(Technical Means) In the present invention, in order to solve the above technical problems, a cylindrical insulator is fitted in the screw hole of the nut body, and an electrode welding portion is formed on the welding surface of the nut body. .

具体的には図示の如く下記の構成となる。Specifically, it has the following configuration as shown in the drawing.

Reference numeral 6 is a cylindrical insulator made of synthetic resin such as nylon or phenol resin, and is fitted in the screw hole 2 of the nut body 1.
6A is a collar portion of the insulator 6, and a height h is a distance from the welding surface 4 of the nut body 1 and is larger than a protruding height of the electrode welding portion 3. (See FIG. 1 and FIG. 3) By adopting the height h of the collar portion 6A, the nut body 1 is moved to the through hole 7 of the target object 5.
It is possible to smoothly guide the inside of the nut body, and when the nut body 1 is clamped by an arc stud welding gun (not shown) and arc-welded, a tsuba is used for fine pulling of the nut body 1 in the arrow A direction. Since the portion 6A cannot be disengaged from the through hole 7, the nut body 1 can be accurately welded to a predetermined position. L is a width of the collar portion 6A and is a through hole 7 of the target object 5.
Is smaller than the diameter D of the nut body 1 and larger than the root diameter d of the screw hole 2 of the nut body 1. That is, the relationship is D>L> d. Therefore, there is an advantage that the nut body 1 can be laterally displaced with respect to the target object 5 during arc welding of the nut body 1.

(Embodiment 2) See FIG. 5 The present embodiment is characterized in that the electrode welded portion 3 is formed in an arc shape and further divided into a plurality of pieces.
