ヘツドによつて磁気テープに映像を記録するためのもの
であるが、現在の技術では現状以上のヘツドの高速回転
は困難であり、このためVTR装置では高速撮影ができな
いという問題があつた。

同期信号周期Tの2/3だけ位相が遅れた垂直同期信号
によつて撮像されるカメラ、4は垂直同期信号周期Tの
2/3だけ入力信号の位相を遅延させる遅延回路、5は
垂直同期信号周期Tの1/3だけ入力信号の位相を遅延
させる遅延回路、6は遅延回路4,5の出力およびカメラ
3の出力を合成する合成器、7は合成器6の出力信号を
録画する録画装置である。
