2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the method of polishing aluminum material is
This is a method of polishing an aluminum material by electrolytic polishing or chemical polishing, lifting the obtained polishing product from the polishing bath, and then manually washing the polishing product with a water tank or a shower. . Then, the purpose of the water washing is to immerse the aluminum material in a polishing bath for chemical polishing or electrolytic polishing, and to remove the polishing liquid adhering to the polishing product pulled out from the bath with water to remove the polishing liquid. This is because it is possible to prevent the product surface from being melted and the brightness of the polishing surface to be diminished or to cause partial white turbidity due to a chemical reaction to obtain a bright surface as a polishing product.

However, in any case of the conventional electrolytic solution polishing method or chemical polishing method, the time from the completion of the polishing step to the withdrawal from the electrolytic bath and washing with water is extremely large as described below. If it is not carried out within a short time, the above-mentioned inconvenience will occur, so that it has been limited to manual work that can be processed in a short time. Therefore, the materials to be polished have been limited to small articles that can be manually worked. Furthermore, the problem will be described in detail. Generally, in the electrolytic polishing method, the polishing bath composition generally uses one of the following two types. That is, H
3 PO 4 50~60%, A bath consisting of H 2 SO 4 20~40% and the balance water and H 3 PO 4 60~80%, H 2 SO
4 Use a B bath consisting of 10 to 20%, chromic acid 1 to 5%, and the balance of water, and immerse and vibrate an aluminum material in the bath to obtain a bath temperature of 60 to 90 ° C. and a voltage of OC10 to 10.
30 V, current density 5 to 50 A / dm 2 , polishing time 1 to 2
The surface is polished under the condition of 0 minutes, but after the electrolytic polishing is finished, the current is cut off, and the obtained polishing product is taken out of the bath of the electrolytic polishing tank and immersed in the water in the adjacent washing tank for washing with water. When the bath A is used, the time required to complete the process must be within about 5 seconds, and when the bath B is used, the time must be within about 10 seconds. The above-mentioned surface causes the above-mentioned inconvenient phenomenon, resulting in deterioration of the quality of the abrasive product and loss of the product. Further, there is a similar problem in the case of chemical polishing. That is, generally, the polishing bath composition is H 3 PO 4 65 to 80%, HNO 3 2.5 to 3.5.
%, AlPO 4 7 to 10%, water 17 to 23% (specific gravity 1.62 to 1.66 / 100 ° C.),
Polishing is performed at a temperature of 0 to 110 ° C. for 30 seconds to 3 minutes. After the completion of the polishing step, the obtained polishing product is pulled up, transferred to a water tank, and immersed in the water to finish the washing with water. When the temperature of the polishing bath is 90 to 95 ° C., it should be within 15 seconds, and when the temperature is 100 ° C. to 110 ° C., it should be within 5 to 10 seconds. When it exceeds that time,
The surface of the abraded product is partially dried, which causes problems such as uneven gloss due to air oxidation, deterioration of brilliance, and dulling or even fine white spots. As described above, in either case of the electrolytic solution polishing method or the chemical polishing method, after the polishing product is finished, it must be moved from the lifting to the water tank and the cleaning treatment must be performed within an extremely short time as described above. Therefore, as described above, the conventional rinsing process after electropolishing is limited to the manual work of manually immersing the abrasive product in the water in the rinsing tank for rinsing, or rinsing with a shower. Therefore, the material to be processed is also limited to small items. Therefore, it is impossible to do it by hand, and it is necessary to use mechanical power such as a crane.
It was impossible to perform electrolytic polishing treatment on a large aluminum material having a relatively large weight. If an automatic machine is used to perform polishing to washing with water, it is impossible to process the polishing within 15 seconds from the end of polishing to washing, which causes the above inconvenience. I couldn't think of any treatment. Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, it is possible to eliminate the inconvenience that the permissible time until the washing with water is completed within a short time as described above after the completion of polishing, and the above-mentioned large-sized aluminum material which cannot be manually performed. It is desirable to carry out the polishing treatment of (1) by mechanical force so that an excellent-quality polished product maintaining the glitter can be industrially produced.

According to the above-mentioned method of polishing and polishing an aluminum material according to the present invention, when water is sprayed on the surface of the obtained aluminum product after the polishing of the aluminum material is lifted up, the product is The surface of the product becomes a wet surface to prevent drying, and at the same time, the product is rapidly cooled, and the polishing liquid adhering to the product dissolves in the adhering water and dilutes, so that the surface of the product is abraded. The reaction with the liquid is suppressed or suppressed. As a result, it is possible to extend the permissible time until it is moved to the washing tank and washed, and it is possible to perform mechanical polishing without manual work. When excess water is generated on the surface of the holding member or the polishing product due to the spraying of the mist, the excess water can be conveyed and removed by an air flow, so that the excess water becomes a water drop in the lower polishing tank. It is prevented from dropping in the polishing bath to dilute the polishing liquid and does not adversely affect the composition of the polishing bath. The operation of the above-described polishing product processing apparatus is performed by attaching water to the surface of the polishing product held by the holding member in a mist form from the water spray nozzles arranged on both sides of the polishing tank to form a wet surface, Moreover, the polishing liquid is diluted at the same time as the rapid cooling, and the reaction with the polishing liquid is suppressed or suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to extend the allowable time before shifting to the water washing process. On the other hand, in the space surrounded by the exhaust carrier box on the upper surface and the peripheral side wall, the outside air is sucked from below the carrier box by the exhaust action of the exhaust fan and the outside is sucked and discharged from the upper exhaust hole. Therefore, excess moisture and excess mist on the surface of the abrasive product are transported and removed to the outside, and the horizontal side opening on the inner surface disposed below the water spray nozzles on both sides is generated. Because the suction and exhaust action of the suction and exhaust duct produces a horizontal air flow from the surface of the abrasive product toward the exhaust duct,
Excessive water and excess mist generated on the surface of the abrasive product by the airflow can be sucked and removed to the outside, and water droplets can be prevented from dropping and diluting in the polishing liquid in the polishing tank. be able to. After such reaction suppression or suppression treatment is completed, the carrier box is moved to the adjacent water washing tank and immersed in the water to wash the abrasive product with water.

Further, according to the present invention, a pair of laterally drawn exhaust ducts 1 having openings 13, 13 opening at the inner surface along the lengthwise direction are formed in the upper portions of the opposing long side plate walls of the polishing tank 1.
4, 14 are arranged opposite to each other, and are located above them, and on the outer surface of the upper wall of the longitudinal exhaust ducts 14 and 14 having a long length, a large number of them are arranged at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction. The water spray nozzles 15, 15, ... Are arranged in a line inward. More specifically, in the illustrated example, the main pipe 1 for supplying pressurized water extending in parallel along the upper surface of each of the horizontal exhaust ducts 14.
A large number of pressure water branch pipes 16a and a plurality of compressed air branch pipes 17a are branched at equal intervals to 6 and a compressed air supply main pipe 17, respectively, and the tips of the branch pipes 16a and 17a of each pair are two-fluid uniform fan type nozzle nozzle nozzle for mixed spraying. The water spray nozzles 15 and 15 are respectively arranged by connecting them to the nozzles 15a. Reference numeral 18 denotes a fixture that supports these main pipes 16 and 17. Thus, for example, compressed air 1 to 3 kg / cm 2 of pressure water and 1 to 3 kg / cm 2, for each pair of respective through each piezoelectric water supply main pipe 16 and the compressed air supply main pipe 17 pressure water branch pipe 16a and compressed air branch pipe 17a at the same time, and the nozzle heads 15a,
The compressed water is made into a fine mist in the state of innumerable gas and diffused and jetted toward the abrasive product. still,
It goes without saying that the pressures of the compressed water and the compressed air, the mixing ratio of the compressed water and the compressed air, etc., can be adjusted as desired. On the other hand, the above-mentioned left and right laterally drawn exhaust ducts 14, 14 are respectively suction and exhaust devices (not shown) such as exhaust fans and suction exhaust pumps via conduits 14a led out from one end thereof.
And a strong lateral pulling exhaust force having a wind speed of about 10 to 30 m is generated in the duct 14 by the operation of the device. Thus, an example of a polishing processing apparatus for carrying out the polishing processing method of the present invention described later was constructed.

Next, an example of carrying out the polishing treatment method of the aluminum material a of the present invention using the above polishing treatment apparatus will be described with reference to FIG.
Through the processing flow chart of FIG. 7, description will be made. First, FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the carrier box 5 also serving as an exhaust is attached to the holding member 3 at a position outside the polishing tank 1 as shown by an imaginary line, and then moved as shown by an arrow. Then, the polishing bath 1 placed in the polishing bath b is stopped as indicated by the solid line. In the next polishing step, the exhaust fan 11 and the suction exhaust devices of the left and right lateral pulling exhaust ducts 14, 14 are operated in advance so that outside air is introduced into the carrier box 5 as shown in FIG. While generating an ascending airflow that is sucked in through 12 and discharged from the exhaust hole 10 in the upper part, the left and right laterally drawn exhaust ducts 14 and 14 are actuated, and Creates a horizontal air stream that is horizontally aspirated from the side.
From this state, the crane device 4 is operated, the holding member 3 holding the aluminum material a is lowered and immersed in the polishing bath 2, and the surface of the aluminum material a is polished by a conventional method.
During this time, the gas such as acid mist and water vapor rising from the polishing bath 2 is conveyed to the ascending airflow and the horizontal airflow, and passes through the upper exhaust ports 10 and 10 and the lateral horizontal exhaust ducts 14 and 14. It is discharged to the outside. If necessary, it is preferable to provide an exhaust duct outside the exhaust fans 11 to maintain a good working environment in the room. The polishing in this case may be either an electrolytic polishing method or a chemical polishing method, and the composition of the polishing bath, the electrolytic polishing apparatus and the conditions thereof are in accordance with the above-mentioned generally performed conditions. Thus, after finishing the predetermined polishing, the holding member 3 is moved by the crane device 4.
The polishing product a is pulled up from the polishing bath 2, and the polishing product a is raised during the raising process, preferably immediately after the raising process, that is, during the upward movement process of the holding member 3. Immediately after the product a comes out of the polishing bath 2, water spray nozzle rows 1 arranged on both sides thereof from both sides thereof.
From 5, 15, 15, ..., Room-temperature water or cooling water is sprayed on the entire surface in the form of mist. This state is shown in FIG. 6 (same as FIG. 2). Since this mist is an extremely fine gas, it floats in the air and does not easily fall, and when it adheres to the surface of the polishing product a, it firmly adheres uniformly to the entire surface in a thin film to form a wet surface. It does not agglomerate on the surface of the product into large water droplets, and therefore does not easily fall into the polishing bath 2. Moreover, it is preferable to set the spraying time so that the spraying is performed for a predetermined short time. Thus, the entire surface of the abrasive product a is in a wet state, so that deterioration of brightness due to drying of the product surface and generation of white spots are prevented, and at the same time, the water spray adheres to the abrasive product a. Is cooled, and the temperature of the polishing liquid is reduced to 60 ° C. or lower at which it does not easily react with the polishing liquid remaining on the substrate, and the polishing liquid remaining on the substrate is diluted immediately. Inconvenient phenomena such as dissolution and corrosion of the surface of the polishing product by the residual polishing liquid are suppressed or suppressed, so that the bright surface of the polishing product a can be maintained and the permissible time until the conventional water washing treatment is extended. Therefore, there is a margin of time before washing with water. In this case, it is preferable that the carrier box 5 is made of a transparent material, so that it is possible to observe an operating state such as a sprayed state of water inside, which is convenient. In addition, depending on the size of the abrasive product to be treated, etc., water pressure and compressed air pressure,
It is needless to say that the mist spraying condition suitable for each is set by appropriately adjusting the mixing ratio of the compressed water and the compressed air, the spraying time, and the like. In addition, the spraying time of the mist is such that excessive water is generated on the surface of the holding member 3 or the polishing product a and becomes a water drop and drops into the polishing bath 2 so that the polishing bath 2 is diluted and the composition thereof is not adversely affected. As described above, it is preferable to set in advance so as to spray for a predetermined time.
In order to automatically perform the above operation, a limit switch, an electromagnetic valve, etc. are attached to the device. That is, the set includes the left and right water spray nozzle rows 15, 15, ... From the moment when at least the upper end of the abrasive product a is pulled up.
It is preferable to automatically set so that the operation is finished and the operation is finished at the moment when the lower end of the abrasive product a is deviated from the spraying area of the spray nozzles 15, 15 facing each other by the subsequent upward movement. In this case, it is also preferable to adjust the pulling rate depending on the size of the abrasive product a and set the spraying time in relation to this.

In the present invention, in addition to the above consideration, in the unlikely event that excess water is placed on the surface of the polishing product a and the holding member 3 and drops, the ceiling and side walls of the carrier box 5 are repeatedly used. Stable and good so that water droplets adhering to will not drop and enter the polishing bath 2 to change its composition, and further that mist that does not adhere to the polishing product will not come into contact with the polishing bath 2 and adversely affect it. In order to perform the above water spraying operation, the carrier box 5
The ascending air current having a strong suction force of about 10 to 30 m and the wind speed of 10 to 30 m on the sideways exhaust ducts 14 and 14 by the exhaust holes 10 and 10 and the exhaust fans 11 and 11 provided in the.
By generating a horizontal air flow having a strong suction / exhaust force, the above-mentioned excess water and excess mist are sucked and conveyed and removed to the outside.
Only by spraying the mist with the water spraying nozzles 15, 15, ... On the surface of No. 1, it is possible to provide a safe and advantageous polishing treatment and its apparatus without the fear of diluting the polishing bath 2.

In this way, the polishing product a, which has finished the spraying process of the water spray, is further moved up to the uppermost position and stopped by the upward movement of the holding member 3, as shown in FIG. On the other hand, the operation of the exhaust fans 11 and 11 and the lateral exhaust ducts 14 and 14 is stopped. From this state, the carrier box 5 is moved in the direction of the arrow and stopped on the water washing tank 9, and at this position, the holding member 3 is moved downward to move the polishing product a to the water 19 of the water washing tank 9. Immerse inside, wash with water, and then pull up. Next, the carrier box 5 is further transferred to a neutralization tank 20 provided adjacent to the water washing tank 9 and immersed in the alkaline aqueous solution 22 to neutralize the polishing surface.

As described above, according to the polishing product treating apparatus of the present invention, water is sprayed on the surface of the polishing product a in the form of mist under the ascending airflow and the horizontal airflow therebelow. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the excess water from falling into the polishing bath to be diluted, and to suppress or suppress the reaction due to the polishing liquid remaining on the surface of the polishing product. Eliminating the inconvenience of having to wash with water within about 5 to 10 seconds for polishing and within about 10 to 15 seconds for chemical polishing, as a result, the allowable time until washing can be extended to 10 seconds or more or 15 seconds or more. Even if it is washed with water after a certain period of time, it does not cause any inconvenience such as deterioration of the luster of the surface of the polishing product a and partial white turbidity, and the washing with water can be completed while maintaining the lustered surface. , Good abrasive product a
Can be obtained. Therefore, it is also possible to manually wash with water, but as described above, it is possible to carry out the washing process from the polishing process by mechanization, and therefore, it is possible to polish a large-sized or heavy-weight aluminum material which has been impossible by hand. Enable processing.

As described above, according to the present invention, water is sprayed on the surface of the aluminum material in a mist state at the stage of withdrawing the polished aluminum material from the polishing bath. , It suppresses or suppresses the chemical reaction with the polishing liquid adhering to it, and the permissible period until the water washing process can be extended. Polishing and polishing operations of heavy aluminum materials can be conveniently performed by using the polishing apparatus by mechanical force. Furthermore, according to the present invention, since excess water, which tends to occur in the above water spraying work, is conveyed and removed by an air flow, the disadvantage that the polishing bath is diluted with water is eliminated, and the water spraying work is performed. Can be carried out sufficiently and satisfactorily, and in this case, the airflow is such that a rising airflow is generated above the spray of the water spray, that is, a horizontal airflow is generated below the polishing bath. This is preferable because it is possible to reliably remove the excess water by suction. Further, according to the present invention, there is provided a polishing embedding apparatus capable of smoothly and satisfactorily performing the above-described polishing treatment method with a sufficient allowable time without diluting the polishing bath with water. It is possible to carry out an abrasive treatment operation of an aluminum material having a size or a large weight, and it is possible to produce a good aluminum abrasive product having a brilliance on a large scale.
