【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は主としてナットをアークスタッド溶接手段によ
り鋼板等の対象物体へ溶接するためのスタッド化したナ
ットに関するものである。

(従来の技術) 従来に於いては、特開昭60−118387号公報に開
示されている如くナットの溶接面の全周に小さなリング

ナットをアークスタッド溶接銃にかませアークを前記リ
ングに沿って溶接面の全周に回し、芯棒によりアークが
ねじ孔に入り込むのを防止しながらナットをアークスタ
ッド溶接していたものである。然しながら、この種のナ
ットを溶接するにあたっては必ず耐熱磁器製の芯棒を使
用しなければならずその取扱いに煩雑な手間がかかると
いう欠点があった。
