Claims (10)
- 1.リグノセルロース含有繊維を含有し、必要に応じて填料も含有する紙料をす き網上で紙層形成しかつ濾水することによって紙を製造するにあたって、デンプ ン、セルロース誘導体、あるいはグアールガムをベースとし、かつ陽イオン基を 有さない陰イオン歩留り向上剤と、アルミニウム化合物の酸性溶液とを前記紙料 に加え、 かつ該アルミニウム化合物を添加する前の上記紙料のpHを約6〜約11の範囲 とすることを特徴とする方法。
- 2.前記の陰イオン歩留り向上剤が、陰イオンデンプンであることを特徴とする 、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 3.前記の陰イオン歩留り向上剤が、天然ジャガイモデンプンであることを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第1項あるいは第2項記載の方法。
- 4.前記のアルミニウム化合物がポリアルミニウム化合物であることを特徴とす る、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 5.前記陰イオン歩留り向上剤の添加量が、乾燥繊維ならびに必要に応じて用い る填料に基づいて、約0.05〜約10重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、 請求の範囲第1項、第2項あるいは第3項記載の方法。
- 6.前記の歩留り向上剤ならびにアルミニウム化合物の紙料への添加を、必要に 応じて用いる填料とは別に行うことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法 。
- 7.白水中のカルシウムイオンの含量が白水1lあたり約50mgCa2+以上 であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 8.前記アルミニウム化合物を、紙料のpHを6〜10の範囲として加えること を特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 9.リグノセルロース含有繊維を含有し、必要に応じて填料も含有する紙料への 、前記アルミニウム化合物の添加を、陰イオン歩留り向上剤より前に行うことを 特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 10.前記アルミニウム化合物の紙料への添加を、該紙料がすき網に流入して紙 を形成する前の約5分以内に行うことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項記載の方 法。
