(Prior Art) Recently, enamel panels, which have been enameled on the surface of metal panels, have come to be widely used as interior and exterior materials for buildings. This enamel panel has the advantage that the enamel layer on the surface is highly durable and there is little deterioration of color tone and gloss fading, but since the color is monotonous, enamel panel with a variety of design changes Is desired.

Therefore, attempts have heretofore been made to make the enamel layer matte or metallic, but there are many problems. For example, as a method of matting the enamel layer, use a Si
The method in which a difficult-to-melt substance such as O 2 is put in and stopped by semi-melting during firing has problems that the range of firing conditions is very narrow, uneven adhesion is likely to occur, and acid resistance is low. In addition, the method of producing a large number of wrinkles on the surface of the enamel layer by applying a glaze and drying or baking it is troublesome and the appearance is not uniform. In addition, the method of applying a glaze in which a myriad of fine gas bubbles are generated is inferior in the impact strength of the enamel and is not uniform in appearance. Further, the method of treating the calcined surface of the enamel with a chemical agent has a problem in that in the case of colored glaze, the color changes to white and the desired color cannot be obtained.

As a method for making the enamel layer metallic, for example, there is a method in which crushed pieces such as vermiculite are mixed in a fritt and baked by glaze. However, in this method, the crushed pieces have a clear color tone due to oxidation or melting. I can't get it. Money again
The painting method using cloisonne enamel mixed with powder of silver or the like is expensive, and there is a problem that the base glaze is lead-based and toxic, and oxidizing metal powder cannot be used.

(A) First Embodiment As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a decarburized steel plate for enamel having a thickness of 1.6 mm was bent into a shallow box shape of 1050 × 2150 × 45 mm, and the front surface side of the metal panel 1 was used. On the back side, brown enamel layers 2 and 3 each having a thickness of 200 μm were provided by a conventional method.
Next, masking is applied in a grid pattern on the enamel layer 2 on the panel surface side with a width of 50 mm gum tape, and 8% AI-Cu alloy is sprayed on it with an arc sprayer to form a sprayed layer 4 with a thickness of about 20 μm. Provided. The sprayed layer 4 has a clear golden color, and a beautiful pattern is formed by the brown lattice-shaped portions of the enamel layer 2 after peeling the gum tape and a large number of golden rectangular shaped portions of the sprayed layer 4. The enameled panel 5 for building materials for exterior was obtained.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, the enamel panel for building materials of the present invention has excellent durability due to the enamel layer, and also has a sprayed layer of a metallic material rich in change in appearance having a metallic color and a metallic luster, A enamel panel for building materials having an excellent appearance with various colors and glosses can be obtained by forming it on the entire surface of the enamel layer or in a pattern. Further, since it suffices to spray the metal material on the enamel layer, the panel manufacturing process is simple and the manufacturing cost is low. The enameled layer also covers the metal panel to improve its durability and also acts as a thermal buffer layer or a reinforcing layer to prevent thermal strain of the metal panel during thermal spraying of the metal material, so it is excellent in thermal strain due to thermal spraying. An enamel panel for building materials having excellent appearance and durability can be obtained.
