に現した。なお、初日区及び比較例区におけるビタミン
3含量は平均して、約150IU/100g卵黄であ
った。

た、 家禽卵中のビタミンD2の濃度は、給与する飼料中
のビタミンD2の含有量にほぼ比例して増大し、飼料中
の当該濃度を調節することによって所望するビタミンD
2濃度の家禽卵を得ることができることが判る。また、
きのこ類、特に、しいたけはビタミンD2含有天然素材
として好適であり、極めて少量の添加で本発明の目的と
する飼料が得られ、目的とするビタミンD2強化卵を得
ることができることが判る。
