Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 1.第2流体のサンプルが導入されるある量の第1流体を内包するべく配置され ており、また第2流体が流体内包装置の中へ引き入れることの出来るオリフィス をもっており、且つオリフィスを通して第2流体のサンプルを引き込むための流 体内包装置と、第1流体へ負圧パルスを加えるように配置された圧力パルス装置 とを有する流体サンプリングシステム。
- 2.前記圧力パルス装置において圧力板の振幅を変えるために、圧力パルス装置 を選択的に調節するための手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体サン プリングシステム。
- 3.前記圧力パルス装置において圧力パルスの継続時間を変えるため圧力パルス 装置を選択的に調節するための手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2のい ずれか1項記載の流体サンプリングシステム。
- 4.前記圧力パルス装置を繰返し駆動するために配置された駆動手段を含み、こ れによって、第2流体のサンプルを流体内包装置の中へ繰返し移送することが出 来ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の流体サンプリングシ ステム。
- 5.パルス繰返し率を選択的に変えることのできる駆動手段の調節のための手段 を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の流体サンプリングシステム。
- 6.前記圧力パルス装置が電気機械的トランスデューサーを包含することを特徴 とする請求項1乃至5のいずか1項記載の流体サンプリングシステム。
- 7.第1流体と接触するダイヤフラムを有する流体内包装置およびダイヤフラム の変位をもたらすように配置された圧力パルス装置を含むことを特徴とする請求 項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の流体サンプリングシステム。
- 8.拡声器を内蔵した圧力パルス装置とダイヤフラムを包含することを特徴とす る請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の流体サンプリングシステム。
- 9.前記流体内包装置内に採取された第2流体の特性を検出、測定するための手 段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載の流体サンプリン グシステム。
- 10.移動性分光分析器を内包し、採取された第2流体の特性を検出、測定する ための手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の流体サンプリングシステム 。
- 11.電子捕捉検出器を内蔵、採取された第2流体の特性を検出、測定するため の手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の流体サンプリングシステム。
- 12.採取された第2流体の検出、測定された特性に従い前記圧力パルス装置の 運転を変えるために配置されたフィードバック手段を含むことを特徴とする請求 項9乃至11のいずれか1項記載の流体サンプリングシステム。
- 13.パルスの振幅、時間、繰返し率などを変化させるために配置されたフィー ドバック手段を含み、それによってオリフィスを通過した第2流体の移送率を自 動的にコントロール出来ることを特徴とする請求項4に関連し、請求項12に記 載の流体サンプリングシステムシステム。
- 14.流体内包装置内にあって静的または本質的に静的な第1流体を内蔵するこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項記載の流体サンプリングシステ ム。
- 15.流体内包装置内で循環流を起こさせるために配置された循環手段を含むこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項記載の流体サンプリングシステ ム。
- 16.オリフィス周辺における第1流体の流れを生じさせる循環手段を内蔵し、 これによって採取された第2流体がオリフィスを通過後、流れの中に流入するこ とを特徴とする請求項15記載の流体サンプリングシステム。
- 17.負圧パルスと同様に正圧パルスを発生させるように配置された圧力パルス 装置を内蔵することを特徴とする請求項1乃至16のいずれか1項記載の流体サ ンプリングシステム。
- 18.図1乃至図4に関連して特定的に説明された流体サンプリングシステム。
