替装置１１が動作する。常開接点Ａ1を通っての信号入
力時には、切替装置は１１ａの位置となり１１ａを通し
て信号入力される音声合成装置９は、操作盤の操作を乗
客に促す案内、例えば「行先階の釦を押して下さい」と
いう案内をスピーカ８から放送する。この案内を聞いた
乗客は行先階を登録していないことに気付き、釦を押し
て所定の階床に乗かごに乗って行くことになる。この音
声合成装置が放送する内容は、簡単に変更できる為、視
覚障害者用の案内とする為には、例えば「出入口に向か
って右側にあります行先階の釦を押して下さい」という
ような内容に変更するだけでよい。又、乗客検出センサ
５が信号を出力してから１０秒以内、即ち、タイマＴが
カウント終了する前に行先階登録釦（図示せず）を押し
た場合には、常閉接点Ｂが開放される為、タイマＴへの
通電が中断されてタイマＴはリセットされる。この為、
案内放送はされないこととなる。更に、乗かごが目的階
床に到着した時などは、信号線１０から切替装置１１に
信号が伝わり、その各階床の案内が行われる。このよう
に、本実施例によれば、何らかの理由により、操作盤を
操作しなかったエレベーター利用者に対し、操作盤の操
作を促す案内を行うことが可能となる。又、無駄な案内
