への着色がムラになり、セルフタンニングの仕
上がり感が極端に損なわれる。そのため、これらの基剤
は皮膚の着色が早く、使用性が良好であるにもかかわら
ず、DHAの配合基剤として適さなかった。

ン ブロックポリマー型界面活性剤を添加する必要はな
い。本発明に用いられるポリオキシエチレン−ポリオキ
シプロピレン ブロックポリマー型界面活性剤として
は、(株)旭電化工業、BASF社より商品名プルロニ
ック、テトロニックとして市販されているものなどが挙
げられる。これらには、ポリオキシエチレン、ポリオキ
シプロピレンの附加モル数により各種のグレードがある
が、特に限定されるものではなく、前記の基剤中に溶解
するものであればよい。配合量は、セルフタンニング化
粧料全量中の0.1〜3重量%、好ましくは0.5〜2
重量%である。配合量が0.1重量%未満では、皮膚へ
の「なじみ」を改善することができず、また、皮膚への
「なじみ」を改善するためには3重量%までの配合で十
分であり、これを越えて配合する必要はない。本発明の
セルフタンニング化粧料においては、本発明の効果や品
質を損なわない範囲で、化粧品に一般的に使用される保
湿剤、界面活性剤、紫外線吸収剤、薬剤、着色剤、粉
末、香料などを配合することができる。
