されている。これらは、香料組成物に香気補強剤を添加
し、香料の本来有する香りを増強するものである。2. 技術の課題に鑑みなされたものであり、その目的はより
広範な態様の香気補強、調香を行うための香気補強剤を

に本発明者らが鋭意検討した結果、ジイソプロピルジサ
ルファイドに優れた香気補強作用、調香作用が存在する
ことを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。すなわち、
ジイソプロピルジサルファイド（Diisopropyl disulfid
e）は既に公知の物質であり、例えば医薬品製造の中間
体（コレステロール合成阻害剤、抗悪性腫瘍剤）、或い
は液晶等の原料として使用されている。しかしながら、
このジイソプロピルジサルファイド自体は青葉或いは海
苔様の強い臭気を有するのみであり、従来該ジイソプロ
ピルジサルファイドを香料に使用する試みは全くなされ
ていなかった。そして、本発明者らはこのようなジイソ
プロピルジサルファイドが香料組成物に配合された場合
には、該香料組成物の香気を著しく引き立たせることを
見出したのである。すなわち、本発明にかかる香料組成
物は、下記化１に示すジイソプロピルジサルファイドを

【化１】 本発明にかかる香料組成物としては、天然精油様調合香
料、特にジャスミン、ジョンキル、ミモザ、ヒヤシン
ス、ナルシス、バイオレット様調合香料や、グリーン
系、ハーバル系の調合香料組成物が上げられ、該香料組
成物に前記ジイソプロピルジサルファイドを少量配合す
ることによりナチュラル感が拡散性のあるグリーンの香
りがリフトアップされるとともに、爽やかでフレッシュ
感が増し、天然精油の高級感が付与される。本発明にか
かる香料組成物は、ジイソプロピルジサルファイドを配
合することによって調整される。その配合量は調整され
る調合香料の種類、目的により異なるが、全香料組成物
に対して０．０００１〜１０重量％とすることが好まし
い。０．０００１重量％未満であると、ジイソプロピル
ジサルファイドによる香気補強作用、調香作用が充分に
発揮されず、また１０重量％を越えて配合すると、ジイ
ソプロピルジサルファイドの有する青臭みが表にででく

配合することにより、調合香料のグリーンな香りがリフ
トアップされるとともに、爽やかでフレッシュ感を有す
る天然精油の高級感が付与される。このため、高級香料
組成物、香水、石鹸、シャンプー、リンス、洗剤、化粧
品、ヘアスプレー、芳香剤等の賦香が必要とされるもの
