帯金Oの中間部O2を折り曲げて鈍角を形成せしめ、帯金
Oの長さを必要寸法に定めて剪断し、また成形して結束
に使用している。そしてこの帯金成形の自動化を達成す
るものとしては、例えば実開昭51−45091号公報に開示
されている。そして上記帯金成形装置は、剪断機構、先
端折り曲げ機構、シール供給機構、中間折り曲げ機構と
を含んで成り、自動連続的に帯金を成形するものであ
る。しかしながら上記シール供給機構は、第4図に示す
ようにマガジンM内にシールSを積上げるいわゆるそろ
え積みと称するものであり、第1の欠陥はシールSが下
降時不規則な動きをする為、シールSが相互に干渉し、
下降しない場合がある。そして第2の欠陥はマガジンM
内のシールS数が制限され補給が面倒である。

ールが大きく移動しないように帯金の中間部を折り曲げ
て鈍角をつくる帯金成形装置において、前記シール供給
機構が傾斜面に整列されているシールの最下部シールを
水平位置に分離固定する機構であることを特徴とする帯
金成形装置が提供される。
