Claims (5)
- 1.堀削機の衝撃力(Pp)と送り力(fc)がドリルの回転力が予め設定され た限界値以上のものとはならないように堀削工程を最適化するように調節される 岩石堀削工程を制御する方法において、 堀削が堀削段階を順次一回に一度実行することにより自動的に複数の段階におい て制御され、働撃力(Pp)と送り力(fc)に影響を及ぼす調節パラメータが それぞれの堀削段階で設定されることによって働撃力(Pp)と送り力(fc) が問題の堀削段階について最適となるようにされた前記方法。
- 2.堀削工程が制御のために少なくとも3つの継起的な堀削段階(2a〜2c) に分割され、第1の堀削段階(2a)が始動堀削であり、第2の段階(2b)が 始動堀削(2a)から正規穿孔(20)への移行段階であり、第3の段階(2c )が正規穿孔(2c)段階であり、各堀削段階(2a〜2c)において堀削に適 当な値が設定され、堀削を実行するようになった請求項1の方法。
- 3.働撃力(Pp)、送り力(fc)および堀削時間又は堀削深度が始動堀削段 階(2a)におけるパラメータとして使用され、衝撃力(Pp)と送り力(fc )が堀削を開始するために適当な値に設定され、穿孔が所定時間もしくは所定堀 削深度以上に穿孔することによって開始される請求項2の方法。
- 4.始動堀削(2a)から正規堀削(2c)へ至る移行が、正規堀削の設定値が 達せられるまで実質上均一に上昇する形で衝撃力と送り力を増大させることによ って実行され、移行段階(2b)中の調節パラメータが働撃力(Pp)と送り力 (fc)間の比である請求項3の方法。
- 5.送り力(fc)が堀削段階(2c)で調節され、回転力(G2)が所定値( G0)に実質上等しい状態にとどまるようになった請求項4の方法。
