2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when firing a so-called green ceramic body, although not shown, an object to be fired is placed in a firing bowl made of alumina ceramics or the like. A large number of ceramic molded bodies are stored, a plurality of these firing saggers are stacked and placed on each base plate, and then these base plates are sent into the firing furnace one after another to form the ceramic molding. It is common to heat the body. During such baking work, it is necessary to attach an identification mark to each baking bowl for the sake of production control. As such an identification mark, a heat-resistant paint is used at a predetermined portion of the bowl body. It has been practiced to attach characters and figures drawn with, for example, barcodes.

By the way, the sagger for burning with the above-mentioned identification mark has the following inconveniences. That is, if this baking bowl is repeatedly used at a high temperature such as 1300 ° C., the coloring state of the heat-resistant paint may be deteriorated and may gradually fade or bleed. Cannot be read, and the identification cannot be made. Therefore, in conventional work, it is not possible to mix firing saggers containing ceramic compacts with different characteristics and specifications on the same base plate for firing, and work efficiency can be improved. There wasn't.

The firing bowl 1 according to the present embodiment is a green (green) ceramic molded body (not shown).
It is used when firing, and is formed in the shape of a box with an open upper surface in addition to using an alumina ceramic. Then, on a predetermined portion of the sagger 1 for baking, for example, on the upper edge 1a thereof, a cut groove 3 having a predetermined depth is formed in parallel so as to form an identification code 2 as an identification mark when combined with each other. Is formed as.

That is, the identification code 2 indicates an 8-bit binary code depending on the presence / absence of a plurality of cut grooves 3 arranged at equal intervals from each other, for example, the presence / absence of 8 cut grooves 3. If there are eight notch grooves 3, two of them are obtained by combining these.
56 types of identification can be performed. The position where the identification code 2 is added, that is, the position where the cut groove 3 is formed, is not limited to the upper edge 1a of the baking sagger 1 and may be another part.

Further, the identification code 2 formed of the cut groove 3 is read and judged by using the optical step sensor 5, as shown in an enlarged view in FIGS. 2 and 3. That is, when the optical step sensor 5 is faced with the identification code 2 provided on the baking sagger 1, the presence or absence of the cut groove 3 is detected. As described above, according to the identification structure of the firing casket according to the present invention, the notch groove constituting the identification code as the identification mark is formed on the predetermined portion of the firing casket. , Even when the use of the baking sagger under high temperature is repeated, the cut groove formed by cutting the baking sagger itself does not easily disappear,
It is possible to maintain the identifiable state of the baking bowl for a long period of time. Therefore, it becomes possible to perform firing after mixing the firing saggers containing the ceramic molded bodies having different characteristics and specifications on the same base plate, and as a result, it is possible to improve the work efficiency. Can also be obtained.
