Since the irregular honeycomb core having a cell shape has uneven strength and the like, it cannot be used depending on the purpose of use, and even if the degree of irregularity is small, for example, the purpose of use is honeycomb. When using the core in an exposed state,
It may not be used, and therefore, in the conventional honeycomb core formed by stacking the corrugated honeycomb core constituent materials, in order to form a regular honeycomb core having a cell shape, a forming operation is performed. In particular, the stacking work is troublesome and requires a lot of man-hours for the work, so that the honeycomb core has a drawback of being extremely expensive.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to form an inexpensive honeycomb core constituent material by stacking the corrugated honeycomb core constituent materials although the cell shape is regular. The present invention is to provide a honeycomb core.

"Means for Solving the Problem" The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and its technical solution is to sequentially adjoin a predetermined number of corrugated honeycomb core constituent materials. The respective concave portions and the convex portions in the honeycomb core constituent material are arranged in a positional relationship in which the concave portions and the convex portions correspond to each other, and the concave portions and the abutting portions of the convex portions are bonded to each other via an adhesive, In the honeycomb core formed by stacking the honeycomb core constituent materials, the concave portions of the honeycomb core constituent material and the abutting portions of the convex portions, and the concave portions of the honeycomb core constituent material adjacent to each other. An engaging portion is provided to maintain the correspondence with each convex portion.

"Operation" Since the present invention comprises the above means, it operates as follows.
In other words, the corrugated honeycomb core constituent materials are arranged in a positional relationship in which the concave portions and the convex portions of adjacent honeycomb core constituent materials are in contact with each other, respectively, and the contact portions are bonded together. When adhering through the agent, the contact portions of the concave portions and the convex portions are for engaging the concave portions and the convex portions of each other to maintain the corresponding relationship between the concave portions and the convex portions. Since the engaging portion is provided, it is extremely easy to perform alignment when bringing the concave portions and the convex portions of the honeycomb core constituent materials adjacent to each other into contact with each other in a corresponding manner, and Since there is no deviation in the correspondence between the concave portions and the convex portions, it is possible to form a regular honeycomb core having a cell shape.

"Effects of the Invention" As described in detail above, according to the honeycomb core of the present invention,
When forming the honeycomb core by stacking the corrugated honeycomb core constituent materials, the honeycomb core constituent materials can be easily and surely aligned with each other, and the concave portions of the adjacent honeycomb core constituent materials can be formed with each other. Since there is no deviation in the correspondence between the abutting portion and each convex portion, it is possible to inexpensively form a regular honeycomb core having a cell shape. Conventionally, this type of honeycomb core has drawbacks. The effects that it exerts, such as being wiped out, are remarkably large.

1. A predetermined number of corrugated honeycomb core constituent materials are sequentially arranged in a positional relationship in which each concave portion and each convex portion of the adjacent honeycomb core constituent materials are in contact with each other. Together with these concave portions and the contact portion of each convex portion is bonded via an adhesive, in a honeycomb core formed by stacking each honeycomb core constituent material, each concave portion of the honeycomb core constituent material A honeycomb core, wherein an abutting portion of each convex portion is provided with an engaging portion for holding a corresponding relationship between each concave portion and each convex portion of the honeycomb core constituent material positioned adjacent to each other.
